I had the pleasure of being introduced to this place by Yelp and I loved it! My go to drink is the iced decaf latte! This drink is creamy, dreamy, and delicious. With nots of toasted coconut, deep caramel, and cocoa nibs. Pure perfection! They also have a bar later in the day to try all kinds of in house made drinks. The scone was meh but that herbed goat cheese croissant was . Never had a croissant like that before. Donut was a donut. All in all, def make a stop in to check out Brewpoint.

I was chatting with a barista about how much I love (and deeply miss!) the Equinox. She mentioned she was newer and hadn't tried it, but saw it in the recipe book and agreed it sounded amazing--which, for the record, it absolutely is (or was ). A little while later, she came running up to me asking if I was the one talking about the Equinox. When I said yes, she surprised me with an Equinox sticker she had dug up. Such a small, simple gesture--but it genuinely meant so much and made my entire night. To the Brewpoint leadership team: that moment alone earned my loyalty for life. Customer service like that is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. I didn't catch her name, but I was there Thursday, March 19 between 6-8 PM at the Craft location--she was running the sample table and sharing the carrot cake latte (which, by the way, was incredible). Before coming, I researched the problem and found a YouTube video showing the exact same error, sound, and symptoms. In that case, the issue was caused by a small piece of metal stuck in the grinder, and after cleaning it, the machine worked perfectly. I explained this to the shop. After a long wait, they told me the grinder was "broken" and needed to be replaced. I did not believe this, especially since I had already seen identical cases resolved by simple cleaning. When I tried to explain and mention the video, the technician was rude, argumentative, and did not even let me speak. When I brought the machine home, it did not work at all. I later found out they had turned off a switch on the back of the machine and didn't bother to turn it back on before giving it to me. I had to call them, then drive 30 minutes one way, just so a rude employee could flip the switch back on. This felt like a complete waste of my time and showed zero respect for the customer. Their attitude was arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional. I honestly believe they were trying to push an unnecessary and expensive repair. I do not trust this shop and strongly advise others to stay away.
