    Falafel wrap

Good place to get a falafel wrap to take on wine tasting trip. Fresh ingredients. Quick service. All at a price point. No wonder this place was busy as it was! Do think they should be providing extra sauce upon request without charging for it.

This place is consistently excellent. The feta fries are bomb, the gyro pita wrap is loaded with meat and fixings.

I was in the area and was craving some gyro and wanted to try a new place to me. I chose to get their Gyro plate ($19.14) which comes with 1 side, 1 dip, pita bread, and rice pilaf. I got their hummus which was creamy and well seasoned. They also had a side of lemon potatoes which where tender and had a crispy outer skin with a strong lemony taste. The gyro was moist and well seasoned but not too salty, the rice pilaf was good. The staff is nice and the order came quickly.

Mini plate of Gyro Pita & fries. Filling & delicious! Only $9.99!

Monday, 10-21-2024: Hubby & I came here for lunch after our dental appointments. We've been mostly ordering to go numerous times in the past year. The food is consistently very good and well prepared. During this visit we opted to eat inside as it was a bit warm outdoors. The eatery is bright, clean, and simply decorated with walls adorned with reminders of the food's origins---Greece. A framed Greece flag is proudly displayed. Greek grocery products are available to purchase near the front of the restaurant. My husband had his favorite the Greek Chicken Pita (11.49) and I ordered the mini plate of a Gyro Pita and fries ($9.99). Both meals were so flavorful with generous portions of protein in each. My mini plate was very filling and both were reasonably priced. The lady who took our order was very friendly and welcomed us warmly with a charming Greek accent (we surmised). An enjoyable dining experience at this quaint family-owned business, which we enjoy supporting! Hope they're around for a long time!

First of all this place is decorated so nicely. It feels modern with a rustic charm, and it's bright and airy. It's the perfect size to fit 10 or so small groups of people. Customer service - 5 stars. So kind and welcoming. And the food is just as great as everything else. Everything is cooked to order so you'll need to wait 10 or so min but it was worth it. I got the pork sausage loukaniko in a pita, which had the perfect texture and snap to it. It was also well seasoned. Warning: the sausage has orange zest in it, which took me by surprise and the tomatoes could have been a bit smaller but I still enjoyed it. And it was a healthy portion! I also ordered a side of tzatziki and the lemon potatoes which I loved --perfectly cooked and seasoned as well. Excited to come back and try more things.

My daughter and I had an impromptu lunch here and we were so happy. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and everything was so beautiful and clean. We will definitely be coming here again. We ordered the steak and pork skewers, the beef was so tender and flavorful and while the pork was very flavorful, it was not as tender. I'll be back soon to try the gyros! They also have a catering available!

This is the guy with the worst service ever! The guy that I mention in my review

I place an order online for pick up however my payment method didn't go through I was charged FOUR TIMES just to get to the restaurant to be told my order didn't go through and it was the banks fault not theirs I'm on vacation and have only been coming to eat here IM PREGNANT AND HAD THAT CRAVING of this place again! BUT employee there couldn't have handled the situation in a worse way which by the way I told him I'm pregnant and hungry I just want my food He kept arguing with me telling me it's his banks card and in top of tried to make me feel stupid by "placing and order himself online" implying I was dumb on placing an order when I SHOWED HIM my bank account that it had been charged that it wasn't a problem on me not knowing how to place an order BY FAR THE WORST WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Oh and I asked for his name he said I have the refuse to give you my name but I took a picture of him I hope someone trains him better to treat a pregnant hungry person better!

The food and service here is excellent. It was my first time here and the person who took my order was very patient and helpful when I asked him some questions about the menu. My friend and decided to do the combination plate where you pick a protein, side, sauce, and the plates automatically come with rice and yummy pita bread. The portions are big. My friend got the gyro and I got the steak. My steak was perfectly cooked, nice, and tender. Even though the food was delicious, I do feel it's expensive. My plate was almost $30. Nonetheless still good.

    Looks yummy great reviews.

