Even if you validate your parking in the store, the video parking system will ticket you. I validated my parking for the time I stayed and left before it was expired and still got a $97 ticket. Parlor is working to resolve the issue but it is not worth my time to go to a place and have to fight a ticket every time I go.

Everything is premade, so you can't make any substitutions or changes of any kind. Just not worth it for me, although I've heard from others that the donuts are good (I'm not a fan of donuts). Hopefully those make this place a little more redeemable! I will say that the interior is really well done. Visually, the place is great. You can also order through a little window to the left of the doors, which is convenient, particularly for those with dogs or strollers.
