I had a great experience at Watch Station. The boss was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to really teach me about watches, styles, and what to look for--especially for gents. He also shared current promotions and made the whole visit feel relaxed and welcoming, not pushy at all. Even though I didn't end up buying anything that day, the customer service didn't stop there. He followed up with a text message thanking me for coming in, saying he hoped to see me again, and offering to send pictures of any new men's watches that come in. I don't write reviews generally, but this one needs an owner's attention. I have been pleased with my previous visits, but yesterday I had the worst experience ever. Never been treated like this by an employee before in my lifetime. I went to buy 3 watches (gifts) so i needed to see many designs. He was very rude from the beginning and said he can take out only 3 watches at a time. I understand there are protocols. But when I would ask him to keep back the ones i saw and show me more, he gave an attitude and seemed frustrated. He continued to be that way. Initially I ignored his behavior and was ready to make the purchase. But finally I said it "why are you so upset, I just want to see my options". And that was it... He started speaking loudly and harshly. Very rude. I should have walked out, but I was still ready to pay for the watches I chose, so I asked him to bring out a new piece (if they had it). He kept the window piece and the new one both together (without boxes)- so I asked him which one is new ? (they both looked identical) You can't imagine his answer- "You have eyes, you can you see it with your eyes". Who speaks to the customers like this? I was shocked. Absolutely worst experience from our visit today, 11/16. My mom and I went there together and to give a bit of background, my mom does not know English very well. When we walked in there was a male worker who kept scoffing at us and shaking his head and laughing when we were simply asking to see the watches up closer. He was ignoring us and giving us a look as though we were the dumbest people to exist or as though he did not enjoy his job a single bit. It seemed as though there was a little bit of racial discrimination involved because there were other indian people there who were treated very very similarly and given terrible attitude by We were given dirty looks by both the male employee and the female employee (both were also texting each other and giggling and looking at my mom and I, which can be assumed they were talking about us). I was trying to be very nice and humble but we were repeatedly given such demeaning looks and terrible customer service. The only nice employee there was this curly haired and very thin male. Not sure how young these employees were but there should be an age criteria when hiring employees so there are not immature individuals belittling customers. Definitely won't be coming back there again, sorry to future customers who have to interact with both the male and female employees. read more

I was first introduced to Watch Station because there was one located at an outlet center close to where I used to live. I always enjoyed going into that one because of the exceptional, friendly customer service. Unfortunately, for my first visit today at this location- I didn't receive or have the same experience that I did at the SoCal store. My husband and I walked in around 1pm, with hopes of buying a Mother's Day gift. When we walked in, we received a brief greeting and that was it. I hovered near the registers where there were 3 associates talking amongst themselves. I stood there with an "I need assistance with some watches, can you help me look," and still no eye contact from the associates. It was awkward- so I had to intervene their conversation to ask "can any of you please help out with some watches?" The associate that ended up helping us, didn't even smile nor was she personable or helpful. Weird. The second associate that ended up helping me was decent, but could still use some training on good customer service. At the end of the day, I walked out with a Mother's Day gift in had, but I'm not rushing back for another visit back to this store. read more

I've been here a few times and I've never been disappointed... until my last visit. Came out here to check what Diesel watches they might have on sale. I expected nothing less than an amazing deal since the last few times I came by, they've always had some kinda mad discounts. I found one I really REALLY liked. Hubbers found one he really likes, too! We had our salesperson check to see how much they were. The discounted price they had on them didn't disappoint - we got a really great deal! I don't think we were there more than 10 minutes. As we were getting rung up, I noticed that she was gonna place our watches in their dinky ass boxes. I asked where the Diesel boxes are, and she said, "Oh. If you want those, they're an additional $6/each." You're charging us for the boxes they came with?! She said the reason for the charge is because they've maximized the discount they can give us for the watches, so they have to charge for the boxes. WHAT?!?!? I told her that was ridiculous, that I know for fact that each Diesel watch comes in their own box. I also explained I was at their store not too long before this visit and bought a Diesel watch and got a Diesel box with it at no extra charge. So she explains they have changed their policy regarding that, and that they began charging for the boxes just recently. (I don't buy this. This might have something to do with her commission. Or just power tripping, I don't know what that's about.) So, that's basically taking some of our discount away, right?! Like watdafak?!? And what kinda lame ass explanation is that?!? What happens to the unused Diesel boxes when people opt not to buy them?! Hubbers said he didn't need one. I ended up getting one because their store box just looked so awful. And to add cherry on top, they didn't give my husband a manual to go with his watch. I guess losing a customer for $6 is very VERY worth it for them. Never coming back here. They're not the only watch discount store I can go to, but they certainly are now the most disappointing. $6. What a joke. read more

