He came out to service the unit and said it needed a complete rebuild, which with factory HP parts would be $300+. That was close to what the printer had cost but I told him to go ahead. After the repair was done we continued to have problems. Getting him to come back was like pulling teeth. He cams back again and said he was having trouble with old, aftermarket fusers and swapped it out - I said, you told me you were using HP parts? He said, yeah, these are but... The second replacement kept causing paper jams, wrinkled pages and other problems. I continued to call and get the "I'll be there tomorrow, sorry I got busy routine." Eventually he just stopped returning my calls. I left a message telling he this wasn't right and, and that I had paid good money for a service which netted me nothing. I even told him if he didn't call me back within a week to at least explain why he is refusing to make good on his repair that I'd be leaving him negative feedback, no reply. I will never do business with American Business Solutions again and I'll be sure to warn all my friends to select a more professional repair company as well.
