In their menu they have a price but when you are there it is another. I had let all that pass but the worst was when I got home and I realized that they had charged 10 dollars more, I had to make a call and although they made me return the money, we had to go from our home that is a little removed. We were probably the 5th customers here so our order was taken on time but took the waitress 30 mins to come back and offer drink refills. Our food came at that time that's why we were able to ask for refills. We had a mojarra, it was fried but had no flavor. The camarones al mojo de ajo were over cooked and dry. Tortillas were obviously warmed in the microwave and turned into a cold, styrofoam feel after 3 bites. All the food lacked seasoning. Cook can do a lot better. I have driven by this place several times and never thought twice about going in. From the outside, it simply does not catch the eye. He said he was thrown off because it was more seafood than the typical Mexican food place he was used to seeing. Then, last week, my girlfriend told me she ate here and it was great. Clearly, this was fate, destiny, or some form of divine intervention leading me down a path. So, today she suggested it and I was ready to spring! As soon as I walked in, the delicious aroma immediately consumed me. Although the tables were a bit sticky, the overall appearance of the restaurant was very clean. The restrooms were very clean. You can tell they take pride in their appearance and cleanliness. We were greeted with tostadas and ceviche and it was amazing! I ordered the 7 Mares and my GF ordered the Langostinos. First off, I hate tilapia. I hate it. I hate it. I hate it. Now that I have clearly established my hatred... It was so flaky, tender, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious. The octopus was not the least bit rubbery and tasted fantastic. Although is was a soup, it came out in a huge bowl and I was too full to finish it. The servers were extremely attentive and polite. On a funny note, I was loving listening to the cooks in the back. They were singing along (quite loudly) to the songs that were playing and you could tell they are enjoying themselves and loved what they did. While having a conversation, suddenly a song came on and the volume went from about a 2 to a 9. It definitely made the conversation a bit difficult, but honestly, I enjoyed it. The food was so delicious, I would have been fine listening to that pumped up volume for the entire meal and just waited to carry on our conversation when we left.
