When I asked for a refund the lady and man that worked there both started raising their voice saying this is what you asked for you cant get a refund you took a sip already etc. What I asked for was a juice, this is ice with blended frozen fruits. I left the juice on the counter and said I was going to write review the man yelled "FUCK YOU" as I walked out.
