I had went in as a walk in and the inside was beautiful and clean , they first asked me what I wanted and asked me to check in which I did and they immediately sat me down (I asked for a full set of short frenchies and a pedicure with French tips as well) They give comp. drinks which is amazing they offer mimosas , water, soda Ryder was my nail technician and he also did my pedicure (which I requested from the manager which by the way was amazing and very professional) I loved how my sets turned out he was amazing , they look fresh and new with that sharp edge which I love . I also appreciated the fact that he didn't try to force a conversation out of me by asking me a lot of questions which I appreciate because I struggle with anxiety and it felt like he was aware . My only complaint was when I was getting my nails done the worker next to me kept talking to her other co worker that was doing nails . I understand having a small talk but she was full on saying her business and just kept talking the whole time about her life . I ended up paying 120$ for both my nails and pedicure which is an amazing price for the service and environment . All in all, it feels like this salon just talks you into whatever the tech you get is best at, then your nails don't last so you have to come back every two weeks. I got designs and leave liking how they LOOK, but spending over $100 for nails that don't even last two weeks is crazy. I should have stuck with the service I wanted, but I was willing to try something new, after all, i'm not the pro. Now twice my nails haven't even lasted 2 weeks. Very disappointed. Story below. Just moved here and was super nervous about finding a new nail salon. I always have my nails done and had a tech I trusted back home. Tried this place asking for builder gel since it usually lasts me 3-4 weeks. The tech talked me into GelX, saying it would last just as long and i could do them whatever length I wanted. They were cute, but not even two weeks later they started lifting. I went back and told them GelX was fine since it was already on my nails. The new tech tried to do an acrylic fill over my GelX, which didn't seem right. When I pushed back, he said acrylic would be better. He ended up completely removing my GelX and doing a brand new acrylic set, which took forever and i'm sure made the price higher. Again, they looked nice, but within another week and a half one broke off. Now just over two weeks later, most are cracked or lifting, some even down to my natural nail bed. Very disappointed in my last experience here I've been coming here for around a year and have always had a pretty good experience getting my acrylic fills. But this past Saturday my fill was extremely disappointing the lady doing my fill cut me multiple times with drill (to the point where I still have a scab 4 days later) and pretended like she didn't see it continuously happening even when my finger was bleeding but I guess it's my fault I didn't speak up. There's just really not a good reason a person who scheduled an appointment should have to wait 15 minutes to be seated and over 30 minutes to get service. I stopped by this nail salon to get myself a gel manicure. I had never been here before and thought I would give it a try. While the vibe is nice and chic, I assume they must not get many natural nail girls. I have medium length natural nails, and I'm in the process of growing them out. I have been doing gel nails so I can keep the strength while they continue to grow. The nail tech I got was using the drill so much you would've swore that I had on acrylics. She had no regard for the integrity of my natural nails and completely ruined them. When I told her I had never had a nail tech drill so much on my nails she replied "I have to get all the gel off." Then she tried to upsell me by telling me that I needed to add hard gel on top of my natural nail to make it harder. However, I have never had this service before and never had any issues with the durability of my nails. It was so disappointing to leave knowing she absolutely ruined my nail growth process. Unfortunately, I knew from the moment she started taking layers off my natural nail the outcome was not going to be good. And now my nails are flexible and bend. Unfortunately, I didn't say something sooner and by the time I did say something she had already ruined them and the damage was done. I would not recommend this place for somebody with natural nails and I will not be returning. read more

I recently took a trip to Tempe and needed a pedi asap: I found this beautifully decorated salon on yelp and decided to get my services there. As I mentioned, first impression was how nice it looked inside - the service not so much. The two ladies at the front desk were not very friendly/welcoming. After being seated for my pedi, the tech asked me to pick what service I'd like- I picked a less expensive service and immediately felt a shift in attitude from the tech. I felt the service I received was determined by how much I was going to spend. From then on out the tech did not engage with me, after my 15 min "pedi" the tech simply lifted the arm rest and told me it would be 60ish dollars. Personally, the price and service did not align for me. I did choose a simpler service but I don't believe it costs anything to be welcoming or friendly to those not looking to spend 100+ for a pedi (there IS a pedi service listed for 100+) and I certainly don't believe the service should be rushed or rude, regardlessss of how much I'm spending. I went to this location to get a complementary polish change after a poor experience at their Scottsdale location. The GM contacted me to offer this service. Unfortunately, I left this location even less happy than before. I regret that I had them redone because the last polish was at least wearable. Now I feel like I need to go have this removed. I'm not sure if this is just a difference in opinion of what a quality polish application is, but I'm kind of confused how anyone can be okay with someone walking out of their salon like this. This is not my normal nail salon so I am comparing directly to the usual quality I receive there, but that almost makes this more frustrating that Lacquer does such a poor job and is not making sure polish is applied well... I had a nail appointment at 9:30 am. I got a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. The lady that gave me a manicure did not do a good job. She painted over my cuticles, and some of my nail's clear coat isn't smooth. When she was finished, she walked me over to the spa chair for my pedicure. She was hovering over me as if I needed to tip her before my service was complete. So, I asked her for a change so I could provide her tip. I forgot that I'm Vietnamese and can speak and understand Vietnamese. So when the lady came back to give me the change, I provided her tip. She told the lady working on my pedicure in Vietnamese, "she didn't tip me much when she had a lot of money because I had to give her change." How can you provide the right percentage tip if you don't know the total service cost? Tips should not be expected before service is complete. I didn't like how my nails looked; they looked like I had painted them myself. A tip for this salon is to be careful of what you say, especially if you don't know who may be Vietnamese or who can speak and understand the language. read more

I really wanted to like this place but ended up being disappointed. It's bright, nice, clean and modern inside with transparent pricing- I liked how they showed you the menu before the services. Got the sports pedicure and regular polish manicure. The person who did my nails was very nice but didn't do the greatest job at painting my nails. She did great at everything else except the actual nail polish part. On several of my nails and toenails the two coats of paint weren't applied evenly so on the edges you can see how uneven it is. The parts where it was uneven are the parts chipping and it's only been 3 days. If I would have noticed it on day of I would have said something. Came in as a walk in to try the place out. Came as a walk in yesterday looking for a full set. I wanted a short almond shaped set with a french tip painted. The nail tech who did my nails was polite and I had faith she was going to give me a nice set even tho she was moving slow. First red flag should have been how wet her acrylic application was because it started flooding my cuticles. I thought maybe she'd fix it or it wasn't as bad as I thought. I didn't leave until after 5:30 (3pm walk in) so I didn't look much at my nails at night but today I can tell my cuticles look bad and she didn't fix the flooded cuticles on all my fingers. I think the nails look flat too because of it. I honestly don't know what to do and wanted to love this place and my nails. The price of the set was also on the higher end and they didn't tell me it was going to be $70. At most this was a $55 set elsewhere. read more
