The owner Moe is a great mechanic but even better is that he is honest and charges fair prices. Before I found Moe, I had numerous bad experiences with various car places in the Ashburn/Sterling area--everything from charging for work that was not done to suggesting repairs that were not needed. Moe will only fix something if it needs doing. Recently I got my car aligned (Lansdowne Auto repair does not do alignments) and the shop suggested three things needed fixing. I took it to Moe and he agreed that one of them was necessary but the other two were not needed at this time. He then made the repair with a higher quality part for a lower price than the shop where I had gotten the alignment done had quoted. Moe is a rare breed, an honest auto mechanic. He will diagnose a problem and fix only what needs to be fixed. His prices are fair(dare I say low) and he provides great customer service and will even pick up your vehicle at your house and drop it off when he is finished. Who else does that? I do not like taking my car in for repairs because I have not had the best experiences with mechanics. However - Moe is fantastic. He is friendly and trustworthy which both go along way in my book. My car needed many repairs and due to the type of engine isn't easy to work on. However he sent me an estimate up front and then sent pictures and videos along the way while he worked on my car. It's rare to find mechanics and a place where service is 10/10 across the board. Mo and his team were kind, friendly and did an amazing job in a timely manner. While my car was being serviced, Mo went out of his way to make sure my family and I were taken care of while we waited. He even offered to drop us off somewhere nearby to grab a bite to eat. My car had additional problems to it and he and his mechanic quickly came up with a solution to fix it. Moe is fantastic. I know nothing about cars, but know enough that the dealers way overcharge. After hearing what they (my dealer) said was wrong, I found Moe. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a much better estimate. While fixing that issue, he found another.
