In the automotive business, especially in collision repair, dealing with dealership parts departments is a daily necessity--and unfortunately, not always a pleasant one. Over the years, we've dealt with countless parts reps across different dealerships, and the experience is often marked by misinformation, delays, or flat-out dishonesty. That's why I felt compelled to write this review. Mark at Calstar Mercedes-Benz is the rare exception. He's honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly reliable. Whether I'm buying parts for a customer's vehicle or sourcing inventory for my shop, I know I can count on him to get it right, every time. He communicates clearly, follows through without needing reminders, and makes the process feel easy and efficient--which in this industry, is worth its weight in gold. As a customer and a business owner, I now choose to order exclusively through Calstar because of Mark. It's that simple. He's earned that trust. Give the man a raise--or at the very least, the recognition he truly deserves. Mark, thank you for setting the standard. Keep it up.

Had my beloved GLB 35 serviced for some software issues last week and there is nothing I can complain about. Came to their service centee with a concern of amber engine light. I was immediately accommodated and got checked in. Mr. Gilbert Martinez assisted me throughout the entire process and gladly answered all my inqueries professionally. Got my car the following day, sparkling clean, car issues were resolved, and details were explained. Since I got that car from this dealership, I never had any problem dealing with the staff or the process, whenever I need help they are always one call away. To Mr. Gilbert, thank you for always helping me. To the professional Benz technicians who worked on my car and keeping it in great condition, thank you so much! Appreciate you guys!

New AMG CEL 53

Fantastic experience this week buying our new Mercedes AMG. Our salesperson Hovic was a true pleasure to deal with in an industry where buying a car is often a stressful experience. He worked with us to get a fantastic price on a stunning new car, and the team behind the scenes handled all the paperwork flawlessly (I think) lol. Fantastic ride home in our new baby. I'm sure I'll add more to this later, but for now I just want to say thank you to Hovic and the staff there, and were proud to be part of the Mercedes family.

GREAT EXPERIENCE BUYING A MIDSIZE SUV WITH RAFFI ============================================== My husband and I visited on Labor Day morning. Right away we were greeted by Raffi. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took us to the secured parking area to see some vehicles. I really liked one of them, so I took it for a test drive. We looked at some numbers and decided we wanted to purchase the vehicle. Raffi told us he would save the vehicle for us for later while we dealt with selling my BMW X1 that had a few months left on the lease. Got back in the afternoon and all the paperwork was pretty easy. Raffi had my car washed, filled with gas and put a big red bow on it! Then he showed me how to use the touchscreen and everything. If you go to this dealer definitely ask for Raffi Martinian.

I really wanted the item.Therefore , I went and looked at the price , accompanied by jose. He saw the discrepancy and went and spoke with supervisor instead of giving me the price that was displayed , the woman said there's all kinds of discrepancies with prices throughout the store and therefore , she could not give me the price display. As a customer , I felt jaded and appreciated and not value as a loyal customer. I only write reviews.When is a total injustice or behavior that is not conducive to customer service. I felt Dismissed when I brought it to her attention.That why would I not get the display price. Her response was as stated above , that is throughout the store. Hand it meMy change and didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience.Have a great day at the least. Someone needs to work on your interpersonal communication and understand display price is price to be sold unless indicated beforehand. When I came out the store , another customer saw what was happening and believed just as I did and told me that it was wrong in that I should insist on going back to get the price that was displayed. Unlock my lunch hour from the hospital and I just can't imagine me doing this to a patient. Telling them one thing , and then saying , oh , sam , things wrong with the hospitals system. Especially during these economic times in our country, not to value the customer will not get many sales. Especially with an attitude that was very condescending.

I didn't want to risk shorting out the lights or anything else so decided to look for headlight replacement. I had no idea that they were so expensive. I shopped around for used ones. I went to a guy who was selling them for 1/2 of what Factory Express was selling them for. But after seeing them in person, did not have a good feeling about the seller or the headlights. So decided that I'll bite the bullet and buy from Factory Express since the guy over the phone sounded like he knew what he was talking about. Upon arrival, the person I spoke with turns out to be the owner Edwin. One look at his shop and I knew that this guy knows what he's doing. He asked if I was looking for just one or a set. I told him that I wanted a set because I wanted them to match since the other one is pretty dull. He said he can buff out the other one to match the replacement. After taking a look at the wiring, he said he can save the headlight. Edwin is honest and I would recommend him to anyone looking for parts. He's passionate about cars and knows his stuff. He'll try to save you money where he can. I definitely would recommend him!
