    Short rib grilled cheese sandwich
    Elaine S.

Loved this restaurant! Very spacious and clean and our server Melissa was excellent! I ordered the eggplant parm and it was delicious and huge. My husband ordered the short-rib grilled cheese sandwich with onion rings; others in my family ordered the crab cake & sweet potato w vegetables, a cheesesteak & a kids spaghetti, which was like a regular portion! Everybody enjoyed their meal and in the end we rewarded our full selves with the dessert on display: baklava, cannolo & a huge brownie!! This place is worth visiting.

My first time here, was in the mood for a turkey dinner. The place is nice. Very spacious and clean. I had the turkey dinner, husband had the turkey club. Both were very good. We will definitely be back.

Diner Breakfast! Pleasant interior. Awesome baked goods. Tasty food, good sized portions. Reasonable prices and close by. I had scrapple because, we're here in scrapple country. Lots of locals and regulars. Friendly crowd and staff.

Literally zoomed in to grab two desserts to go. Easy access off of Atlantic City Expressway. We wanted a diner vibe with bakery and this is the place we found. Walked in and was greeted by very friendly staff who were very polite and helpful. Went to the dessert cafe and ordered a slice of strawberry shortcake and a Whoopie pie. They were both huge and very reasonable. The strawberry cake was great! Light, fluffy and lots of filling. Not overly sickening sweet at all. The Whoopie pie was just as good. We ate them in the car! So good. This is a nice clean diner that's exactly what you think of when you hear diner. Would go again to try the food. Know that these desserts are tasty and there's a ton of options. You won't have a hard time finding a good dessert here! Didn't even snap a pic as we dove right in!

The fish was fabulous. The home fries desperately needed salt.

Lamp Post was hit or miss. I got the fried flounder and home fries. Y'all know I'm the Fry Snob, so I'm picky about my potatoes. The home fries were generous in portion. One order could feed 2-3 people easily. But they desperately needed salt or some other kind of seasoning. Hard pass. The fried flounder was fabulous! Perfectly fried and flavorful. I'd come back here just for that.

Arrived on a busy Sunday morning with just a 10 minute wait to be seated. Food was very good with huge portions. Friendly service and food arrived with special requests granted such as extra crispy bacon. Will Love to return and try other menu items.

This time, we enjoyed the seafood combo which was a huge tasty meal. Although, I thought the breading was a little heavy. Perhaps, we can request a tempura / lightly coated blend next time. My blackened salmon salad was spot on! Our server Tristan was attentive & quite knowledgeable of the food offerings. He's a keeper!

The parking was so good. I was able to take my Ferrari.

Well, we've been going out for breakfast every Wednesday morning for the last eight months and we came upon the Lampost diner in clementon nj one of the finest choices we ever made. You couldn't get better eggs and scrapple and sausages and scrambled eggs and pancakes. The people unbelievably friendly, the waitress, Gabrielle, a breath of fresh air, all I could say is go go go to the Lampost diner, a perfect destination spot. I recommend this restaurant can't wait to go back. John D'Antonio.

Massive portions. Had to send the NY strip back because it was burned and the broccoli side was disgusting. Otherwise great staff.

This place is bananas...literally!…read more My love and I planned our nice little Saturday ("Old School" anyone?) around stopping at The Original Banana Company to grab some after-dinner sweet treats for later. Five Yelp stars across the board? Doesn't get much better than that! We were warmly greeted by the staff, and they explained the menu to us. Being the Yelpers we are, we already conducted our research and entered locked and loaded and ready with our selections: - Toasted Smores Frozen Banana - they even asked how I like my marshmallows (burnt, please)! - Rice Krispy Treat Frozen Banana - gooey and delicious on all levels - Special of the Day Frozen Banana - Lucky charms, marshmallow, and caramel. Yowza! - Cookie Butter Cheesecake - my cholesterol surely shot up 50 points after this. Amazing! - Nutella UFO - hazelnut goodness! - Peanut Butter UFO - who knew peanut butter and banana bread complemented each other so well? We had such a fun time chatting with the staff and checking out the cool banana-themed décor. This place is an instant mood booster! The bananas were AMAZING. So unique and so delicious. We tried to tip but we were told they are not permitted to accept gratuities. In this day and age when EVERYONE has their hand out for a tip, it was refreshing to be declined. But honestly, they actually DO deserve a tip, and a big one at that! They are SO FRIENDLY! We cannot wait to return. Our plan is to sample the entire menu!

Eons better than all of the other frozen fruit/chocolate covered sweet treats in the grocery store ice cream section. Their ice cream sandwiches were amazing too-- they are made with banana bread. Somehow they kept the soft texture of the banana bread even with it being frozen. I highly recommend. Sensitive teeth approved.

It left such a negative impression that I chose to take my business elsewhere. Recently, however, I needed to pick up a cake for a friend, so I decided to give Sweet Eats another chance. I'm so glad I did, and it's all because of Alicia. From the moment I walked in, Alicia was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the bakery's cake options. Her enthusiasm, patience, and genuine desire to help made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Alicia completely changed my perception of the bakery. Customer service like hers is rare these days, and she deserves recognition for the outstanding job she does. She made me feel valued as a customer and reminded me how much a positive interaction can matter. Thanks to Alicia, Sweet Eats Bakery has earned my business back. She is a true asset to the bakery, and I hope management realizes how fortunate they are to have someone so dedicated, personable, and exceptional representing their business.

Very disappointed with my experience at Sweet Eats Bakery on 310 S Burnt Mill Rd, Voorhees…read moreTownship, NJ 08043. I was quoted $51 for a 10-inch yellow cake, and for that price I expected at least some level of customization and customer service. I wanted a 3-layer yellow cake with real fruit and two different filling flavors between the layers. However, I was told that Sweet Eats Bakery only makes cakes in bulk and that customers must choose from a pre-set list of cake and filling combinations. I was informed that each cake contains two layers of the same filling and that selecting different fillings for each layer was not an option. Wanting to see if an exception could be made for what seemed like a simple request, I spoke with the manager, Bridgett. Unfortunately, she also refused to accommodate the request and reiterated that I had to choose from the existing options. When I asked whether they would rather lose a customer than honor a simple request that would not create any hardship for the bakery, she responded that they would rather lose a customer. At that point, they lost me as a customer. For a bakery charging premium prices, I expected more flexibility, better customer service, and a willingness to work with customers on reasonable requests. Instead, I was told to take it or leave it. I chose to leave it, and I will not be returning. If you're looking for a custom cake tailored to your preferences, this may not be the place for you. I highly recommend Sweet T's Bakeshop in Haddonfield, NJ, they are better anyways!
