Horrible. I will not be going here any more after going there for many years. They left my order on top of counter while I was ordering more stuff, which I let them know I was doing. When I went to get my order my esquite was missing. According to them once it was placed there and my order was called out, that's it, it's not their responsibility. And me saying I'm right here (the register) is me "claiming" my order so they're not responsible for it. 3 other customers looked at me and said "that doesn't make sense". I was puzzled. I really loved their torta de lomo, chips & mangoniadas. The sincronisadas was huge but decent. The tostilocos was monstrous & delicious. The esquite asado was really tasty and so was their tamal de elote preparado. The agua frescas & nieve naturales take me back to happy chilhood memories, and the fresh made potato chips can chase any blues away. Though is busy the lines move fast. I'll definitely go back to try other items on their menu. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they need major work in their customer service, there was some rude workers tending to the customers. Best chamango i've ever tried!! And its inexpensive, the only down side is that it gets a bit crowded, but the workers are quick. Also i wanted to get some of their papas, but they are open and in reach of people, therefore u dont know if people touch them or pick out from there (while there some lady was doing it and did not buy them) that's a bit unsanitary and stopped me from buying it, thats why the 4 stars. read more

I have visited this establishment a few times in the past few years and I was satisfied with my orders. Although, on my last visit on Saturday September 14,2019, I was a bit disappointed. I ordered a nuez and vanilla raspado, and it was as if they made two different raspados with vanilla on the bottom and nuez on top. I am used to having the flavors mixed evenly, but I'm actually glad they didn't mix it because the nuez was pretty good. But, the vanilla flavor tasted like it was spoiled, either that or they mixed it with a bubble gum flavor by accident. I didn't even finish it, it went straight to the trash.
