Coffee here is distinct and the aura of this place is as well! I had been wanting to try a maple latte for a hot minute and upon first visiting Landmark in June, I was so excited to find what I had been looking for. Anything maple is a personal favorite of mine, lately I've been enjoying how well it pairs with the cold brew (which is also outstanding). What tops everything off is how lovely the baristas are, I'm genuinely glad that once again the heart of Redlands has a coffee house that cares about building community :) Can't recommend this place enough. read more

It was my first time stopping by and thankfully first of many! I just got a drip coffee to go and I was really happy that is was so good! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes good coffee! As Landmark Coffee is still getting bigger and developing, I was happy to to support them. The dining area in back is great for studying, hanging out and enjoying great drinks! The bathroom was clean and well appointed and my experience was good overall considering I had my small dog with me and was just stopping in. Things I would improve in my opinion, the coziness that fall into a specific theme. There is a bit of industrial harshness so far. I understand things are still changing and getting better, but having a lot of plants around or rounded furniture (they do have a nice couch) would help in the right direction. Just my opinion. Redlands is no stranger to really good eclectic coffee shops as they grow, (think Augie's back in the day). Lasting impression, I still can taste the coffee and I want more as I write this! The coffee that I had, even though it was just a drip, seemed like a medium roast, washed, notes of fruit and left me thinking it was a 'brighter' coffee that I have had lately. Glad there is another coffee option in the Redlands area. Their lattes tend to have a little more milk than other coffee shops in the area and that's not a bad thing. I'm happy we get to have variety between the coffee shops. One thing that is similar to other coffee spots is they areas where you can study, they serve pastries and they have awesome gear (tees, dad hats, crew necks). It is dog friendly too. Customer service isn't bad either. Only tough part is there isn't a lot of parking and the parking spaces are on a busier street. read more

Customer service is HORRIBLE. I have come here a few times and brought friends and they felt pretty unwelcome. When you walk in nobody greets you and when we weren't sure what to order the barista just stared at us blankly. My friend got coffee spilled on her and they had no response just handed us napkins. Really excited to have stumbled onto this new coffee shop. They've been open for a few months, but I tried Landmark Coffee for the first time a couple weeks ago. The staff is very friendly and I really enjoy their caramel latte which is carefully measured out to the right proportion. Hands down best coffee in Redlands. I usually don't write these but I got landmark today and thought they deserved it:). Best coffee I've had out here by far. The environment is whole with plenty of seating, clean bathrooms and always filled with fun people with plenty of space to privately work as well. Coffee is mid. I came here a lot when they first opened up and tried a variety of things and I ended up liking their mocha the most. The first three times the mocha was so good, but after that, things went downhill. The next times I ordered it, it tasted nothing like how it did in the beginning. The way drinks are made are inconsistent by the workers. There's a select few who make the mocha really well, but the new hires seem to make it differently or take short cuts bc it definitely has disappointed me the last handful of times I've been here. Because of that, I will never be coming for coffee here again. My money feels wasted when taking only one sip of a drink and not consuming the rest of it bc the lack of coffee taste and inconsistency. Also, if you're looking for a matcha, don't bother coming here. The matcha is low quality and the drink itself tastes like a glass of milk. Still waiting for a good coffee shop to open in Redlands, but so far, your best bet is in Riverside. read more

A new coffee shop in Redlands that definitely does not disappoint. If you are a coffee lover, this place is absolutely for you. They are absolute experts on coffee and take immense care in their craft such as roasting, where the beans are sourced from, and implementation of new drinks. Me personally? I'm a mocha/pumpkin spice latte kinda guy, which I think they do perfectly, far better than Starbucks (no hate on Starbucks). So whether you are a coffee connoisseur or a mocha latte connoisseur this place is definitely a must try. The owner James is usually present and getting his hands dirty himself crafting the coffee right before your eyes. It's an elegant experience to watch him work behind the counter and perfect the way he uses his hands. If you happen to come in and find him don't hesitate to say hello or ask questions, he is very friendly and will answer any question you may have about coffee. He as well as the other workers have opened my eyes to the intricate details that goes into making a sophisticated coffee, yet I won't be persuaded to order anything other than a mocha or pumpkin spice latte. If you guys are considering stopping by or making this your new coffee spot do not hesitate to do so. I highly recommend this place and will be coming back. We moved to the Banning area 16mo ago and after losing our beloved Augie's have been looking for local replacements beyond our Gaggia at home. Today we decided to try Landmark for the first time. As coffee and matcha connoisseurs we had high hopes as they roast their own beans which is crucial to an amazing start to an amazing pour. The location itself is cool. Customer service great. Where they lack. I ordered a decaf almond cappuccino to which I was charged an extra $1 for the milk. They don't use barista blend but unsweetened almond by Califia. I knew as soon as I smelled the cup what I would be experiencing when I took a sip. I was right. On the back end the coffee notes are great. This was NOT a creamy cappuccino but a crappy cup of coffee with crappy almond milk. Tasted like watered down coffee. This could simply be a barista issue. So if you enjoy coffee like go get em tiger or nook.. you will not enjoy this location. If you enjoy Starbucks, this is a step up. Looking forward to improvements as this is a brand new location. read more
