The workers were really nice at first, but I feel like I was misled. I originally went in just wanting to exchange a watch I bought for my brother because the face was too big. He also said there were no refunds, but that he'd allow a week just in case. I was fine with doing an exchange tho. However, the employee told me the watch I was switching to was actually more expensive, and that he would make it an even exchange so I wouldn't have to pay more. After I left, I checked the website and realized the watch I was given was actually way cheaper than the one I originally bought. That's when I went back and asked for a refund because it felt unfair. I showed proof, and after some back and forth they eventually gave me the difference back. I'm conflicted because they were friendly in person, but I didn't appreciate being told incorrect information during the exchange. read more

Sean and Diana were very pleasant and so personable! We originally came in to get a couple of my mom's rings cleaned/serviced that she had purchased from here before. We received the rings back as sparkly as ever. Before we left a ring caught my eye, next thing we know we're looking at a ring for each of us. Sean and Diana worked together as an amazing team to get me and my mom the best deal possible! They were very helpful in breaking down pricing, the deal we'd be getting, as well as the warranty we applied for so it was easy to understand what we were paying for. As we were getting ready to leave a second time, my mom brought up a watch she had that needed a battery replacement. In which Sean was able to repair in 30 minutes as he promised or even less time. Place is a scam- like other reviews mentioned. they make up prices, they tell u the price is 3k and they can give it to you 50%off ... I'm just glad that I stuck with buying something cheap because I had the feeling that it was going to be a scam. We agreed on a price and they were going to trim 2" off the chain because it was too long and they were going to return it to me, when I left my necklace and came back for it they only gave my necklace back without the extra 2" remainder cut- she informed me that it was used to melt what they did to alter my chain but my whole point was they were going to return it. too bad they lost a good customer because I was just starting to collect jewerly. never returning to this place again. read more

I was visiting fam in the area from out of state. We ventured over to the outlets and I thought I'd look into getting a Gold Rope. I inquired about about a gold rope with this jewelry store and regret it. I wanted something simple. I wanted a SOLID 14K gold rope and asked the jeweler if the one I was looking at was SOLID. I was told yes it was. But the next morning I wake up, pick up the chain and notice the weight is a lot lighter than expected. I take a look at the paperwork and the title has hollow abbreviated as HLW!! Capitalized red letters: ALL SALES FINAL. It's pretty sad not to be able to trust people when making purchases. But I guess that's why I avoid buying jewelry in the first place. Not only is it extremely overpriced/marked up compared to its actual value. But you can't trust the salespeople either to tell the truth when you're making a purchase. That being said, if you make a purchase here, ask to weigh it. Ask to see the paperwork that comes with the jewelry. Come with some knowledge, negotiate, be willing to walk away knowing you don't need it anyway and examine the paperwork before signing especially when all sales are final and shysters are involved. Know that "60-70% Off" means nothing if the jewelry is overpriced in the first place and then you add a crooked sales team to it. Good luck to them but I won't be shopping here again and would never recommend not only because it's their job to do their own marketing. But because of my personal experience was a dissatisfying/disappointing one. Annnddd the clamp just broke after a few hours of wearing. read more

Concord CA Location doesn't take care of their returning paid Customers. The Lack of acknowledgement and no urgency to assist their African American clients is REAL DISRESPECTFUL. We came in to the location to replace diamonds for two previously purchased items, in which a few stones fell out, and also purchase new Wedding Bands for our 15 year Wedding Anniversary. An employee refused to look up our relationship to do the repair but insisted we run our credit. Among other things (99.9% customer service), we decided to go elsewhere and we are very glad we did because no one deserves to be treated less than, especially when they are returning customers!!! read more
