I had my car repaired at Lance's Complete Collision Center. The work itself was okay, and my car looks fine now, but the overall experience was just average. The repair took longer than expected, and I felt the communication could have been better. The staff were polite and tried to be helpful, but I had to follow up a few times to get updates. Pricing seemed reasonable, but nothing about the service really stood out. I'd say it's an average place--gets the job done, but not exceptional!!! read more

This guy is really horrible. He will just waste your time. I visited his shop twice and kept following up for two weeks. What a waste of two weeks. Every time I spoke to him he just keeps saying, I will send a quote today, I will send it by email, I will send it by text, etc. Never sent me anything. Just keeps lying. A compulsive liar. If he did not want to take my work he should have just said no. Instead he chose to waste my time. Stay away from this guy and dont waste your time. You cant believe anything he says. read more

I am not one to usually write yelp reviews but I believe Lance deserves full recognition for his beautiful work. His work is very quick yet detailed. He communicated very fast and keeps you updated on the different stages of your project with him. He works hands on himself which was very nice to see and has over 35 years of experience I learned when talking to him. He made my rear bumper look brand new from factory, I wish I could have had my whole car repainted to match my new paint but everything comes with a price and so does quality. If I could give this business 100 stars I would. High quality work, reliable, honest, personable, and extremely fair prices. My mom caused a ding in another person's car when she opened the passenger door. Other shops that are highly rated online wanted to charge 3-5 times the cost. They were trying to take advantage of a widow with dementia on a fixed income and this caused her severe anxiety. Lance provided a high quality repair, was extremely personable, responsive to my calls and texts and I learned about the other positive things he does for the community. His price was more than fair and this reduced my mom's anxiety tremendously. He not only runs the shop but has a hands-on approach to the work, so you know he's invested. I have had two repairs done with Lance, my son has had one so I feel that I should add this review based on our experiences. Although it's a little difficult to reach Lance, he's something of an artist so this little eccentricity can be overlooked. He is involved with each repair delegating some parts of the job to others, but his hand is on every job. I like that. It shows in the finished work. I'm more concerned with quality rather than cost, but I've found that he has always been cheaper than other body shops. I'm not against paying a lower price as long as the job is excellently performed. Lastly, while this doesn't affect the work to be done, Lance seems to be a nice guy who is easy to work with. read more

He is willing to do the little extra things that makes my cars really look better than when I initially brought it to him.
