The tire sensor light came on. I called Larry's Tire Express and Ernesto answered and says to come in and get it checked out. I didn't go right away and added air. The next day I took my car into Larry's Tire Express and Ernesto checked it out. After he checked it out, he found the only thing wrong was a small bubble on the left rear tire which he explained would get bigger but my car was still drivable. When I asked how much I owe he said nothing. He inflated my tires and reset the sensor and I was good to go. Ernesto and his crew have provided the BEST customer service I have ever had. He was honest and explained everything. I will definitely buy any future tires from Ernesto and Larry's Tire Express. My tire pressure light came on and I discovered My valve stem was leaking. This happened on another tire a few months back. I tried to take it to the closest place to me so I would have to drive far but that place was too busy. They had repaired one for me a few months back. I had used Larry's tires in the past and had a good experience with them so I called them up. The guy on the phone said to bring it right in and they would take care of it!! I drive there and got help right away. I asked him to check all of the valves and he discovered that all of them had cracks (he took me out and showed me) except for the one I had repaired a couple of months back. They tried to sell me tires, told me it couldn't be fixed and if they patched it's...It wouldn't last. I was bringing in some groceries Saturday morning when I noticed a huge screw imbedded in one of my tires. I called some nearby shops to see if they had some time to take care of the situation but a couple of them were probably so busy that didn't even bother answering. Came back and about 5 people were already lined up to get serviced! I needed to look for a local shop to mount my 215/45R17 Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 tires on my 17x9 BBS RF's (slight stretch). Larry's is the best place to go for tire mounting and peace of mind to not scratch your wheels. I'll bring my wheels here every time because of the care they put into the process as well as their customer service. Keep in mind that because they have good customer service that you might have to wait a bit longer while they explain things to other customers . Overall my experience here was great! I felt the prices were reasonable for replacing my tires and they weren't aggressive in upselling me on anything. The process was hassle-free and everyone was friendly. I haven't driven a ton on the new tires yet but the ride home felt smooth, and made me wish I had gotten my tires replaced a long time ago! HOWEVER, I was creeped out when I got back in my car and the lid to my center console was all the way up. I've racked my brain for a good excuse as to why they would need to open it to change my tires and couldn't come up with one. I don't think anything was taken; I keep my car pretty clean and organized and don't leave valuables in there... and had actually recently cleaned out the console itself. But it still felt like a violation which prompted this review. And while I'm at it, though I was going to keep quiet about it otherwise, I almost always feel slightly out of place at autoshops in general as a single woman tasked with taking care of my car on my own, but this place sure didn't help in that regard, what with the sexualized lady photos everywhere in their waiting room :) read more

Had a new set of tires put on the car so I called Sal based on perfect Yelp reviews. All reviews were accurate. Got the best prices, they even held the tires for me for two weeks. When i called to schedule the install, he told me to come in. The good. Customer service at the front desk was superb and the price of the tires were unbeatable. I dropped the car off at 830 and got the back around 12. The not so good. I asked for the tires balancing and alignment and was told it was included in the cost before the work was done. However when I picked my car up the alignment was not completed, when asked about it, the guy told me "oh, i took a look at it and it dont need one." Plus, something small but still matters when it comes to gas mileage and wear and tear, is that tire pressure on every tire was different after the install. The range was from 32 psi to 40 psi. Maybe the worse of transaction was when I went to get my car after paying the completed work. My car was still running. Not sure how long it was running, but it drained at least 1/4 tank of gas. I did speak to the owner/operator about these issues, and he apologized and very remorseful about my experience. Cool they pride themselves of low prices, and fast installation. However some very important details were missed. I would rather pay the little extra and get work i requested done correctly the first time and not have those details overlooked. read more
