She is very knowledgable and she listened to all of my concerns. And she addressed all of my concerns. I've heard nothing but horror stories about people who get dentures. After all of the fittings, when I finally did get my permanent dentures I was very pleased. They fit perfectly with no irritation or issues. It's been over a month now and they still feel very comfortable. It's great to be able to smile and eat solid foods again. If I could leave more than a 5 star review, I would. Dr. Singh took my bad situation and fixed it. My quality of life is so much better after this experience.

I would not recommend them. There are more honest businesses out there and we have choices where we spend our money.

In addition to having a few dental issues, I also have dental anxiety, which causes me to ask a million questions :) Dr. Mullarkey is always patient, compassionate and thorough. She makes me feel at ease because I'm confident I'm in good hands. Lastly, the office staff is great. They are friendly and organized and were able to get me in last minute today because I had some tooth sensitivity. I will continue to stick with Dr. Mullarkey and Cusp Dental even though I have to drive 30 minutes to get to their office. I'd definitely recommend them.

Fillings: Even after I maxed out my insurance, they kept pushing more fillings. At one point, I came in just to refill one tooth where the previous filling had fallen out. I explicitly told them I only wanted one filling done because my insurance was used up. But after the procedure, they told me they had done two fillings--and now I had to pay more out of pocket. This was not what we agreed on. But of course, the dentist always has the final say and can "explain" their treatment afterward, leaving the patient with no choice. 2. Cleanings: I paid out-of-pocket for a deep cleaning and was told that if I paid in full, the follow-up cleaning in six months would be free. I scheduled the follow-up accordingly. But two months after the cleaning, I received an unexpected bill via email. When I called, they suddenly changed their story--saying the follow-up had to happen within six weeks, not six months. I was never told that before. At this point, I honestly wish I had recorded every conversation just to protect myself. Dental care should be about trust and transparency. Unfortunately, I experienced neither at Lake View Dental Associates. Would not recommend.

I called my insurance and found out that Lakeview DA didn't submit their claim for my appointment March 2022 until 2023, after which the claim got denied. I recommend they hire some more backroom staff so they can file these claims in a timely manner. Check their Google reviews - similar late claims and threatening calls with other patients too. Shady and sloppy with their work. Do not recommend.

I'm happy to be referred here and after almost a decade of coming here I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm currently commuting almost an hour and it's worth it.

A new owner took over this location. It has been a complete mess. They stopped taking my…read moreinsurance, so I've been trying to cancel my appointment. Messages don't get transferred to them and voicemails don't get responded to. I finally spoke to someone and was supposed to get confirmation of cancellation and didn't. Instead I got a confirmation of my appointment. I spoke to the front desk again and they said it was cancelled but they can't use messaging and can't stop all the confirmations and I guess can't tell me the appointment was canceled in writing? I would not trust the billing here to be accurate with all this mess
