The sofa is from a manufacturer called StressLess. It's gorgeous, classy and I'm in love. I 100% would not hesitate to recommend this brand to anyone, especially someone who values comfort. When placing the order, we clearly indicated that the delivery would be to the fourth floor and that the building has an elevator. However, the delivery team arrived and told us that the bed would not fit in the elevator, even though the bed is delivered in separate pieces. They also refused to carry even a single piece of the bed to the fourth floor and simply left. The delivery team told us that someone would contact us to arrange another delivery, but I have now been waiting for three days and no one has contacted us. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service. I paid for delivery to my apartment as well as assembly of the bed and nightstand, so I expect these services to be provided as agreed. I am not willing to cancel the order or choose a different bed. I simply need the bed and nightstand I purchased to be delivered to my address as soon as possible. If additional movers are required to complete the delivery, please arrange for three or four people to come and safely bring the items to the fourth floor and complete the assembly. I would really appreciate your immediate assistance in resolving this issue. I currently have nowhere to sleep, and it has already been three days since the failed delivery. Please let me know as soon as possible when the delivery can be rescheduled.

I recently purchased a chandelier from the Dublin CA Lamps Plus store. The lighting specialist Catherine was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. There was a mixup with the fixture after it had been installed by our electricians. Believing it was the wrong fixture, I contacted the store. The manager Tina could not have been kinder or more accommodating. Installers from Lamps Plus came with the "correct" fixture right on time only to discover that we had the correct one from the start. The electricians had failed to install the bottom piece. We walked in just curious about lighting options and walked out with three new fixtures because of the care and service from Mahdee. He seriously is the best! This is where we got our lamp a few weeks ago and everybody is complimenting it. It is really nice and gives nice accent to our dining area. Price is very reasonable, a little on the pricey side but well worth it. I must say the staff is very accomodating. I think they were patient enough to wait till we decided to buy the lamp after 2 hours of changing our mind. Haha. Anyways I think this place deserves 4 stars. The delivery of our fire table was originally estimated to be 2 months out, but they arrived at our home in about 3 weeks with everything else we ordered! Delivery was smooth as well. We love our new outdoor furniture and will be back for more items in the future. Bought a $729 toilet here, couldn't get it to fit in place and they wouldn't take it back!! When I went to return it they asked me if I placed it on the wax ring and I said "yes" because I had a helper and thought he'd already placed it, but that wasn't the case. The base was free and clear of wax. On my first attempt without the wax ring, I realized I couldn't get the bolts into the slots in the floor fitting because the bolts are inside a hole in the porcelain base of the toilet and the walls on each side of the toilet leave no room to bend my wrist and get the bolts in. At that point I realized it was impossible and decided to return it. When I returned it, they asked if I had put it on the wax ring and I said yes initially, because I thought my friend had tried seating it, but he hadn't. So I returned 2 days later with the toilet, told them it hadn't been seated on the wax and they still refused to take it. Also asked me if I had the box and when I told them "no" they restated that they can't take. The box it comes in is well-made of heavy cardboard and put together with heavy staples. It's made to keep the product safe during shipping. No one can't take that box apart and keep it intact for reassembly!! It wasn't meant to be disassembled and reassembled!! Using the box as a "no return" item tells me these two guys are a pair of "scheisters". Stay away from this place and take your business elsewhere!!! Anybody want a brand new $729 unused toilet that is worthless to me!! Thanks for nothing NLB&K!!

When i returned the item they did jot accept it first so it was returned back by the hauler. When i called to complain they are charging 25% restocking fee. In the first place why did the sales rep continue the sale even if they dont carry the exact measurement.? And now i have to pay another hauler to deliver it again. Box was literally just opened to see the item, item was never taken out of the box. And they refused to take it the first time.

I've always loved Benjamin Moore in Dublin, but after being treated rudely by Elaine, the "color…read moreconsultant" who insisted that all the paints she showed me are warm whites and "whites don't have undertones" - I realized she is not a color consultant. She is fast talking, curt, annoyed when you ask questions she can't answer, and was quick to pull out a color and say, "Use this one" without ever asking any pertinent questions. Really, it matters if you have a southern facing room or a northern facing room...paint represents differently in different rooms. She clearly knew none of this and was annoyed that I asked the RGB of their Swiss Coffee..she continued to insist that whites don't have undertones. When she finally asked the man at the front desk for the RGB, she rolled her eyes and threw her hand up like she was in disbelief I would ask that question. In reality, any color consultant should know that RGB is the red, green, and blue that is used to make a color, and helps to decipher a paint's undertones. Honestly, if she didn't know I wouldn't have cared, but she was hostile and curt, and seemed like someone in a rush; someone I would expect to be on commission in a shopping mall. I did call the manager and he was very apologetic and professional. However, I've decided not to go back, as there are many paint stores in the Bay Area where color consultants are welcoming, engaging, and don't act hostile toward the customers.
