i've never had middle eastern dessert before so it was so great to try labanz for the first time! they had a big parking lot, and i was immediately met with enthusiasm and such welcoming service by the staff. they have a few locations around socal. the menu has a lot of variety for different options to choose from like crepes, waffles, ice cream, coffees, and more! ashtotaz - fluffy cake with cream on top and kinder pieces! i love kinder chocolate. it created a good crunch with the soft cake satalana - this is a layered half biscoff & half pistachio dessert, and it was definitely my favorite one. i loved the combo of these two flavors together, and the biscoff crumbs were delicious kusharita - creamy rice pudding with mango & caramel! the fruit added a great fresh taste to the sweet dessert the atmosphere of the shop was cutesy with the blue and white theme they had. i would highly recommend if you're in the mood for a late night dessert!

My wife and I visited Labanz for the first time on Saturday, and we had a wonderful experience! The desserts were absolutely delicious, and we'll definitely be coming back for more. A special thank you to Daniel and Limby for providing outstanding customer service. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. If you're looking for amazing desserts and excellent customer service, I highly recommend this place. We can't wait to visit again!

I stumbled across Labanz on Instagram and literally got in my car that second to go try it. I'm so glad I did! The customer service was great from the moment we walked in, and everything we ordered was delicious. We tried the Satalana, the Kusharita, and the Dubai Chocolate Waffle, and every dessert was amazing. You can tell they put a lot of care into both the presentation and the flavors. I would 100% come back and can't wait to try more of the menu. If you've been thinking about checking this place out, definitely do it! Excuse the pictures, I started eating before I could even snap a photo.

Amazing service and even better desserts! As a big fan of Dubai chocolate desserts, I really enjoyed all of the base options they had and the ability to Dubai chocolate-ify all of them. Highly recommend the kusharita and labanita!! I also ordered a biscoff coffee but wasn't my fave so I'd skip on that next time. Ambiance was great as they even had the World Cup games playing! Stop by if you have a big sweet tooth like me :)

Labanz just opened their newest location in Tarzana, adding to their Anaheim and Fullerton locations, and it's definitely worth checking out if you're a dessert lover. Their menu has a tons of options, from milk cakes and cream cakes to waffles, crepes, ice cream, specialty coffees, and drinks. I honestly couldn't figure out what to order. The owner also told me they'll be opening at 7 a.m. starting next week to serve breakfast and coffee, so I'll definitely be back to check that out. We tried the Biscoff Ashtouta (milk cake), which was soft and so moist. We also had the Dubai style Satalana (cream cake), which was rich, creamy, and topped with pistachio and crispy kunafa. For drinks, we ordered the blue ocean mojito and a Biscoff iced latte, both of which paired perfectly with the desserts. We couldn't leave without trying the Farawalita, fresh strawberries topped with Dubai chocolate and it definitely lived up to the hype. The café itself is clean, spacious, and has a great atmosphere for hanging out with friends or family. Daniel, one of the employees, was incredibly friendly and helpful. If it's your first time and you're not sure what to order, definitely ask him for recommendations!

My family and I have already been to Labanz twice this week, and that says it all! Their middle eastern desserts are absolutely delicious. We couldn't even wait long enough to take a picture of the Satalana or the Kusharita before digging in they were that good! My son completely devoured the Dubai style Crepeanita and is already asking when we can go back. Not only is the food incredible, but the staff is so kind and welcoming, and they're very generous with their portions. It's rare to find a place that delivers both amazing quality and such great service. We will absolutely be back often and can't wait to try even more of the menu. Highly recommend!

The dessert options are unique and delicious. The service is super warm and friendly and the energy is positive. The person behind the counter Limby was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. The ambiance is modern and relaxed. Good vibes and a unique concept. Next time I want to try the crapes and maybe even the waffle.

Limby took great care of us! The variety of sweets along with the coffee choices were spectacular. We enjoyed the treats and will be coming back for more!

