Back in the days I used to shop at their forest park store, it is right down the street from their warehouse, so anything that is not available in the store (window regulators, ngk spark plugs), can be picked up right at their warehouse center. Now I have been shopping at this location and while coming into the store today, I was greeted by the manager (Dennis), he asked me what I was looking for and put me in the right direction, as I was checking out told me about their free rewards program that I was unaware of. These guys are always about good customer support and generally can answer any question. If you have battery issues, check engine lines, or need a jump, these guys can help and do it for free, except for parts. I highly recommend this store. [Review #171]

I took it back and of course they were happy to charge me another $51 to look at it. They got it to start but would not start for me. I purchased a compression tester and discovered the blower only had 70 PSI of compression. Now I have over $300 wrapped up in an old blower that needs to be completely rebuilt. Do not use these people. Any shade tree mechanic can throw parts at something without doing any troubleshooting. Hey Sosebee, I'll be happy to attach pics of receipts if you think any of this is made up but you and I both remember each other. Go ahead and keep being mediocre. It's gotten you this far.

Called the site before going and they confirmed they had both left and right hand parts. Got there and it took 45 min for them to let me know that they had none of the cars on the lot. (no parts that match) .... I waited 3 business days to see if they do the right thing to update their online inventory and found they only updated the inventory of the left side parts as the right side still show available. If you are very close to the location maybe worth your time. However you cant trust they have the inventory in stock based on how they update the online inventory. Net result 2 hours road time.. 45 min wait.. no parts for the effort.

On October 20, 2023 I went to start my car only to notice the battery was dead. I called my insurance and got a jump and to my surprise the damn thing went out again a week later. I went to the location near my home off Cheshire and bought another battery. I tested my Voltage and Alternator and all is fine and above the suggested Amps. I drive a 2013 Honda Accord and rarely drive it so although my car is 10 years old, its paid off and in amazing condition. Fast Forward to Late December into the New Year and I notice the battery keeps dying! I'm literally screaming that this is a new battery and my Alternator is fine. I call Geico again, get a jump and head to my destination! Upon leaving, I crank to start, and it's dead again! I'm pissed!..... I get a jump from my brother and my dad tells me to disconnect the battery while the car is running and if the car still operates the battery is faulty! I did this little trick and sure enough It was the battery! Now my father made his remarks about getting batteries from Advanced Auto (which I now know) but the reason for the 5 stars is the Associate. I don't think his name is Welby as that's what's on the receipt but he was a Hispanic man that worked the evening of 1/6/2024. I want to say Jesus but I could be wrong. This man serviced the entire store, exchanged my battery for a new one, installed it, changed another customers windshield wipers and helped a customer install new headlight lightbulbs. He did this while going back in the store ringing up customers. He was the only associate there so If corporate sees this, Please give this man some help! His ability to remain patient yet service our needs was remarkable! One thing I notice about this store is it generally changes staff a lot. If anybody sees this go ahead and offer this guy a good position or lead role because he is really adding value to this store and helping a lot of people!