Not bad for Greek food in the middle of non Greek community. The soup was ok w orzo. The gyros I tastes and it passed the test. The Potato's need a little improvement! Maybe use the bigger ones. But over all the souvlaki and chicken as well the salad was all good. Service was bussy so that tells you people like this place. What would make it a five would be a few more cooked meals. Oven baked or casserole. Overall I would stop back when in Temecula

It looks like everything is served in Styrofoam; is it? Too bad if it is.

    Yes it is

We drove by today Tuesday, March 15. Why are they closed? Hope it's temporary.

Hello Amy. It was definitely temporary. There was a plumbing issue on site that was taken care of while closed. We are reopen for normal business hours

Temecula is spreading out more as the housing developments find more land, and the topography adds…read moreto the convoluted nature of the city. That's my experience at least. Recently I was working elsewhere in the city and decided that I wanted to explore new eateries above a few favorites, especially in the Middle Eastern category. That's how I found Kabob House, on Yelp. Over the hills and through the ravines was the route Google Maps laid out, and I found myself in a shopping center that also contained an Italian restaurant called Francesca's. I almost went there after browsing the food porn, but I stayed focused and found myself in a quaint dining room with nice use of light and shade. It's popular, too, I realized as the tables slowly began to fill up on a Sunday evening. Not packed, but definitely busy. There's also an active take-out and delivery business (via Uber Eats and Doordash I surmised). A Kabob combo is always a good place to start, so I appreciated the options available, such as Kafta and beef. They offer choices to round out the place and I picked rice with a salad. I could have picked hummus, too, but either way, a handful of triangle cut pita bread are standard. The salad arrived first, I thought I requested the Greek style but the Caesar was actually very good and I didn't complain. The meal arrived on a large, heavy plate with tall sides (why don't more places do that?) and beautifully arranged. Very colorful, with a few dashes of sumac as garnish. The beef was a tad overcooked and a little smaller in portion than other places I've been, but the Kafta was moist and had fresh herbs and spices. Clearly the better of the two, but the collective experience was satisfying. I liked the rice pilaf and pita, and I was full afterwards. I noticed that they have an extensive wine variety, but I suppose you'd have to ask for a list. Something to keep in mind, especially if there are wines by the glass. A Spanish varietal red or Syrah would be perfect for beef and lamb dishes, unoaked Chardonnay or Voignier for chicken plates. Next time I'll explore the Shawarma options and an appetizer or something.

Reviewer crtisized Baba because they had so little meat for so high a price $30 and that "bigger portions for cheaper prices can be found at Kam Zaman." So here I am. I love lamb and the moussaka lamb shank was recommended to me by my server Alejandra. $23 sounded reasonable to me. Besides the entry in the picture she gave me a basket filled with pita bread and brought me garlic butter and chopped Olive tapenade. I spread that inside the pita with the garlic butter and it was so delicious. I am taking the leftover pieces to put in my toaster oven and heat to crispy and spread the garlic spread and olive tapenade at home yum. I do not live in this area I come from San Diego and Scottsdale arizona. But I am selling my short-term vacation rental in Temecula Wine Country and I don't have any food there because it's not my home. So I found this restaurant through the bubba review. I shall eat here as long as I stay in Temecula the service is warm and welcoming and the food is very satisfying. The portion of the lamb shank and rice was generous so that I save half of it in my own takeout box to have for another dinner with a pita bread. Looking forward to the leftovers. some men win I read the one-star review of no remember Alejandra was my wonderful server, checked up me often

Not our favorite Mediterranean restaurant…read more The Mediterranean food was super mid. I was really unimpressed with the falafel lover meal that only came with 4 falafels on the plate and some rice lol The rice was wet with maybe yogurt? I was not a fan of that. The wet rice was gross. There was only 4 falafels. I love falafel and thought the falafel lover would have more than just 4. Seemed like a rip off for what you get. My husband ordered chicken and rice and the chicken was stew-like. It looked unappetizing and he said it was gross lol I just don't understand the flavors of this Mediterranean place. We would not come back. Ambiance was midrange as it was not too busy and not dead.
