I asked to reduce the server's gratuity from the forced 20% on a large party to 15% since we had to spend our time doing her job and the manager said he could not accommodate that. FYI, they like to calculate gratuity based on AFTER they add in sales tax. So you are paying their forced gratuity on sales tax as well. Service was awful, slow, and we had to refill our own drinks multiple times. The server could not even clear our table properly like you would expect at most restaurants with this type of atmosphere. The food was mid. The only thing this place had going was the atmosphere.
