I only ordered to go but the chicken shawarma was actually pretty good I wish it had a little more sauce but over all the flavor was decent they have a whole bunch of food items definitely known for their Gyros! Another plus is that they are open late for a decent meal!

It was a really bad experience. I ordered via UberEats, because the food would be delivered in 20min and I paid extra to get it faster, but it took 1 hour to be ready!!!! 1 hour + delivery. I ordered a Gyro sandwich and a loaded bbq and cheese fries. The sandwich quality was fair, but not enough after been paid $16, the fries taste was terrible, and overprice. I paid $10 for old Fries.

So I happen to pass by this place to see what they had to offer. Menu seem decent and the place didn't look dirty. So I ordered me some boneless wings with fries. Thier wings weren't bad, although I was a bit disappointed in thier servings of wings because they could of serve me a bit more. I was left wanting to have more than what they serve me. Thier fries were okay. So my review on this place is that thier food is not the greatest, but it's not bad either. It's okay. I would honestly just say I would come here to eat if only I didnt have anywhere else to go. Just saying.

This restaurant has only been open a month so I am baking that into the rating. PROS: -Affordable - most items range from $5 to $9 -Friendly staff CONS: -Fairly long wait time for lunch service -Out of both chicken wings and boneless (aka nugggets) wings LOCATION: Located in a small strip center on W Kennedy between Habana and Armenia. Parking is limited on the front side though more is available in the back. FOOD: Though "gyros" is prominently in the title, they maybe make up one half of the menu choices. Combo plates and chicken wings fill out most of the rest but there are individual pizza, sub, burger and salad choices, as well. I intended to order the gyro and chicken wing combo only to learn they were completely out of all their chicken products...odd...so I went with just a gyro/fries/drink combo ($7). Once the meal was ready, more on that later, I was pleased with the serving portions. The gyro was on the large side as was the order of fries. Unfortunately, for the gyro, quantity did not meet quality. The pita was both stale (dry and a bit brittle) and a little too toasted. It was noticeable enough to overshadow what were decent innards. The fries were also well-done but in this case it is how I prefer them and they were seasoned well. Drinks are only can & bottle soda/water. With missing chicken and overcooked pita, only 2 Stars for Food. SERVICE: On my lunch visit, there were 3 other diners - one with a large to-go order. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the single employee behind the counter and he took my order pretty quickly. However, for a simple gyro and fries the wait time for my food was long for those conscious about their lunch hour. The service was friendly and polite though. On average, 3 for Service. VALUE: I think this is the strong point of the visit. The pizzas, subs, gyros and salads all come in under $7. The combo plates run from $5.5 - $9. Wings run form $5.25 (6pcs) to $19.99 (24 pcs). Being a little generous size despite the stale bread...4 Stars for Value. ATMOSPHERE: This restaurant is long and narrow with just 5 two-top tables so takeout orders are probably the expectation. It's not much to look at but clean. 3 Stars for Atmosphere. Even though I wasn't totally wow'd, I'd probably come back to try the wings and give the gyro another shot. Food: 6/10; Service: 8/10; Value: 9/10; Atmosphere: 6/10

Combo 5. Gyro and 5 wings
    Sabrina T.

I had Combo #5 today which was a gyro and 5 hot wings. The gyro was fresh and the hot wings were average. Zeko's off of Busch Blvd has better gyros though. But the food was decent, no complaints other than the restaurant being sketchy looking.

Everyone was super nice and it just felt like such a lively spot. Our table got a bunch of apps to share along with a couple entrees and all of the food was fantastic. The sangria was also incredible and definitely a standout. The only downside was that the service felt a little slow, so in between ordering drinks it felt like a long time. I did not mind too much though because the overall experience was still really fun. Definitely a place I would go back to!

