We both thought our visits were fine, and the eye doctor was professional and thorough. and the only thing we weren't crazy about were the fact that we felt like they tried to up-sell us on a few things. I totally get that everyone is trying to make a buck, but we just didn't love it from a medical provider.

I have a complex eye and medical history, and Dr Lo was incredibly thorough. Additionally, this is what I saw while waiting for my appointment. 1) Two elderly individuals - one a veteran - required hands-on assistance with insurance. 2) A third elderly individual on a limited budget received a prescription discount card for their pharmacy and the staffer walked through the prescription instructions slowly and clearly. 3) The eyeglass team was not trying to upsell glasses. No hard sales tactics (like I have experienced at previous offices) and they were conscientious of options if a patient was on a budget. Frames are clearly marked with prices.
