Ladies, if you tend to be on the shy side unless you consume large amounts of alcohol, than you're just like me! Needless to say, I didn't need to take a couple to the head coming here. I was greeted promptly by Lina who works at the front desk. She was very warm and friendly, asked if I liked anything to drink while I waited. I was wonderfully surprised by Lina's professionalism and hospitality. Now the worst part, I go inside of a cold room and have to meet someone for the first time, get undressed (once again, no alcohol involved) a let them laser away (no pun intended) my unwanted hair where the sun rarely shines. Theresa walked in, and automatically her energy and smile made me feel at ease. She told me what to expect from start to finish and that if it gets too painful, to not fight through it but to tell her. That's great because I hate showing that I'm a wuss :/ even though I totally am. Theresa engaged me in conversation the whole time and before I knew it, I was DONE! Yes there was a little pain, and as soon as so jumped she would immediately ask if I was ok, if she needed to turn down the settings ect. Talk about multitasking! I cannot tell you how great my experience was at LaserWay, being someone who's been in the customer service industry for over 20 years, you can say I'm extremely picky. I went to this location for my 4th session, the first 3 were done in so cal and I definitely noticed a difference in both. They were very thorough at this location. My appointment as whole was longer and I think it's because they don't rush anything. They talk you through it. Letting you know what level of pain to expect. I went today for my lip filler, its my first time. I was definitely nervous but Ranika was very sweet and definitely made me feel comfortable. She gave me her opinion on what to get after telling her what I wanted. What I appreciated the most is that she did not let me go overboard (and i tried ) and thank goodness I didn't because when I got home and checked it out and put some makeup on, I think I would have freaked out if I went bigger because they are perfect the way she did my lips. First visit in June was a little uncomfortable, I asked for numbing cream but was told the laser has cooling air so I was hopeful, but still scared. I was nervous but it ended in less than 3 minutes. Yes it hurt, and I don't know if it was due to the sound or the zap of the laser. I was bid farewell and back to the front desk quickly. I hesitated on writing my first review unsure if I would have the sane experience twice. Fast forward 6 weeks later to Today's visit was with Jina who not only offered me a robe but also ensured I cleaned the area with a wipe (can't recall if I did that the first visit), and she offered ice to numb the area which was definitely not offered the first time. I was floored at today's visit. I was ready to book every appt with Jina going forward, in fact I will call a week of my next appt to ensure my appt corresponds with her schedule. Jina also made sure to review the after care thoroughly asking me if I was aware. The difference is she inquired and made sure I was comfortable with my questions answered before she let me out of the room. I felt she genuinely cared since I expressed how nervous and painful my first visit was. She reassured me that by icing the area would help and that she could stop and go slow if it became painful. I like how she suggested the pace based on my first experience and concerns. And she took her time to walk me through the products in the room as she explained aftercare. I'm grateful for knowledgeable medical staff like Jina who care about patients and make connections with people so that they are comfortable before and after sessions which can be embarrassing for those inexperienced with procedures. I feel relieved about my future sessions now. She even offered some hydrocortisone packets for my purse, which will be needed for the next 24 hours, thank you Jina! read more

I just started my going to LA in Dublin and I'm new to this whole Laser Hair Removal game, but I gotta say I'm A FAN!!! The whole staff at LA, Dublin is awesome. From my initial consultation with Shadi (who is a SWEETHEART!) to the scheduling gals up front to my Laser Nurse, Lisa G. They are all great and has been a great experience all around. Now for the million dollar question.... "does it hurt?" No, but I also have only had 1 treatment (under arms, Brazilian and leg) and your laser settings increase with time. It was a little "zippy" in some spots but Lisa increased the air flow and I hardly felt a thing. If you've waxed (especially Brazillian, NOT FUN!) then this is a breeeeeze! I am in love with this place and all the ladies! I'm always greeted with a smile and even when they are slammed they still acknowledge me when I come in. The waiting room is clean, offer complimentary water and coffee and can't forget about the mints! Now onto services: I have treated with a few different nurses and loved all of them. They take their time, listen to all my silly questions and explain everything. They make the experience easy and we always have great conversations. 4th appointment at this location and I will NEVER go back. Information is inconsistent Scheduling is difficult to put it mildly And staff is hit or miss First let me start with the consultation - it was excellent! I loved my consultant - she made me feel so comfortable and at ease - this normally isn't my thing but I was tired of waxing! She made me so comfortable I should have known it was the sales pitch. First appt - easy to schedule it was actually 2-3 days after my consultation. The Nurse was awful. I was clearly nervous and she had no bedside manner. I didn't know what to expect the medical clearance by MD is Skype!! I asked to have the middle eyebrow area - you know that uni-bore connection lasered and was told that wasn't possible and I had to wear the eyeglass goggles - despite being told that that area could be done during consult - but I didn't argue thinking maybe I misunderstood. So I went on about my merry way. Second appt Had to reschedule due to new job. This put my second appointment over 14 weeks out from first appointment. But I LOVED the Nurse! She taped my eyelids and lasered my middle brow section without me asking! DIRECT OPPOSITE OF WHAT I WAS TOLD BY FIRST RN. We even laughed all throughout the session. Only thing is when this Nurse was going through the pre-treatment questions she said shaving could only be 12 hours or less prior to treatment (consultant, first nurse and third nurse all said 24 hours). Made next appointment for 8 weeks out. One day prior to 3rd appt - got text that laser machine broke and to call them for appt. when I called there was no availability for another 7 weeks - again making it at least 13 weeks from my last appt. But ok - they are busy - I get that. 4th appt. - today I was going to be 5 minutes late - I called and told Laseraway I was going to be late due to public transportation. There was no reminder of the 5 min grace period or offer to reschedule - just an ok. Appt was at 5:45 got there at 5:50. The receptionist was booking an appt for someone else so my check-in time was logged at 5:52. She said she would go back and see if my Nurse could still take me - I was then told that my Nurse took the appt after me and was already at lunch. But I could be seen at 7:45 I reminded the receptionist I was there at 5:50 and that she was helping someone else. I also reminded her that my last appt was canceled because of them. Next thing I know some lady calls me into the first procedure room and informs me that they are going to accommodate me but to remember my appt time. I informed her I called and notified them, I was within the 5 min grace period and that this was a reschedule because of their cancelation. She proceeds to tell me how she understands the rescheduling and that they, the staff, are also frustrated and tired and they are working to solve the issue. During pre-treatment questions - was asked if I shaved within the last 24 hours - consistent with the 1st Nurse; inconsistent with the 2nd Nurse This Nurse used tanning goggles(?) and lasered the middle brow area - consistent with the 2nd Nurse; inconsistent with the 1st Nurse First of all - they want you to arrive to you appt 10 min early - the grace period should also be 10 min. And if she took the appt after me and the appt klare 15 minutes long and I got there at 5:50 - why couldn't we just swap appts (I would have been there 10 min prior to the 6 pm appt as requested) Second - don't chastise a customer and tell us how over worked you all are - we know - we can't get appts. Bottom line - got laser and left. Called the 800# to schedule next appt at another site - got my appt 6 weeks out and have 9 days/Times to choose from. Will never go back to Dublin Laseraway again - 2 bad treatment sessions out of 3 - not a good average. read more

