had a great experience here trying so many new desserts! I also learned that labanz means milk. I tried the dubai style crepe which was delicious and not too sweet. also tried the kusharita and satalana and the kasalita but my favorite was the satalana. service was amazing and lemby was so nice. the place is great for watching the world cup shows and there's lots of seating

From the amazing staff to the delicious desserts, everything here is to die for. My only regret, not stopping in sooner. The guy who helped make our orders explained every dessert to us and made our order to perfection. Super sweet guy who deserves all the praise. The milk cakes and desserts here are just something you have to experience and can't be put into words. Do yourself the favor and stop by, you won't regret it

pulled up and i got the Ashtoutaz, Bombalita & a mini Satalana. the best was by far the ashtoutaz, it is a milk soaked cake & I got half lotus cookie & half dubai style. 9/10, so good. the bombalita was good too but I feel like all the different flavors clashed a little bit with the dubai/chocolate being the most strong one. It was still good though I couldnt stop eating it. The mini satalana was okay to me , I added strawberries & bananas on top. The strawberries were pretty good & fresh. definitely recommend this place out, parking was easy to find, service was excellent , & the cashier was very friendly. I believe her name was Reem!

Let me preface this by saying that I have succumbed to the Dubai Chocolate trend... The desserts here are amazing, but be prepared to pay a bit more for the quality. A simple crepe starts around $14-$15, and every topping (fruit, chocolate, etc.) is an additional $2. On the bright side, they really pile the toppings on, so you definitely get a lot of what you pay for. The shop itself is super clean, has plenty of seating, and is open late, which is perfect for a late-night treat. HOWEVER, the parking situation is absolutely HORRENDOUS. Even though there were no signs indicating restricted or 'store-only' parking, someone from a neighboring shop literally ran out and started screaming at us in a different language. We eventually understood that he was threatening to have our car towed. It was a very aggressive and stressful experience that completely soured the night. If you visit, be extremely careful about where you park to avoid being harassed or towed.

I came to Labanz around 7:30 and it was chill I left like at 8 and it was still chill. The service was AMAZING, I had come from the Instagram videos and they did not disappoint! Our cashier Celine was so nice and gave us awesome suggestions. Her co-worker Amir was chill too. I got the Dubai crepe and the Dubai Satalana in medium. It came up to $30 which was kinda pricey so just beware. Overall, I would recommend this place if you want to try something new and yummy.

First time here, the employee suggested I get this item which It's the satalana, it was about $16. This is very delicious and flavorful, its crunch, and moist. The employee was super kind and welcoming as well. In regards to the ambiance, it's definitely a vibe, it's very unique! I will definitely be coming back.

A spot to try Middle Eastern desserts! Come with me. I had: 1. Oreo & nutella satalana 2. Mango kusharita

BOUSHRA IS THE BEST!! She is very sweet and she did my koshareta very good! Thank you so much!

Cute spot with plentiful parking and outdoor seating. Nice minimal decor and lots of utensils readily available. The staff were two lovely ladies who were very patient taking our order. The salanaz was my favorite. It's not small but it's light and cold and not too sweet so you can taste all the layers. So perfectly a combo of creamy, crunchy and flavor packed. Don't get me wrong the Dubai crepe was also delicious. It is generously draped in hazelnut and pistachio sauce as well as crushed pistachios. I would definitely go back for another taste. There are so many options it will take time to go through all the options on the menu but... challenge accepted. If you're nearby, stop by for a memorable dessert experience!

Food was great! It's real Arab desserts, and some rip-off. I got the Dubai strawberry cup and the flavors mixed perfectly, though at the bottom I was left with all chocolate and knafeh and it was too sweet. Workers were nice and joked around, we didn't have to wait too long, and they even gave me some waters on the house. The inside is a nice white and blue theme, last time I came it only had tables, but now they have comfortable booths with cozy cubes used for armrests.

The staff was welcoming and the restaurant cozy and simple. Service was prompt, the waitress friendly. Coffee and drinks came very quick. I had a California omelette with roasted portables. A good choice, it was tasty and filling. My family and I have always been loyal customers, we always tip generously, and we have never given this establishment a reason to treat us with anything but respect. Today, that streak ended. We came in with a party of 9. Our usual, normal spot was completely open and ready, but the host looked visibly bothered that we wanted to sit there. Instead of seating us, they made all 9 of us stand right next to literally 10 wide-open seats for over 5 minutes. To make matters worse, the staff kept giving us looks that made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. In over a decade, we have never been made to feel like a burden here until today. It wasn't cool, and it completely ruined what is usually a great family tradition. It hurts to say this after 10 years of loyalty, but if you have a big party, don't go here. They clearly cannot handle it, or simply do not want the business.

The seating is a bit limited, but we have never had to wait. Today, I had the three egg vegetable omelet (so lots to take home!), just packed with tomatoes, spinach and peppers, huge pieces of wheat toast and lots of berries and oranges. I also got a strawberry Belgian Waffle covered in fruit (it comes with cheese but I didn't like that). My husband got eggs and hash browns with sausage, which he devoured. Our entire meal was $50-something which I think was great considering I added on the waffle meal, so 3 total. Just delicious! I always thank the cooks. They deserve it! And they give you a huge cup of coffee (me) that is refilled and have many kinds of tea (him), and we always get the fresh squeezed OJ. I hope you try them out!

I paid $17.54 for a biscuit with egg, cheese, turkey sausage, and a black iced coffee. The biscuit was decent, but fairly small, and nothing about the sandwich felt premium enough to justify the price. The turkey sausage tasted like a standard pre-made sausage, and if there was a significant upcharge for choosing turkey, it didn't feel warranted. The coffee was fine. It was a basic black iced coffee, good enough, but not something that stood out or justified a premium price. My biggest issue is the value. Nearly $18 for a simple breakfast sandwich and a plain black iced coffee feels excessive for what was served. I've also noticed that the total seems to vary from visit to visit, making it difficult to know what to expect when ordering. I genuinely like the people who work here and wish them success.
