What a cool place. Good people and good food. Burgers are amazing, finger steaks and fish in chips are delicious. Salads are good because they make their own dressing. The menu is big so you have a lot to chose from. The past 2 years, this restaurant has made huge improvements. Yes, when they are busy, service can slow up but, you're in cascade...sit and enjoy the view. And maybe your "lemon drop martini" doesn't taste quite right...order a nice cold beer and enjoy the view. So if your in town or just driving through, head west on Lake Cascade Pkwy and check it out. read more

First time and last time coming to this location during memorial weekend. So we were taking a moment to look at the menu. The 3rd server was extremely rude and scolded at my daughter for wanting to substitute eggs for pancakes. Even though the menu says it will be a $1 dollar substitute fee. Came to have a good time and my daughter got scolded at. Very disappointed for being at a golf course. read more

The food was very, very underwhelming. I ordered a steak salad and the meat had a very rancid taste to it. I didn't risk eating it after my first bite.I would like to say I will never be back, but Cascade has so few food options the sad truth is I'm sure I will be forced to eat there again while traveling. read more

They were very accommodating for our large group and we got sat right away. even when we all wanted separate checks there was no problem and they were happy to split them up for us. everybody ordered something different and we all loved our meals, which were delicious and surprisingly large portion sizes despite not being very expensive. our waitress Sally was so kind, attentive and patient with our large group. she gave us recommendations and made sure we all had everything we needed including water, sauces, etc. we had a great experience with the rest of the staff and were very satisfied and impressed with the overall experience there, despite never having been there or known anything about it. read more

The best things about this place were the view and the friendly staff. Unfortunately, despite these two good points, I wouldn't return here due to the quality of the food. Overall, the food was mediocre. My son and I ordered hamburgers and they were so greasy that we couldn't finish them. They didn't drip grease; the grease actually ran like a stream off of the burger. The food that the rest of our party ordered was mildly better, but not really worth the $80 price tag for our family. We'll find another place to eat during our next trip to Cascade. read more

Going 2 stars as I reserve 1 for when I walk out. Golf course food at best. Had the ultimate philly and it was tasty but super greasy and on a hamburger role of all things that simply dissolved. I have never left a French Fry behind but these were too greasy too finish. Service was fair at best and sporadic. Nice view of the lake but no where close to 4.5 star review average. read more

Their website indicates happy hour specials on well drinks, beers on tap and appetizers. The beer and we'll drinks were fifty and seventy five cents off but there was no special on appetizers. Service was friendly and attentive but please update your website. read more

This place is terrible. We where sat and made our selection of what to eat. We were 1 of 3 tables. After waiting for 45 minutes we asked our sever about our food. He went and checked on it and said it had just been started. We got up and walked out. I recommend that you just drive past this place. The local Subway is a better choice then this place any day of the week. 45 minutes for 2 burgers and a chicken sandwich. Get real I'll never come back. read more

What a cute family owned business! My husband and I stopped in after our stay at The Ashley Inn, we fell in love with cascade and the view from this restaurant. All the food we had was delicious and the staff was extremely attentive and friendly! I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. My wife and I came here during trip to see the eclipse. We had a chicken sandwich and a wrap. Both were good, not remarkable in a good or bad way. The view is on a lake and golf coarse and had a nice view. Service was very good. read more

My family and I have come here for quite a few years now. We own a little place in Cascade and it's always nice to go grab some food with a nice view. It changed ownership awhile back and they changed the menu to a smaller menu, which was fine! We watch all the "restaurant rescue" shows and understand that it's better for a restaurant to have smaller menu better food. We'll... Nope. Their food is mediocre at best. Bunch of fried frozen junk you can just make at home. But!!! It's a small town, so be it. So we would continue to go there. The view is great and it's just nice to relax and have a drink. Well the last few times we have gone there the wait staff seems overwhelmed and they are RUDE! It happens from time to time time, I get that. After so many times though, you wonder if the new owners bit off more than they can chew or something. Rediculous that they are OK with their employees being extremely rude. Maybe they are the owners/wait staff? Who knows.. They are extremely slow, they ignore people, and act irritated no matter how nice of a customer you are. Maybe just over worked and under paid, or their mothers never taught them manners. So ya. Gas station style fried food and rude wait staff. Save your money and get some fried chicken from Howdy's gas station (highly recommend btw) and have a picnic on beach. It's the better option. read more

What a great restaurant! It was packed when three of us arrived Saturday night w/o a reservation, but the waitstaff found us a place at the bar, and when the crowd faded, helped us move to the patio to listen to the musicians as we finished dinner. Great & abundant pork chops, and fine steak, and a large dinner salad left us happy and full, and the accommodating service made it a great evening. read more

Horrible!! - the service was bad, coffee was brought out warm in a dirty cup. no refill for water asked. We sat for 1:20 min waiting for our food. After seeing other people who came in after us eating we asked where the food was & it had not even been cooked yet!! We weren't accommodated in any way, to add to our bad experience the restrooms were also dirty. We will NEVER go back!! read more
