    The starter they replaced and just about caught fire!

    I took my vehicle for repairs not only did they put a big dent in my Durango but the repair almost caught my car on fire and of course they didn't take responsibility for there sloppy repair they had no empathy when I told them my kids were in the vehicle when the part they replaced just about caught fire! Horrible experience never again will I trust this service center!!!

    Yes, this dealership really is that bad. We all know folks are more inclined to leave a negative review rather than a good one, but hear me out. I brought my Scatpack in last weekend for an alignment, where this all begins. I show up, walk into the Service Department to 3 advisors on their computers - no greeting, no acknowledgment, not even eye contact. I walk up to a shortstack named J.R. Rodriguez who looks like they don't want to be there any more than I don't, and I have to greet this guy 4 times before he acknowledges my presence and says good morning. Boy then asks for my name 3 times, my appointment time. - all while he's on his iPad. This information is infront of you, Goofy. It's 9:00 AM, I'm here for my appointment, probably the name that's next to 9:00 AM on the iPad you're staring at. Use your eyes and brain. Then he indicates my cars oil change will be done soon - what? The car doesn't even need an oil change and I never mentioned or selected anything relevant to an oil change. Fast forward, I pickup my car and there's still an alignment issue - go figure. Avoid short stack advisor J.R. Rodriguez if you actually want services performed on your vehicle. I call the next day for an appointment for a week out. Fast forward to today, I receive a text that my 7:40 AM Appointment will have to be cancelled because "neither the advisor, nor the advisor you worked with are working tomorrow" - so it takes you a week to figure scheduling info out? Or you're telling me you only have 1 advisor and 1 technician for an entire dealership? Whichever, BS. Place is run down, service center is a 6x6 cube in the middle of the service garage, you walk in and get ignored, paid for services that weren't performed. Avoid like the plague, you deserve better. Peoria Dodge or Surprise Dodge will take care of you; especially when you pour $40k into a Scatpack.

    my brand new car that i got last month is already leaking and having problems, when i contacted the manager he straight up said there's nothing he can do ,When i tried to speak to the owner he ignored my situation there was nothing he can do apparently, i had to express my concerns to the service manager and thankfully he helping me so far. DONT BUY CARS FROM HERE this is my second vehicle from them, they don't properly inspect used vehicles as they should! 2023 dodge durango 30k miles motor mounts already gone, vehicle leaking, i just got the car 3 weeks ago.. do your research these people get you into a car and dont care anything about the vehicle. the ONLY helpful person throughout this whole experience was the Service manager.

We purchase an alternator with lifetime warranty that went out after 3 months, we took it back and they try to denied the change several times. They said it was not on the system. Luckily We had a picture of the receipt where it showed the stored number and credit card number. Jesus still try to pretend it was not possible to exchange it because it was not on his system and would not admit that it was him or his staff that did the mistake of not entering the correct information on there system or they simply wanted to steal from us and force us to buy a second alternator. Can you believe that, we had a picture of the receipt and a charge on our credit card and they wanted to robbed us. Jesus the store manager even had the audacity to tell my wife that he was going to lunch in two minutes as I was on my way to the store because he was refusing to help her. Horrible customer service at its core. It was only when I told him that I will reach out to corporate, his superiors and review his service on all the platforms available that he magically was able to exchange the warranty and found the transaction on the system. So if you want horrible service and want your money at risk, this is the store to shop at. Take a picture of your receipt because they will make you buy the part again to stay on business with your money.

I was told I had to return to the store I bought it from to essentially get a refund. I was told I did not need to bring the physical battery to get the refund. 20 minutes later, I get to the original location and a much more helpful worker explains that I actually do need the physical battery, and I could just do the refund at the other store. So I call the store manager (from the first place) and you could tell he just had no idea what was going on. I returned to retrieve the battery and plead with the manager, explaining that I think I could do the return there. I was met with profane language, and left with an overall sense of discouragement that this issue would be solved.

They were slow but their customer service was ON POINT!! Thank you for helpful and friendly service and finding us exactly what we were looking for! Also for being so sweet to my 10 year old who was jumping out of his shoes! lol it was a girl- she was very sweet! You helped make his day!!! Plus good c/s goes a LONG way- wish more businesses would understand that. Thank you!