We had a 6:30 PM reservation and the restaurant was fairly empty (about 4-5 tables occupied), yet we were seated at a very small two-top directly next to another couple where we could clearly hear each other's conversations. Several larger tables nearby remained empty the entire evening. When I asked about moving, we were told the tables were reserved and we'd need to leave by 8:30 PM ~ yet we stayed until 9:40 PM and those tables were never used... Service started off slow. No one greeted us for about 20 minutes until we waved someone over. When our server, Briana, arrived, she asked if we had been helped, which made it seem like there was a lack of communication between the host staff and servers. Food was okay: the branzino with grilled vegetables was very good, but the octopus was extremely tough and chewy. My plate was also chipped on both the left and right sides, which was surprising considering how expensive the dinner was. Drinks were fine, just a bit too sweet. What really caught me off guard was the automatic 20% gratuity added to a two-top. The most expensive restaurants in Tampa don't even do it and this is not Miami. Overall, not a terrible experience ~ but not one that makes me eager to return.

The only miss for me was the raw white part of the green onions in the salad, they were a bit too chunky for my taste. The chicken, though? Perfectly grilled...crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. It came with a tzatziki sauce that was more on the liquidy side, which isn't my favorite texture, so I just used it as a dip for the chicken and hummus. Heads-up: the menu on their official site isn't updated, but if you Google "Tasty Mediterranean," it shows accurate prices and lets you order online. It came out to $17.99 plus tax , which is a little pricey for lunch, but the portions were solid and the staff were super friendly so no complaints there!

I was also shocked I had never heard of it. I went yesterday for the first time to have it in person and was blown away at the quality of food in terms of how fresh EVERYTHING was and how efficient the service was. The staff was so so wonderful. Cassie, Clayton, & Joy were all such a pleasure to meet and speak to. I'll be happy to go support them in their new location opening in Largo. Getting into the food - here's what we ordered and thoughts on each: - Trio of Spreads: Pesto Hummus, Roasted Garlic Feta, Tzatziki w/ grilled & fried pita chips. Each dip was INSANE and you could tell by the taste they were not only homemade but made to order. My favorite was the whipped feta but i could genuinely eat each of them everyday. They asked if we wanted the pita grilled or fried and when I asked which was better they gave us both! And I'm so glad they did because I really enjoyed both and had never had fried pita before (delicious of course). I will be getting this every time. I do remember the dips going crazy when we had gotten it catered and they hit just as hard this time around. - Chopped Greek Salad w/ potato salad. I had this infamous dish when we had it catered and I was literally addicted to the potato salad. I remember I had a plate of everything else then went back for a full plate of the potato salad. I definitely recommend getting this salad chopped over the traditional way as it is much easier to eat. So unique they add the pasta salad to it!! - Chicken Souvlaki Pita. I always get gyro pitas so was trying to switch it up here and I was so glad to finally try Chicken Souvlaki (I've had Greek sooo many times but never tried it) and it was SO yum. Definitely a good change of pace for me. - Gyro Pita Platter. Still needed to try out their gyro so got the platter which is basically a deconstructed pita. I love that you're able to add as much or little of each of the ingredients - it reminds me of taco nights! The gyro was fire of course. - Greek Feta Fries. These were seasoned to PERFECTION. I was stuffed but couldn't stop eating them. You gotta order these at every Greek place and constantly compare. These were a wedge vibe and the perfect amount of potato in my opinion (I'm Irish so I prefer a thick steak fry to a skinny mcdonald's fry). The flavor went crazy. EXTRA SAUCES - DONT SLEEP ON THE SPICY TZATZIKI

There was one other couple ahead of me, and only one person working, so I did wait a bit, which was fine since I needed to peruse the menu. There are a few tables inside to eat at, but I chose one of the three outside tables. After conferring with the couple in front of me, I decided to go with the Mezze platter - your choice of 5 items. I thought it was expensive at $24, but it seemed to be the best way to try a wide variety of things. The five items I got, ranked from best to least best: 2 falafels-really good, hummus-very good, cucumber salad-good, cous cous-fine, beet salad-meh. Make sure you ask for the hot sauce - it jazzed everything up. The platter was served with a couple of pieces of pita, but there really needed to be more to dip into all the salads. The only available drinks were to purchase bottled water or bottled soda. I only ate about a third, but I will say it did not travel well. Because three of the salads were placed in the same section, by the next day all three salads were a combined soggy mess, and the only part that was still edible was the hummus. I did enjoy the food, and the worker was incredibly friendly and hospitable, but it was a bit too pricey for one lunch for me.
