For some reason people have a tendency to cut off the ends of my brows or make them super thin, but not here. Somehow, I leave with my eyebrows thicker, but still more shapely than they were when I came in. It doesn't seem to be a one size fits all service. She understands my eyebrows and does her magic. I haven't tried any of their other services, but I may give it a shot eventually. My reasons for the 4 star are: It's cash only. They said it's because of COVID, but I thought most places are card only for that very reason. Anyway, it's okay just kind of inconvenient since I don't typically carry cash on hand. Also although it looks pretty good the first week, my eyebrows end up growing back pretty fast. And it's a bit on the pricier end for eyebrow threading ($10). It's not an excessive price, but I've just had my eyebrows done cheaper elsewhere and be just as good.

i finally caved and came here for a lash lift, and my technician Tran T was incredible. i've been…read moregetting lash lifts from a different place for several years now (thread bar), but decided to change it up after never being fully happy with my lash experience. while definitely more expensive, Tran did such an incredible job with my lashes that i don't think i can go to anyone else. she was so patient and sweet, and explained everything about lash lifts (and also about lash extensions since i inquired). she was very knowledgeable and made sure i felt comfortable. i never knew there were so many different types of lash lifts, my old place never gave me a choice in curl. i feel like this experience truly opened my eyes to what a good experience should be like. Tran was so warm and made sure i was comfortable the whole time. i didn't experience any discomfort during my lash lift (vs at my old place i often experienced burning/tearing) and i even fell asleep for most of the appointment. i rebooked for 6 weeks and can't wait to be back!

I received an email and text yesterday, confirming my appointment. I get to the shop today and no one is there. A closed sign is on the door, instructing to call or go on the website. I called the number and there's no answer. I found another number on the website, so I left a voicemail asking for an explanation. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating as I traveled to this shop and made my appointment in advance, when I could've went to another salon. If the shop is genuinely closed due to COVID or another reason, the option to make appointments online should be removed immediately, existing appointments should be canceled, and customers should be notified. I hope this issue is resolved ASAP, so no other potential customer is left stranded and dissatisfied.

We decided to stop in after receiving a flyer because we needed our brows threaded. I asked her to clean my brows up since I had recently had them threaded elsewhere and liked the shape. She did clean them, but afterwards they were shaped differently than before and I didn't like the new shape. They are a little thinner than I prefer and I am now waiting for them to grow in more. Further, the threading experience was much more painful than usual. My girlfriend had her brows done as well and also described the experience as very painful. After we left the shop I noticed that the skin under her brow was very red. Upon closer inspection, it became clear that her skin had been plucked/broken and it was scabbing over. The services were very expensive and I wish that we had been informed of the price prior to receiving the services. To be fair, we should have asked. The store was also very very hot and we were sweating/uncomfortable the whole time. Sheenam was very nice and again, I would love to be able to recommend her services, but sadly we were not satisfied and will not be returning.

I used their online system to book and pay for the service in advance. The tip was taken via venmo. I booked for any available tech & my tech assigned was Liliya (or Lily). I arrived 15 minutes early and she was already there ready to take me. We talked about a desired color as well as any other specifics. Liliya knew what she was doing, I can tell she has experience. I trusted her with the color choice and shaping & she did an amazing job. Due to pregnancy, my eyebrows thinned out but she was able to return me my original pre-pregnancy shape. She took her time & did not rush. I would come back to see her again. However...without taking any stars off because I did enjoy my first time here. I noticed that one of the techs who was not attending to any client at the time of the arrival was not particularly friendly. I just would like to make a note to the management to pls explain to the employees to be friendly and greet a person when we come in the door. I would take one star off for this, but because everything else was great, I'll leave all 5 stars on!
