The garage dorr came down on the rear door, one of the door hinges hooked on the van door, reversed and came off its track and shifted out of position. I was able to get the roller back on the door, but couldn't straighten out the door. Dave came out the same day I called, and he had to dthe cable on one side of the door. He gives free estimates.