Came into watch station here at the outlets to find a replacement screw for my Diesel watch. Amber was very helpful and provided me with Details in great information on how to go about getting not watch fixed. They don't usually carry the piece that I needed today. She was multitasking with 3 different party's and still provided all of us with the attention we desire when shopping. But wait there's more Cynthia the Manager took time to find a screw inside the store to send me out with my watch in working order. These two individuals are apart of a great team. Going above and beyond to satisfy a regular customer. My girlfriend and I have purchased many watches from here and this is exactly why we will be back for more. Thank you both Great service. Employee Paubla has a bad attitude towards costumers. After waiting in line since only one employee is working during the time we got in the store, then Paubla just came in, without asking whose next, she gets the costumer who just got in the store and I told her I am next then she came to me saying I have to be patient.. wow! Just by saying I am next she'll have to tell me that! First of all, she should have ask her colleague who is next so the one whose waiting will not have to tell her... I am planning to buy the watch but because of her attitude.. nevermind.. there's a lot of watch store out there and have a better employee.. I popped in here to look for some accessories for a Friendsgiving party and thought they might have some cute items in the back. Watch Station Outlets are really hit or miss in this department. They had a couple of cute items but they were really discounted much from the retail prices. I asked if I could try on a pair of earrings and was told no, but that it would be just as easy to hold them up to my ears in front of the mirror. This is just pure laziness from the sales associate who was not busy with other customers (I was the only one in the shop at the time). Most stores that sell jewelry will let you try items on and then clean the posts between people trying them on. In fact I'm pretty sure I've tried earrings on at other WSO locations. If I had to guess they maybe only had 5 pairs of earrings for sale on the rack anyway. It's not like it would be difficult to keep them all sanitized. The whole point of trying a pair of earrings on is to see how the hang on your ear - do they twist? Do they hang straight and stay facing forward? These are seemingly not important to some people, but they are to me. I won't bother visiting this shop the next time I'm at the outlets. There is really no need for this store to have 4-5 sales associates working at a time if there is no customer service anyway. read more

This place is one of my most favorite place in CA, since three offer a huge range of branded watches. The shop has never failed to attract me. Today was again one of those days, and as a result I was so engrossed in shopping, that I left my purse in the shop. I did not even realize until the time I came back towards the closing time to exchange he purchase. Biff...one of the employees in the store was amazing, and readily came up to tell me that I had left my purse. Or else maybe I would not even have realized until I got back home. I was looking around the Livermore outlets for something to buy for myself and my dad for Father's Day. I stopped by this store to see if they had anything good and was kindly greeted by the employees. One of their employees named Biff helped me look around and was patient enough to help me find a watch. He was able to give his honest opinion on watches that I was looking into which was very helpful for me as I am very indecisive. For a good price, I was able to find a watch for my father which he extremely liked and I consistently get compliments on my new watch when I wear mine. Biff was kind enough to offer me adjustments and repairs if anything were to happen to my watch. I'm definitely coming back if I ever need a new watch! read more

My wife bought a watch here on Jan. 1st and needs it for work. Battery died on the 7th (would expect longer battery life than 6 days) and she happened to be in Mountain View for work so she couldn't get back to the store on time to get it replaced, so she purchased a $10 battery at a local watch shop in Mtn. View. When she took the receipt for her watch and the battery back to this store they said they couldn't refund her the battery amount because they don't do that. She then said, can you give me a voucher for a battery for the next time it dies, they also stated, they don't do that either and would not help her at all. I stopped by there with my girlfriend while shopping at the livermore outlets and came in during a good time. They were having a sale, buy one get 40% off and buy 2 or more to get 50% off each item. This place has tons of brands to choose from, from burberry to diesel; women's, men's, and unisex watches. The place is small, typical for a outlet specialty store. There were tons of workers, however it seemed like only 2 of them were actually working while the others were conversing among eachother. The gentlemen that assisted us was very kind and knowledgeable. He helped both us look at many different watches before we settled. We ended up buying 3 watches, 2 skagens and 1 kate spade watch. Spent a grand total of $218 instead of $440. I think we got a pretty good deal. From my understanding, the store is going to have on going sales like these from now on.. so i definitely recommend stopping by. I bought my wife a Burberry watch from the Watch Station at Livermore, and the battery died within 6 months (?!!?). So we went back to the store looking to get the batter replaced. The store technician promptly took our watch and while changing the battery, happened to break the crystal. As expected, the office manager said that they would foot the repair costs and have the watch sent to us in 2-4 weeks! Funnily enough, my wife received an email with the repair changes requesting for a payment. We had to bring this up with the store and they agreed to take care of it. It's been more than 5 weeks and we still haven't received the watch ! And the store team doesn't seem to care/help. read more

Bought my watch here about a year ago and took it back to get the battery replaced. After waiting for 30 min, they told me they didn't have the right battery in stock. Don't know why they couldn't have looked that up before hand. To top it off, when they put my watch back together, they didn't put the water proof gasket back, so when I did take my watch somewhere else for a new battery, I needed to pay for a new gasket as well. I have to start off by saying I have never received such a lack of service from a store with so many employees. We were directed here by one of the employees at the Burberry store as they said they had more of a selection of watches than their store.My cousin, my boyfriend and myself visited this location on 01/11/15 around 4PM, we were not greeted nor acknowledged from the moment we walked in as it seemed like the employees were too busy holding conversations with themselves about five to seven employees were working. The most service we got was an employee complimenting my necklace but did not offer to help or ask if we needed assistance. All three of us stood in front of the area where they have their Burberry watches for about six minutes before we finally gave up and walked out. Based on our experience here I would rather purchase my watches from Saks, last call or other locations that carry the same watches with better service.