I scheduled my first appointment at LaserAway for the first time. Overall I will say I had a pleasant experience. The two ladies that were at the Front Desk during the Morning and afternoon are very pleasant. I'd love to give a feed back on what could have made it a 5 star. When is a new Customer Requesting service, don't just make a consultation appointment, and not give the option for service right then and there because the least thing people have is time to waste. Most places give you the consultation, an the option for service right after it's been decided that you are the right candidate for the procedure. I had to take the day off for this appointment and to be giving the option to wait three more hours for treatment or to return on a different day doesn't value my time. I decided to wait as I had already taken the day off, however I was there from 11AM-3PM a total of four hours. Thank you! read more

This is a very unsafe establishment! Stay away! They do "medical consultations" for tattoo removal over streaming iPad video in poor lighting. They refused service to me at this location based on a low-resolution video stream of some scar tissue (which is normal for effective tattoo treatment), and a nurse practitioner (not a doctor) said they didn't want to "take ownership" of my tattoo by honoring prepaid treatments. The only problem with that is that they did the other treatments at another location, so if my arm was mangled to the point where I can no longer receive treatment, they are responsible, and have already "taken ownership". In my case, I was inappropriately refused service even though I have always responded well to laser treatments and have minimal scarring as determined independently by a plastic surgeon. But with the service standards I observed from their "medical staff", it's just as likely someone could be exposed to radiation who already has skin cancer or any number of other conditions. A saturated streaming iPad video is not suitable for a medical examination, especially one for treatment that may result in cancer or disfigurement. I submitted a complaint on two separate occasions, but got no response at all, despite promises of a 24-hour reply. The technical staff are generally nice and helpful, but their consultation standards and medical staff are way below par. This industry is already underregulated; with the addition of poor internal quality control standards, laser tattoo removals are an untenable health risk, even with the best equipment and technicians. STAY AWAY if you value your life! read more

I overheard sales representatives asking a nurse to purposefully mess up a patient's botox to make them lose money/ disfigure them because I guess the patient was a girl a staff member knew and disliked. One sales rep even asked the nurse to let her pose as a nurse to administer her the Botox herself! I was in a separate room waiting for laser hair removal. I got up to look for a bathroom after having waited 30+ minutes past initial my appointment time and ended up overhearing their conversation. Unsure of the names of staff members but there were two girls asking the nurse to literally scar someone. One girl had bright red hair and the other black hair. I walked out of my appointment and rescheduled it at another location. Staff unprofessional, catty, negligent, cruel, and have no right to work in a medical setting. read more

I recently went for my third laser appointment at Dublin Center. The nurse didn't do a good job. Anyone who is getting laser done can see it. I have called in at the center twice and have told them about my experience. They assured me that some one will call in 24 hrs but haven't heard anything from them yet. I have not bought any deal from Groupon and other places. I have paid lot of money and it just bugs me that they can't spare time to contact a customer who is not satisfied with their work. I believe in giving quality care to your customers and this doesn't look like they care. I think it's all about getting more people and less about satisfying them. I will not recommend this place to a friend if customers are treated like this. read more

My first appointment back when they reopened was a little nerve racking because of COVID, but I was pleased with the safety precautions, social distance set-up, and how clean everything was.
