We went to Pasadena Land Rover to find a white sport with a tan interior. But they did not have one. Zach called the regional manager right away and re-direct one from the distribution center over to Pasadena location within a day. He was very professional and quick in solving the problem and help us making the purchase decision in a day. We just purchased a 2017 Range Rover Sport from Land Rover Pasadena!! I have to say it was the most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had! Both of our Salesmen Alex & Willy were great!! They were very low pressure and so accommodating! We found our vehicle online and completed most of our transaction with Alex over the phone since we live out of state. We wanted to put a cash deposit on the vehicle to make sure it was held for us since we were coming from out of town the next day. Both Alex, as well as Zach, Alex's manager, said it wasn't necessary. Zach told us that the biggest thing their dealership prides themselves on is "Their Word" to their clients, and he guaranteed us the vehicle was put away only for us. DO NOT get your Land Rover serviced here! I had a coolant leak that was difficult for me to find the source so I took my Rover here and waited three days for a response in which I was told I had multiple leaks and a cracked head. I was quoted a minimum $4,000.00 repair plus other anticipated costs up to $6,000.00 (and another week wait). After I paid a couple hundred dollars to get my Rover out of there; I had it towed to a second opinion in San Diego who fixed fixed the leak in two days for $700.00. Also there was no cracked head. It has been three months and my Rover runs great. Still relieved I got my car out of this place. read more

Terrible service dept! Can't pick your car up from 10 miles away because they are short of labour is the excuse?! They can't fix anything in 24 hrs. Take your car in and fix at their convenience . 5 days to fix a rear axle oil leak after they had it in for a day to identify the issue and order the part. Dealer principle doesn't return calls etc . Land Rover where are you? You have a dealer that is awful. Go elsewhere LA LR are fine for example but give these guys a miss . read more

Me and my fiancé went here to test drive an evoque and no sales rep was on the floor to approach us, which already should of been a sign for us to leave. Anyways the lady at the desk calls a random sales rep which is named Darren and had a smart a** mouth on him and super egotistical (so annoying). So we go on our test drive, car was whatever nothing special. So my fiancé is asking questions about the car and Darren's short and rude answers are already more then enough to make me leave...but my fiancé had more patience until Darren said there's no such thing as a 2012 evoque it's only 2013, when we had an ad on our phone for a 2012 evoque for sale at another dealership. What ticked me off the most was when Darren said "since you know so much about my job considering I've been with the company for years and know everything about Range Rover". Then he turned around and said so what do you do? Let's see if I know more about your job then you do mine"...are you kidding me?! I started out having a good relationship with these people but now i feel like I have to write this. I have owned a Range Rover for sometime now and with my 1st one it was only your usual maintenance appointments. My second Range Rover Sport has been a lemon. It just wouldn't start somedays and other days it was losing plastic pieces from the windshield. I am a working mother of a toddler paying way to much money for a car that doesn't work. I first took it in for not starting and Joseph Campos took it to service. I got a loaner and got it back within 2 days with a wash , nice right. Then a couple days later my steering wheel quit working THANK GOD #1. my toddler was not in car #2. I was not on freeway. I drove my car MY EXPENSIVE RANGE ROVER into a curb and waited for AAA once again it was towed to Land Rover Pasadena to be Serviced. I was again carless spending a monthly rate on this car and on Uber only to find out the week before when they could not figure out why the car wasn't starting they accidentally did not connect the power steering correctly. I have since then had my car not start again and again serviced and again Christmas Day family loaded up for trip and when i say loaded up , i mean loaded up tons of bags it took about 2 hours just to coordinate the car only for it to once again not start again. I had my husband handling it and finally i got on the phone with Joseph about 2 weeks ago . he promised me he had a family and knew what it would be like to have a small child a job and no time to worry about an expensive car. He guaranteed he would have me a loaner asap. It has now been 2 weeks. I cannot tell you how upset this makes me !!!!!!!!!! I have to say I am very disappointed by this dealer! We bought a brand new car on Friday and we found out on the next day that the AC does not work well. It feels like heating but not AC. So I brought my car to the dealer on Monday to see what's going on with that car. And they promise me that it will be ready to pick up on the following day; however, they told me that they still cannot find out the problem and they promise me for another day. And now they asked me for another two days. I asked that whether they have found the problem, they said not sure but they believe so. The problem is that they refused to change another car for us. They wasted me about a week waiting for their reply and still cannot find the problem. It's a brand new car, but already gets a problem. How can they persuade me to drive a car that having a unknown problem ? How can they persuade me that it is safe enough? Very disappointed. read more
