Parking will be a little tight as there are other competitive businesses in the area, but this place was very clean and had great curb appeal. We've been driving through Barons shopping center wondering when they might open. Finally opened last week. Very dicey times to open restaurant during the covid times. Very clean inside, course you have to eat outside or to go. Nice display of the food in the warming trays. They have greek beer and wine. I had a Greek IPA and reccomend. My wife had the gyro plate, lots of food and tasty lamb! She had enough left to take home (breakfast) I went with the gyro combo plate with mixed vegetables (grilled squash, bell peppers and red onion) my pick of sauce was tiziki of course. Good sized portions. The lamb was on a bed of rice pilaf and it came with two pieces of pita bread.....needed 4 pieces. Mgt let go of more pita bread with your meals! We recommend both dishes. My only complaint and this is due to the covid 19 is the tables were dirty when we set down. And I noticed no cleaning or wipe downs of any tables as patrons left. Mgt needs to step up thier house keeping. Due to this I have to take 1 star away. We will be back to try more items out and work our way down the menu. Good eats here at a reasonable price! Husband and I called in a pick up order and were not disappointed. I took away a star only because I wish it was cheaper. I would have given a half star if I could. The food was SO good! I thought the hummus was creamy and YUM, the rice was fluffy, perfectly cooked and had SO much flavor. I got the gyro/falafel combo plate. The gyro meat was flavorful and sliced thin. I do wish that I got more for the price though. I also got their lemon potatoes, which I'd never had before, but was not disappointed. They were tender! I recently ordered from here via DoorDash. It was my first time ordering from here and it was pretty enjoyable. I ordered the chicken kabob meal with hummus and the veggies. I also ordered a small moussaka because it's one of my favorite greek dishes and it's hard to find. The chicken kabobs were amazing. I loved the veggies on the skewers between the meat. The veggie side was nicely seasoned. The moussaka was good but not great. It did come with a little side salad which was nice. The one thing I did not care for was the hummus. I like this place. I'm more of a harsh grader so 4 is super respectable from myself. With that said I got the Classic Gyro Pita and had zero complaints. I actually like that the Gyro meat was cut slightly thicker. It came out fresh and piping hot. Had the chicken skewer and it was really bland for my liking. Rice was also alright but not great. The "fries" here are potato wedges and they're delicious and cooked to order. The hummus was the biggest let down. Not good at all, way too much garlic, hard to even classify as hummus in my opinion. My husband and I are always looking for good Greek food that's flavorful. We went here and this place doesn't disappoint. I ordered the Chicken skewers with rice and lemon potatoes and he got the steak skewers rice the eggplant dish. We got a side of beef grape leaves (Dolmades), and spicy feta. While we waited for our order another couple was at the table next to us and they got their order first. After a couple minutes I heard moaning as they were eating their food. I asked if the food was good explaining this was my first visit. They said it was their first time too. He had the beef Gyro with a salad and she had the shrimp meal. Love the Lamb skewers. This time I ordered the dinner without rice. I chose green beans instead with a salad and Baba dip. The lamb is tender and seasoned very well with good flavor. The green bean side is my favorite side dish. The salad was fresh as always. I also buy the Greek Feta block that's in the fridge. It's the best I have ever had. It is moist because it is in juice! This visit was our first time here. The place looked new but has been operating for nearly two years. They opened in May of 2019 and rode out the pandemic. Staff was friendly and this small restaurant was shiny and clean. We ordered a Classic Gyro Pita and a Pork Souvlaki Pita to go. They were a bit pricey but with inflation these days it wasn't too bad. Both portions were large. I could not finish mine. I needed a fork to eat it. The interior had several tables and there were two or three outside as well. I think we could bring our pup and sit outside. All in all, not a bad place for lunch or take-out dinner. Wow I'm honestly just enamored with this place! The service was amazing and their food was on point! Flavors that you wish you had on a daily because it is mouth watering food that gives you that Mediterranean home feel! I chose this place to take my wife, after a little research here on Yelp, who really enjoys Greek food. I have enjoyed Gyro sandwiches in the past and the rare times we go out for Greek I always chose a Gyro. After reading the reviews and checking out their menu I figured I would venture out and get something different. Did NOT happen! I could not make up my mind what to try, with all the tasty sounding options, so I reverted straight back to the Gyro. Prior to placing my order I observed a Greek salad being made and it looked so good and fresh I opted to get one of those as well. The pleasant woman taking my order asked if I wanted to do a combo, by adding the salad and getting a drink. I said sure and it actually saved me a couple of bucks had I gone a la carte. My wife said that all sounded good and ordered the exact same thing. So much for sampling something new off of her plate :-( Our food was brought to our table (you order at the counter), as we were dining in. These Gyro sandwiches were LOADED with goodness and very tasty! The salad was fresh, vibrant and also quite tasty. We both enjoyed our meals very much - BURP and two thumbs up! I liked my sandwich so much I actually ordered another one to take home for a midnight snack; and it was just as delicious a few hours later as the one I had on scene. The staff we interacted with were all quite amicable and seemed to enjoy their jobs. It got busy after about 5pm, on a weekday, inside the business and they were filling many to-go, pick-up and/or delivery orders that I observed. We will be back, as I am now a fan of Greek food, with plans to try some of the other Greek offerings and expand my horizons. What a big dummy I am for having never been here before, let alone for not bringing my wife here (she had not been here either) knowing she enjoys Greek food. I ordered the yummy Gyro plate and chicken souvlaki sandwich. The gyro was perfect, usually they tend to be either too salty or too gamey due to overpowering lamb flavors but the Gyro here was just perfect! Called to let them know & they offered to replace it, i asked for the steak skewer instead thinking that would be safer.. got home and cut the steak to find it was still raw, pretty much purple inside. Came here a few days ago as it was highly recommend by a few people in town. Location - Perfect location in a business complex to help you get a few errands done. Parking - Large parking lot with plenty of parking. Venue - Colors are very bright, decorating is very nive, and place is spotless as if it was brand new. Service - Great staff as I was greeted walking in, they explained the food taste and options, and always on top of our party making sure everything was good. I just enjoyed another fresh, delicious meal at Ladera Greek Kitchen. In fact, it's been our date night spot of choice for the past three weeks! We love the freshly prepared Slovaki, spanakopita, fantastic side dishes (the lemon potatoes are great!) and authentic Greek desserts. The food never looks or tastes like it's been sitting in a warmer, no matter what time I visit. The employees are friendly and keep the restaurant and restrooms clean. We really like how the manager (owner?) is clearly concerned about customer satisfaction. Last night was busy and our meal took a little while to prepare. We had no complaints, yet he was sincerely apologetic for the delay and surprised us with a few complimentary desserts to take home.
