Was sitting in Green Bliss coffee and these guys came in and starting spraying pesticides all over the place. Inside the coffee shop. Without any ventilation. With customers sitting everywhere working. It was absolutely disgusting. I took my stuff and ran. I'm one step away from suing them and Green Bliss from poisoning me. What punks. Do not use this company. They do not complete work in the way they indicated. I was told that my home would be rat proofed from the inside. But they did it from the outside and it looks very sloppy. Some of it has already fallen apart and they sealed my water heater shut. But when you call the company and let the owner know about it, they claim they never said that. Once again lousy service and sloppy work. What a rip off. I guess I need to call someone else to fix their mistakes. read more

We used them once and they did a great job, but when we had another swarm in our house, we called to get them out again. They said they weren't available for over a week and we had swarming termites in our house. They said to "spray with windex" like that would solve it. We were very disappointed they wouldn't help us out and provide us reasonable time frame for this, and they very unhelpful attitude of too bad that's all we can do. we ended up using another company and will not be using Lady Bug again. This review is a little late but hopefully provides useful info for folks who needs someone to help with pest control. Diego (owner) came out to check for termite inspection - NOT SUBBED OUT TO WORKERS. VERY THOROUGH and was also very considerate when he stepped into our home - he wore coverings for his shoes :) Found a couple of termite spots - both subterranean and dry wood outside and underneath our house. Price quoted was really good + using minimally invasive treatment - no pressure from Diego and told me to call him if I wanted him to do the job. Also sent me a full report that evening with details of his inspection. Had another company come out for a second estimate - $500 more! Called Diego and he came and did an excellent job. Told him the other company found another spot outside and Diego took care of that without extra charges. Also gave two-year warranty instead of 1. What a breath of fresh air! I called Lady Bugs after finding these strange tiny little critters in my downstairs bath and hallway. Jamie was so helpful and calming on the phone and after sending them a photo of the bug, put me in touch with their tech Diego who was able to immediately identify what they were and tell me not to worry. You have to know, I am freaked out by any bugs in my home but after speaking to Diego felt assured that he would take care of me and them. Through our phone call he helped walk me through the process of finding out where they were coming from and how to immediately get rid of them before he could get out to spray. He was right! They were brought in with the bird seed from the market that I store in the garage. After doing the step by step Diego suggested in my garage I was able to rid myself of these little beasts and therefore was able to cancel my spraying appointment this morning. Jamie was very kind and happy I was able to do this on my own and said that they would be there if I needed them in the future. No pressure, no scare tactics, only great service! I scheduled the termite inspeciton last week. It was supposed to be on Thursday, got rescheduled because of the rain. The lady who helped me to make schedule is Karla. She is very helpful. Today is my inspection day. Diego came in and did a pretty good inspection. And will send me the report tomorrow morning. It is about 1 hour inspection. He also provided the suggestion and the quotes. I recommand this company. For me, it's another great help on my house purchasing road. Lady bugs was sent to my apartment for roaches however we had a bad unprofessional experience. The man who was sent out showed up unexpected without an appointment. He rushed us to remove everything from our cabinets in "5 minutes or hes leaving". Well, all the reviews were right!! I'm so glad I went with this company first. Diego, the owner, came out personally to inspect my bug problem. I didn't know if I had termites or what so he could have told me anything. But he assured me they weren't termites, or harmful and gave me quite an education about insects in general - all for free. He was so knowledgeable I decided to try the general prevention spraying to get rid of all the spiders that have been around with the heat and he was totally workable with a payment situation. I must say, I had some problems at the beginning with them as they didn't show up on time for their schedule, but I called and they explained a problem they had with one of their truck and they offered a discount for the inconvenience. After a week of showing up a freaking type of buck still kicking around my living room, I called them and they came back with no charge. Same thing happened again, but this time they took a bug for forensic (Lol) to prepare a good solution mix... Button line, they are responsive and committed to their work and customer service and exceptional despising the my experience with them. Let me start by saying this review is for Fumigation only, they outsource the fumigation, and I may have been the one out of hundered with a bad expereince, but I did have a bad experience. Deigo came out gave me a quote, we agreed on a price. I than told him I also needed to have them start in the morning as I was making reservations, he called the office to make sure they could start on the morning of the agreed day and told me no problem. Week before they start - Sent me an conformation with the price, $200 higher than agreed. I called them, and they then corrected invoice Day Of - At 0840 they told me the fumigation company (please note they outsource this work) would be there between 1100-1:00, not what we agreed on but what was I to do Day of - 12:30 called to check where they where, after I called back a second time at 12:50 was told 20 minutes Day of - 1:20 called in again to find out what was going on, after I called back at 1:40 was told more like 5:00...really not morning Day of - 2:00 emailed Diego concerning my experience and asked him to call me, to date HE HAS NEVER CALLED NOR REPLY TO EMAIL. However, to there credit someone from the office did come to my house so I could leave and get my house key and said she would work on a discount for running to late, I told her I was out a deposit and gave her the amount (under $300) Returned to the house to find trash in the driveway, Oil staines on my driveway (which after talking directly to the fumigation company they had someone come out and clean) and some sort of stains on my new tile floor, dirt in the house. Not Happy I talked to the office for the final payment, after I remined her of the discount she called Diego and said he would agree to about half of what was lost. The house was fumigated - They did have the best Price, the folks in the office where nothing but nice - I wish them all the best, and while I did go with the cheapest I also got what I paid for- read more

Do not hire this company. We called them over a YEAR ago to take care of rats in our attic. A year later, after guaranteeing us that they would take care of the problem in 6-8 weeks, we still have rats. They have refused to do anything but continue to check the traps (at an additional cost) after this. We have a large attic that they just don't want to take the time to thoroughly crawl and find the holes that the rats are using to get inside. They refused to even crawl underneath the house. It was a complete waste of money and their guarantee means nothing. read more

This company came out to destroy a bee colony on my property. They were NOT asked to come out. They were asked to leave yet they sprayed toxic poison into my yard of which I grow sweet potatoes in, and eat every year. NOW my soil is filled with toxic chemicals and the poor bees are swarming without a home, and they have been infected with poison that they will bring to other areas if they survive. It's easy to kill something, even easier when you are ignorant. Look up how important bees are! How do you think everything is pollinated and why stuff grows! Do not do business with this company. They are murderers if you need to relocate bees go to a bee re-locater or hire/ask a bee keeper for advice. Immeasurable damage has been done. It's sad. Don't let this happen to your area. read more

When the technician came out he set traps near the entrances of my attic and crawlspace and had them taken care of in no time. I wish I could give zero stars. Call ladybugs if you want your home infested with ants. They came out to fumigate an area in the front of my house that was heavily populated by ants. Instead of fixing the issue, I wound up with an ant infested house. So i called these guys after getting rid of ecola pest control, They were onsite in three days ready to do combat. The owner himself was there, saying he likes to meet first time customers! Friggin eggs bacon, that's what I'm talking about! They were kind, courteous and laid out a plan of action to take care of my pest issues. He then proceeded to take care of business and was done quickly. They have a plan to return on predetermined days and times to continue the service. I paid them to seal all holes for possible entries. It's additional charge. I still hear those rodents scratching my walls at night. OMG! What a waste of money and time.