This place is so good, i keep coming back! The desserts here are amazing, the dubai crepe was one of my favorites along with the dubai kushanita. The staff is friendly & nice & they help you out with explaining each dessert. The inside is casual & perfect to eat with friends.

My sister heard about this place from Tiktok. I was very impressed. It was like a tres leche cake with the pistachio and lotus cookie toppings and syrup giving it complexity. Mo was really cool and explained the desserts since I have no familiarity with Egyptian desserts

    Dubai crepanita

Such a great first experience here! Limby was incredible and made us feel at home. The kusharita and crepe were both delicious. All the desserts here are very unique and made with lots of love and high quality ingredients!

They still have indoor and outdoor seating. Near open on a weekend, they were not very busy and it was quiet like on our last visit. The lady who took care of us sad that she is the sister of the owners. She was super nice and very attentive. We got the quiche Lorraine and a banana-Nutella crepe again. The crepe had consistently good quality compared to our last visit and is still just as good to comparable crepe places. Still not many places make quiche and of those that do, even fewer make the dense and thick slice pie style MCC makes--which is the good and high quality type. The quiche was actually better than our last visit and while we do not know, it still seeks like they make it on site. You still need lactaide to eat if u r intolerant, but it's definitely worth it. Recommend you get fruit instead of salad with it. Since their food is so rich/caloric/comfort food, we cannot come here too often, but when you are in the mood for a treat, this is a great place to go! Definitely recommend to give them a try!

They also serve up delicious quiches, sandwiches, and French onion soup. I love the cafe's cozy and quaint atmosphere, and how friendly the staff all were. I've ordered their quiches and sandwiches to go before, and I've enjoyed each item I tried, especially the spinach goat cheese quiche and the caprese sandwich. I've been meaning to try their crepes for the longest time and luckily, I finally found the chance to dine in. I ordered the La Opera breakfast crepe, which came filled with eggs, cheese, onions, and avocado. It had the perfect balance of textures and flavors, with the thin crispy edged crepe cradling the savory filling. I loved how the richness of the eggs, cheese, onions, and avocado all complemented the delicate buttery taste of the crepe shell. All in all, Monsieur Crepe Cafe is a hidden gem and everything they make is fantastic. ****************** My Ratings: 1 Star: Terrible; just thinking about it makes me angry. 2 Stars: Wasn't a fan so Not likely to return. 3 Stars: Meh. *Updated review 12 years and 2 kids later*…read more I used to come here over a decade ago when this place was 24 hours or closed extremely late (I can't remember. Probably faded at the time) and we would come in after clubbing or attending rap battles a few stores down at the record shop. Now Crave has turned into my 6 year olds favorite breakfast spot before dropping him off at school (wow have times changed!). It's located a few blocks from his school so we stop in a little after they open and I let him go crazy on the menu and order whatever he wants. Every time time we arrive, the lady who takes our order is so patient with my son as he tries to figure out what he wants and she asked him normal questions about his order and I just get a kick out of their interactions. The place is usually empty and very clean. They are actually still cleaning up a few things when we arrive, while setting up a few things on the patio. We enjoy sitting on their comfy couches in the corner and if it's nice outside, the patio is a great option (although you are on the corner of Van Nuys Blvd and Ventura Blvd intersection during traffic so there is a lot of honking going on). The food is still great and we've ordered a lot of items on the menu. We've had everything from breakfast burritos, French toast, salmon, to fish tacos, and yogurt parfaits. We honestly haven't had a bad meal yet. They also make smoothies which I haven't had the chance to try yet and it seems like they can honestly make anything you ask them for. They have an assortment of pastries, cookies, and cakes and they have a wide variety of drinks such as smoothies, Italian sodas, milkshakes, boba coffee and tea. Don't even get me started on their lunch options. This is a great place to come to if you have come with a small or large group of people and you need a variety of options to please everyone. This is still a 5 Afro establishment to me, and we will keep coming back to try more food and drinks. OOOOO 5 out of 5 Afros
