I love this place. It's so cute inside I got the saffron rose latte and they put this vanilla cream on top. They don't put a lot so it's not overpowering and the cream is m so good! The coffee drink has a very unique slightly floral flavor but in a great way. I love that they have very interesting drinks but not so many that you're overwhelmed. Stopped by this place and have to say, the vibe is definitely there--super cute interior and it was spotless, which I always appreciate. However, the drinks/food missed the mark for me. I ordered the Banana Matcha Latte but didn't realize until I checked my receipt today (while writing this review) that they actually gave me the Strawberry Matcha Latte instead. That explains why I couldn't taste the banana! But honestly? I couldn't taste the strawberry either. It was pretty flavorless overall, which is a bummer for a specialty drink. On the bright side, my husband got the Saffron Rose Latte and genuinely enjoyed it--he said it was delicious, so that's a win. We also shared a blueberry muffin, but it was unfortunately underbaked and doughy in the center. This coffee shop is new to the area and I love seeing new shops open in the valley! I tried the date latte and it was alright! The espresso was smooth and it was overall refreshing. The atmosphere was friendly and the baristas working were both sweet. With all of that said, I struggle to give this shop five stars because so much of their menu and advertisement feels inauthentic. They use AI generated images that don't show the true menu items. I really appreciate honesty and authenticity in all areas including the service industry and so I cannot rate this space 5 stars. Have been here a few times now and tried different drinks and I have to say all of them have been really good! I love that this place is so close to home and I can come by walking. It's a little hard to find from the street, it's tucked away to the side. Shopping plaza has parking spots and usually easy to get in and out. Service is amazing, staff is welcoming and warm and they are fast in preparing drinks. There are tables inside and a few outside. I love this place. Super cute and fresh inside. Amazing coffee selections - if you want a yummy speciality coffee, I highly recommend! My faves are the salty caramel and nana loaf. Came by yesterday afternoon and had such a great experience! Fast, friendly service and great options. I had an iced americano and their espresso was balanced and fresh. Shams cafe Absolutely loved Matcha banana! Since I'm a matcha connoisseur. The matcha banana is fresh, delicious, and made with care. The location is perfect with a ton of parking, and the ambiance is ideal for studying or taking a coffee break. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The young woman working there was incredibly kind and thoughtful, she even offered my daughter a complimentary strawberry milk cup, which completely made her day. That small gesture meant so much and showed how much they care about their customers. Such a cute cafe! The decorations were so warm and inviting, and the whole place had such a nice atmosphere. The staff member, who I believe is the owner, was seriously so sweet and kind. He made sure everyone was taken care of and made us feel really welcome. We got the iced Baklava Latte, Dots Sprinkle Matcha, and an Iced Americano, and everything was delicious! We also got two of the sand coffees, and they were absolutely unique and delicious. Such an amazing experience. They also have sweet and savory croissants and desserts, which were amazing too. Overall, we had such a great experience and will definitely be coming back. 10/10 recommend! read more

It's a clean aesthetic, whilst incorporating middle eastern influence (turkish/armenian sand heater barrel for coffee) and old school classics (check out the tiny TV on the bookcase!) Drinks are a little pricier but worth a try! We especially liked the signature saffron rose latte $8, while the matcha banana $8 was okay. I definitely think the matcha lacked in earthiness and overall flavor, but the banana really shined through. I liked that the banana was still chunky and not completely blended like other places. The person working was kind, and you can tell hoe dedicated he is to his craft - he put together our drinks like it was art! Def coming here to study. a friend had posted about this spot opening up and it is very close to me so I decided to give it a try! I was very excited since I love a good matcha and there isn't a place that is super close to me that does it well (that ik of). I went to get some work done and inside is very spacious! I was surprised by how bright and modern the inside looked since you can't really see much from outside. they also had available outlets by the tables, which I really appreciated and makes this spot a great wfh location! I ordered the matcha banana ($8) and the matcha was actually very good! I wasn't a huge fan of the banana chunks as they felt unripe and were too big to go through the straw so it got stuck a lot. I like the concept of the drink, but I don't think it was executed too well. there is a $3 price diff between this one and the reg matcha latte which is quite steep esp for unripe banana pieces, but it was worth a try. overall, I loved the atmosphere of this place - spacious and quiet - for a great study/work location. there was only one person working when I came and she was very nice and efficient! I will def be back, but I think I would j order the matcha latte! glad to have another cafe opening up in the area! read more

I'm honestly so heartbroken writing this. This little café wasn't just a place to grab coffee it became part of my routine and something I genuinely looked forward to. From the very first visit, the owners made me feel so welcome, like I wasn't just another customer but someone they actually cared about i remember they would talk to me about their ingredients and it was just a great experience I was only passing by to get boba next door but they were close and I ran into Shams cafe I always brought my bf and friends over here and they enjoyed and miss this place too because it was truly one of a kind The atmosphere was always warm and peaceful, the kind of place where you could sit for hours and just feel comfortable. And the drinks and food were always made with so much care you could really tell they put love into everything they did honestly it was the best coffee and matcha I ever had because I was so sick of other matchas tasting like water and coffee not tasting like coffee Over time, I ended up becoming a regular, and it meant so much to walk in and be greeted with a smile every single time. That kind of kindness is rare, and it's something I'll truly miss. It's so sad to see them close down, but I'm really grateful I got to experience such a special place while it was here. At the same time, there's still a huge 'NOW OPEN' banner hanging outside, which feels misleading. It would be more professional to take the sign down until the issue is resolved.
