The ONLY place I have coffee when I'm in Laguna Beach. First, the coffee is top notch. They roast the beans on the premises. Second, whatever they do to grind and brew them makes them even better. Third, the food is local and homemade and fresh. Avocado toast, protein breakfast, any of the baked goods and even the vegan options in the case are all delicious. Went here the other day for breakfast and really enjoyed it. The food was delicious, and you could tell the ingredients were high quality. They even had fresh bread being delivered while I was there. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the place was clean and well-kept. There was also a nice view of the ocean from the windows, which added to the experience. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey in my opinion. I paid around $30 for my meal, but I still think it was worth it because you can definitely taste the quality of the ingredients. My go to coffee shop when I am in Laguna. They are my favorite! I order the same drink everytime! Dark mocha with oat milk! They make a really good mocha! They have so many pastries to choose from and you literally can't go wrong with any of them. It's a small inside but they have a few seats inside and they have plenty seats outside as well. But I usually take mine to go and drive to the beach and enjoy my coffee with a view. Parking can be tricky but I usually find street parking in front or on the side or back. read more

Sent my hubby here to pick us up some coffee and pastries. I saw online that they had some vegan pastries. Unfortunately when he got there, he said there were not vegan pastries except bagels and the only vegan spread was a pesto. They have a decent selection of alternative milks, and while I ventured to try a hemp latte, I must say the hemp milk was not my favorite. However their pastry case more than compensated, and the cherry almond bar was a winner, which would also make for an excellent trail snack. Prices are more than I'd want to pay, but not surprising for the location. Nice little outdoor patio but minimal indoor seating. My boyfriend and I stopped by this coffee shop because we had a long, traffic-y drive ahead of us and not enough sleep in our arsenal. Although there were many cafes to choose from, I was intrigued by the fact that this coffee shop was named after Laguna Beach-- surely it had to live up to its name. When we walked in, the store felt like a small, cozy beachside shack with friendly faces and a cute interior. The menu was full of both basic and unique drinks. I wasn't in much of a mood to explore so I decided to go with an iced caramel latte, which they were able to make half caffeinated and with oat milk. My boyfriend ordered the hot maple cinnamon latte, and the barista said that it was her favorite drink! Our drinks were prepared quickly and we noticed that there was a bar with creamer, sweeteners, and spices like nutmeg. We tried the caramel latte, which was very impressive-- sometimes caramel has the tendency to be too sweet. However, this latte combined the strong but not overpowering flavor of caramel with the rich, smooth flavor of the espresso. We tried the maple cinnamon latte next, which we both enjoyed even more! We are strong believers that anything with a maple flavoring is superior, and this drink did not disappoint. Although many cinnamon lattes tend to be bitter and powdery due to the dryness of cinnamon, the maple flavoring meshed extremely well with both the cinnamon powder and espresso. It was somehow creamier than the caramel latte! My visit to Laguna Coffee made a positive impact on the end of my vacation to Laguna Beach, I am grateful! read more
