I agree to disagree with my fellow Yelpers. There is NO WAY that Lamberti's deserves a 2.9 status. Y'all are craaaaaaazy. Please note: my husband and I visited here LDW weekend, Friday- to be specific. 1. Our reservation was at 7pm and we were seated right away. This is restaurant, is massive, btw. 2. The service was nearly perfect. Honestly, if anything, the dinner went too fast, but I am not going to complain. 3. If you know the area, you know what you're getting into, price wise. It's Margate, NJ- what were you expecting?! ...the worst part of the whole thing is parking. But, again, if you know the area- this typically the case. Just reserve about 10-15 minutes to find parking. We started the evening with some cocktails. I went with the Perfect Sunset, which was a take on a spicy passionfruit margarita. I don't typically opt for tequila-based beverages, but it was good! J got a dirty martini (with blue cheese olives) and thought it was perfected well. To start the meal we went with the barratta special which was accompanied by a variety of fruit, arugula, EVOO, and balsamic drizzle. It was decent. Dinner rolls are complimentary, but nothing to write home about. Most definitely not homemade. For entrees, J went with the Filet which came with roasted potatoes and seasonal veggies. Not only did we agree that the steak was cooked to perfection but it came with a delicious marsala sauce. I went with the Arrogosta pasta which was INSANEEEE! It's MP, which had me unsure, but this portion was huge in every way and packed the flavor I was looking for. This restaurant overlooks the bay and we were lucky to watch the gorgeous sunset. It's handicap accessible, and the dress code is casual. Yes, it's a loud restaurant- but as expected by how large it is. I don't care what these other people are saying, we will most definitely be returning.

Beautiful view, server Vincenzo, was attentive, and had excellent recommendations. The food was wonderful taste and plenty. Price was a bit much but you are also paying for the location. I would give this meal a 9 out of 10. This time of year you don't have to deal with heat, crowds or flies. It's just a beautiful place to live.

Here is an actual review that factors in if the weight was worth it The service we received from Marissa was fantastic and it was on a busy Saturday evening in August. She was attentive, always providing updates even if something wasn't ready immediately and consistently checked in on us Atmosphere is absolutely amazing. If you want waterfront dining you get it with almost every table indoor and out, amazing view of the bay and sunset! The food was mostly all very good although some items could improve a little. Detailed list below It is pricey but you're in margate on the bay enjoying the most prime waterfront view. You're paying for an overall experience, not just the food Antipasto - good and fresh Margarita pizza - good Meatball and ricotta pizza - very good, ricotta was delicious Alfredo sauce - decent. Could've been more generous with the sauce Zianna - this dish was amazing. The blush sauce was perfect and all the other ingredients were fresh and tasty Vodka sauce - good but not as good as the wash sauce. Was a little too thick and creamy almost like they used cream cheese Filet mignon - pretty good dish Crab cakes - very good dish

We always share a bunch of plates. Food is good. Service is good but it was a bit slow this time. The round tables are nice for a large party but just a tad too big to hear everyone and for sharing. Did not regret dessert.

The coconut blood orange martini was delicious!!!! The Thai chili Brussels sprouts were so good. The fam did not let my phone eat first haha. My dad got shrimp gyoza m, he said they were really good. And then he got some sushi. My mom got Cobb salad and I tried that and it was good. But we don't like bleu cheese dressing and the ranch was not the best! I got a buddah bowl with chicken and it was good. I wish there was a little more of the dressing on it and maybe some onion or something. My aunt and uncle both got flounder and liked it! My dad also got the banana foster bread pudding and it was good! The bartender who waited on us majority of the time was not the happiest. Idk if he was having an off day but it was not great service! Also the hostess in the back was rude to my aunt.

We enjoyed an outstanding dinner here! While staying nearby in Atlantic City for a conference, we…read morereally wanted to get away from that nasty area and one of our colleagues lives in the area and suggested we try Steve & Cookies. We got there and it looked, calm, simple, and plain from the outside - until we walked in... this place was PACKED! Clearly, since we didn't make reservations, we weren't going to enjoy seating at their white table cloth tables in the main dining room, but we went around back to their bar and scored one last table there. Our server, Brian was amazing... engaging... and on point! They have a nice wine list and perfect spirit list. They also have an outstanding menu loaded with so many options, that I really just needed to settle on the first thing I saw that looked good. For me, I love cucumbers and when I saw they had a cucumber salad, done Asian style, I was completely in!!! Then I saw their soup of the day was split pea with bacon and since no one serves split pea and when they do, it's rarely what I expect, I got that too! Both of these came out looking GREAT! The cucumber salad had a nice spice to it and the flavors overall were sooo on point! That split pea soup was also great... almost perfect! It had the exact texture this soup should have and the flavor was very nice. For my entrée I saw a few of the halibut as I was walking through the dining room, so that is what I chose. The halibut came out looking great! It was PERFECTLY prepared too!! The flavors were spot-on, and the accompanying veggies were great too. We were enjoying dinner so much that we didn't want it to end, even though we were full... so, we ordered desserts too. I opted for the banana cream pie, as this is another item I rarely see on a menu and when I do, it's rarely done right, but not here... they did it perfectly! Overall, amazing meal... Highly recommend stopping in, but make reservations first!

For me this is my go to favorite for meals that are well prepared, with a varied selection, and…read morepriced appropriately for a fine dining experience. Their summer tomato appetizer is probably the most popular of all. There are so many positive reviews that back me up about all that is great about the place, I thought that I might make a few suggestions for areas that could use improvement. First involves parking. They have very little and are using almost half of the space for outside services I don't quite understand. This means dropping off your party and hunting the neighborhood for a place to park. This leads to the second negative. The receptionist is a bit unforgiving if your ENTIRE party is not physically in the house. So if you are out foraging for a place to park you are out of luck. Next there is the bread service. Despite the fact that they are connected with a bakery there is an up charge for bread. This is a small thing, but really unnecessary as prices for the main part of the meal certainly compensate for a few slices of bread. Finally there is the reservation process. It seems like tables are held and not available for the general public. If you use the "notify" feature in RESY, there is a chance that one of these reserved tables will be released. This is annoying at best. All that said this is probably the best restaurant in the area.

First of all, bravo to them for offering an affordable menu during select times--something rare these days! I was initially drawn to their LG plain pizza, which was priced reasonably between 2pm-5pm around $11 (not $28 like many places!). While the cheesesteak wasn't part of the Happy Hour deal, I was so impressed by the rest of their menu that I decided to give it a try, along with an order of cheese fries. Let me tell you, this is the spot I've been searching for in Atlantic County. I was nearly in tears because everything was just that good. The Philly cheesesteak? Glorious. It's massive--basically like two full cheesesteaks in one--and the flavors are incredible. It's fresh, perfectly seasoned, and easily one of the best sandwiches I've had since Gino's. No exaggeration. The pizza? Beautiful. It was perfectly made, fresh, and delicious. Even the cheese fries were warm, fresh, and made with care. What truly impressed me were the little details--Sappore sent paper plates, ketchup, and utensils with my order. I can't remember the last time a place went above and beyond like that. They genuinely care about their food and customers, and it shows. I don't eat out often, but when I do, I expect food to be worth the money and far from mediocre. Sappore delivered in every way. 5 stars all the way! I can't wait to order from them again. Keep up the amazing work!
