We ordered all pink plates which they had enough stock based on the confirmation invoice, they gave us 2 gray plates on the day of pick up told us they didn't have enough. Also the owner confused our day of pick up and literally told us if "we were sure that was the right date and time". Like yes it's stated in the invoice, that is not my fault YOU mixed up the dates and didn't have the product ready. Also our couch that we ordered wasn't ready on the day of pick up and we had to drive the next day to pick it up. Good product, but a huge communication hassle and this is not how you run a business, no discounts were offered Update : owner reached out and said to mention that I was compensated for the 2 missing plates, I'm sorry but that's the bare MINIMUM you can do if you're running a business. I forgot to mention that I had to drive 3 separate times because my order was not ready. If you're renting from here , call ahead and make sure they have everything ready.

Main flowers never showed up!!!!…read more A bride's biggest flower nightmare is to have no flowers at all on her special day! Tasha is a complete SCAM!!! When she has only bad reviews saying the same thing plus the guests....you could probably guess what will happen to you. As soon as you pay in full she will ignore your calls and refuse to send any photos of her progress. She is a habitual lier, who refuses to pick up her phone. She's always driving somewhere and says I'll call you back in a few but NEVER does. The only time i heard from her is when she needs more money because of ongoing unanticipated spendings. She will rope you in by telling you shes cheaper but then it all keeps adding up. Worst part yet!!! Night before the wedding 7:40pm i get a text how the flower pillars were too expensive and needed more flowers to make them work and if i have other ideas i wanted to look up she could try that. After getting this text i immediately tried calling her, she ignored every single call. Finally, she texted me back late into the night saying that she's trying to make it work. Morning of Wedding Tasha confirms that she will be there to decorate on time but of course she was late. She drops off the center pieces 1 hour before the wedding then tells me her daughter got into an accident and cant get the rest of the flowers. Seems really suspicious to me!! She then gaslights me and yells for not understanding. I mean maybe she did get into in accident I could understand but she could have sent someone to pick up the items. You could imagine the stress I went to when I realized I will have a flowerless wedding. Day after the wedding I didn't hear anything from her. No sorry, nothing! I then texted her about a refund which she didn't seem to care taking any initiative on. I am currently filing a report and working with the platform I hired her from. Stay away from this scam!!!

I live in another state so it's nice to find another local business where my family reside! My only comment for them is not answering their phones because I wanted to know if they delivered off the clock. On the plus side they came through!
