And the fat is cut off of them as well, a problem I had with other places is fat was not trimmed off. The person also gave me a sample of the horchata. It's ok, maybe a 7/10. This by far has to be the WORST tacos truck you can go to and spend your money at !!! My family and myself went and ordered a ramen birria the noddles were still raw I asked for them to have my caldo extra hot and they didn't it was warm !!! The second time I went because I wanted to try the Birria tacos with the consome. The soup also lacked flavor. I've been here in Modesto now for 7 years and Las Delicias is by far the best place to get your Mexican food fix. It is the best taco truck out here and I would have to say the food is better than any Mexican restaurant out here too. The food is extremely fresh and they really go out of their way to make all of their food taste great! I had the chicken flautas and the chicken was super fresh and not burnt like the other places. My husband had tacos and nachos and my sons had super burritos and a torta. Everyone loved their food. Excellent! read more

So happy to have found this place! The enchilada combo is my favorite, husband will eat 10 asada tacos in one sitting, and my 5 year old loves the "pizza" (cheese quesadilla). If you're ordering for the whole family, expect a good wait. They cook upon ordering, which is wonderful! The women working here are very sweet and patient with those of us who dont speak spanish. They have a patio area to eat at if you like, with shade. They happen to be so close to my home that we always take our food to go. This is our regular taco truck from now on. I removed one star only because everytime I order a drink from one of the large barrels, I can taste plastic. It's a shame because their horchata and aguas frescas are delicious. If you want some good food go somewhere else. The tacos de cabeza were so salty I swelled up as soon as I took a bite. The asada and pollo tacos were so dry, I had to have a drink after every bite. The horchata was so sweet and expensive. Ósea if you gonna charge $6 for an horchata at least make it from scratch. All it was, was syrup. I called and they sounded rude and was second guessing myself to even making the trip down there and I just decided on going and when I went the ladies in the truck were rude as well. Their food was not that good either I'm not a negative person or anything but I expected a little bit more better customer service I know they deal with a lot of customers but I went early and there wasn't a lot of people there.
