In addition, I had asked for a sharp, stiletto shape with an example photo but received somewhat of an almond shape. I am also not entirely knowledgeable in the pricing of nail services, so I did not understand how a full set (no nail polish), with the application of dried flowers and gold specs on two nails, each hand, ended up being $100... First time and only time using this salon. I called ahead for an appointment and arrived 10 min early (appointment was 2pm) didn't get seated until about 30 min in and then another 15 waiting on the technician. First was my pedi, which she did a great job. But the "20 min massage" was a joke. I got smacked in the back, well enough that 5 hours later I have some small bruises. Then on to the mani. I asked for a black dip nail with a small line of gold "design". I showed an inspo pic, they said "easy". Well, easy left me with one pure black hand and the other with wiped away gold flecks after the tech decided the design was to hard. My nails are bumpy and unevenly shaped as well my cuticles and hand is stained from the powder. (I do black powder all the time and never had an issue) I was told by the front desk I can clean it with acetone. -- needless to say, I got a 10% discount but feel I shouldn't have been charged for the mani... I'm going to have to go get one hand completely redone. Appointment time 2pm but I didn't leave till 4:45pm and left with a botched hand and $130 bucks spent. HIGHLY WONT RECOMMEND! read more

This is my 2nd or 3rd time that I've waited over 40 minutes even though I've had an appointment every single time. Normally I don't care about the wait times. If you have something going on it's frustrating. I was catching a flight in a couple of hours. This time my set did not turn out how I wanted. I asked for almond and this shape looks round.I would have said something but since I didn't get seated till 40 minutes after my appointment I didn't have time to wait since I had a flight. Did a walk in appointment with my mother in law for a mani/pedi appointment. Was lucky to get there right when they opened because otherwise the wait would have been too long. This place is constantly busy! I did a gel pedicure and a dip/gel manicure with designs. I wanted to go beach/tropical for a vacation. Both the mani and pedi were great. Very experienced and talented ladies worked on my nails. You also get a beverage with your experience (we picked mimosas). The only downfall is that everything is an add on (callous scrubbing, massage, etc is an extra $35 each for mani and pedi so NOT cheap). My pedicure lasted 3 weeks before one nail completely chipped away. My manicure lasted that long too sans the little jewels which unfortunately popped off before my vacation even began. I will definitely go back but probably will keep it more simple in the future. read more

He was younger and seemed new to doing nails, he didn't acknowledge me when he sat down. When he laid down the acrylic, he flooded my nail bed and didn't put a good layer of acrylic down. It was just really big and thick. I also asked for a couple of pearls on my ring fingers which he did quickly. However they weren't pearls, they were just clear little balls. Now that my nails have grown out a week and due to the acrylic not being laid right, my hair gets caught in every nail. $85 for less than mediocre nails, I would pick another place. The salon seems nice and it's kept up well and they offer you drinks, I just think I got a bad nail tech. So if you get a younger male nail tech, he's new and inexperienced so ask for a new one. UPDATE: I was able to get my nails fixed and Kim helped me. She was amazing. My nails are perfect and exactly how I wanted them. Im usually not one to post reviews but I think it's necessary at this point. I usually do my own but yesterday was my birthday and I decided to treat myself. I went in yesterday for what a thought was a simple design. I told the nice lady at the desk what I wanted she she sat me with someone who I thought be able to achieve what I wanted. I told a black matte nail with 3D art on top but instead glossy black on top I wanted gold. I assured and asked if it was possible and she said yes. When she started on my cuticles, she tore them up, I bled and she apologized, but as you can she absolutely wrecked my cuticles, didn't put any type of oil or anything on them. She does the black base without any issues but once it gets to the 3D art...it was absolutely horrible. It was messy and lumpy, they didn't have the right things to do it with and just decided to not to tell me until, I'm assuming just for the money. I told her I didn't like it and she took it all and tried again but that's when I told her to just do gold designs, 1. To make it easier and 2. I've been here for over 2 hours at this point. She did not know how to draw an even line, I read to tell her multiple times, ones too thick or or too thin and she constantly had to adjust. At this point I'm almost 3 hours in, it's my birthday, I have things to do, so I just decided to leave, since they looked decent in the shop, but once I walked outside into the natural light, they looked horrible. I did not have time to go back and get it refixed or taken off. I would have preferred the honesty upfront and taken my money somewhere else if this design was too complicated, which in my opinion, is not complicated at all for a professional nail tech. I'm sure they can do a basic French or full color mani but if you're coming with your own design, I would def be weary. I do not think the quality of this mani plus what the actual design is worth $75 at all. read more

Was refused any type of refund and really no care by the team. Drove 20 mins to this salon after seeing their posts and such... definitely not worth the time. The pedicure "massage" was also maybe a minute... go to any other salon and their basic pedicure is at least 5 minutes. Really bummed about the service as I was so excited to come to this salon. Pure disappointment and essentially threw $70 in the trash can. UPDATE AFTER "FIX": Nails still bubbled and are completely wet underneath. Owner review below is absurd. Customer service? Not so much. Also for the owner review below, I arrived at 9:40 AM and the entire salon was already packed. The tech who did my nails the day prior was already there and had a client. The essential pedicure should have been "3 minutes" per the woman at the front desk. I am telling you, my legs were not even touched. My feet didn't get any massage at all. He simple asked me to go wash my hands with soap and water then once I was back someone was in my seat and all of my things were moved. The roughest, most aggressive, and uncomfortably painful mani/pedi I have received. I'll start with the pros (why I gave 2 stars and not 1). The front desk girls had amazing customer service. I was greeted warmly and offered a complimentary donut and drink when I sat down. The interior was decorated nicely, had many "Instagramable" spots, and appeared very clean. It was the nail technician that made this experience so poor. The pedicure was painful. I kept saying "that hurts" and "ow" and "can you be more gentle." But she kept digging those tools hard into my cuticles and nail folds. Then when painting the nails, she consistently painted off the nail and onto the surrounding skin, which is fine, except she used her own sharp nail to dig deep into my nail fold and scrape away the excess polish, which was painful each time. This happened on both the mani and pedi. What was also painful during the manicure was the fact that she held each finger so tightly. I am fully capable of keeping my hands and fingers still in whatever position you want, it is not necessary to grip onto each digit for dear life. Lastly, my nail technician was not kind and seemed to blamed me for things that went wrong. For example, when she was putting on my flip flop after the pedicure, one toe got slightly smudged. It was so minuscule that I didn't say anything, but she immediately said "you moved that's you're fault not mine." Okay lady way to be defensive. During the manicure there were a lot of mishaps (such as her painting off the nail and onto the surrounding skin, then curing it under the UV light, so the polish became very difficult to get off after). She seemed to blame me for these mishaps, telling me I was holding my hand in the wrong position under the UV light, etc. Maybe if I had a different technician my experience would have been better. However, I will not be returning nor do I recommend this place to anyone. read more
