I made an order on Seamless and paid for it in it's entirety, including tip. I had security watch or for the order since I would be in a meeting. When I got out of my meeting, they allegedly tried to call me and left back with the food instead of leaving it. I called to complain and the owner was extremely nasty as he said he would redeliver. I told him I would leave a bad review and then I get a call from Seamless to cancel my delivery due to "inclement weather." I called him back at the restaurant to be sure this was true since we'd JUST SPOKEN about it, and he said he cancelled so I wouldn't be able to leave a bad review. Wow. If you have had the chance to try this mac you will understand that "wow" is enough to fully describe the deliciousness of their mac. I came here on a Saturday evening around 8:10 and was told that they close at 8:30 and not 9 so they weren't making anymore mac. BUT they made an exception (thank God!). I had 3 minis: the burger mac, the bacon mac and my FAVORITE the buffalo chicken mac. All were awesome, the wait was minimal, the customer service was great and the mac was so cheesy and flavorful. I love that the use real cheese and not imitation cheese to save money and you can tell by the amount of grease. I will stick to the original, I bought the very small one of almost all of them and missed... I love broccoli and mushrooms but when cooked inside Mac and cheese it didn't taste right... I was going to give it a 4 star because I didn't like all their dishes but is not fair because their customer service is really nice, their prices and portions are fair priced but unfortunately some people eat like beasts. The $2.75 or $2.50 one is more like children size or a side order for something else but the other portions are pretty big. There's like 3 1/2 mini ones in a small portion and 5 1/2 in a large one and I can't even imagine how many minis on the family one. I would order from here everyday but even thou I am not lactose intolerance at certain age your body don't handle cheese right and is a pity because I love Mac n Cheese. The food in this place has not let me down! I have everyone in my Job hooked with their food. I loved the fact that you could create you own Mac and cheese and the options are delicious! The pastillos are done to perfection, not a greasy mess that unfortunately many places in the Bronx do. I live about 20 minutes away but I will make the trip to get this again. The only minus is the customer service, (reason for only 4 stars instead of 5) it's just not there.
