My tech this time around was Amanda and she made me feel extremely comfortable and taken care of, as did the other tech I had the last time! Prior to my appointments, the consultant, Shadi, that helped me set up and pay for everything was SO kind. All in all I've had a lovely experience with LaserAway as a company thus far. Please DO NOT go to the Dublin location. The staff is extremely unprofessional, immature, rude, and no customer service experience. They do not do a good job with lip filler (ultra juvederm) and when asked if you can go in to get it fixed, they will tell you that yo have to wait for your appointment. They don't care about their clients and if you don't give them good rating on their survey then the staff will ensure to let you know that they have received your survey with an attitude. Please please please don't go to this location for you lips or any other treatment. They will not do a good job with lip fillers and the staff is extremely unprofessional. They should either hire a completely new team for this location or just shut it down. Do not waste your hundreds of dollars for a poor treatment, bad service, bad attitude. read more

After purchasing a groupon (3 sessions of laser hair removal in one medium area -I chose underarms) I went to my consultation. Basically I ended up paying for 8 sessions of laser which is what they recommend for successful results. Even tho they made the statement that every body is different, and that for some people can take less or more, the lady during my consultation reassure me that I wasn't gonna need more than 8 sessions because of my type of skin and hair. Based on this I had really big expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have no complaints about them! Here comes the negative: - I arrived on time to every single session (always 5 minutes before the time of the appointment). The first 5 sessions I had to wait at least 15-20 minutes before walking to the room (one time I had to wait 50 minutes!! -they apologized and gave me a little bag with two of their products). Why did I always wait? Because if you want to re-schedule, the next available appointment is always a month away. According to them they are always booked. It truly sucks! - after completing the 8 sessions, I still have hair. I submitted a complaint to costumer service and the person who contacted me told me that "permanent hair removal" is actually "permanent hair reduction", and that when I signed the contract, I agreed to that. I guess I should've paid more attention to the contract, but when the staff, the website and advertisement says PERMANENT HAIR REMOVAL, what else can you expect? I think this is kind of false advertisement. If I paid that much money to have permanent hair removed from my underarms, I might as well just pay a little more for a couple more session so I can achieve the results I expected (I think we all expect cero hair), but I won't do it at laser away! I'll start looking for a different place, and clearly, I won't be recommending laser away to any of my friends. read more

From signing up, to preparing for my visits, and even had a follow up to see how my appointments were. This girl is awesome. I asked her if I could go somewhere close to where I live, (River Island)... and during the time it was the Dublin location. My issue is with the appointments, and not the location or staff, which is clean, sanitized and friendly. Twice now I have had appointments, which have been confirmed via text, to turn up and been told that a) the appointment was cancelled and that they had tried to contact me the day before (they had not, there were no missed calls, voicemails or text messages telling me not to come in), and the second time, b) I booked an appointment for 4.30pm, received a text confirming that appointment, confirmed my text appointment for that time two days prior, to arrive at the location and be told that my appointment was 4.45pm. Even showing the confirmation texts, I was told that it was wrong and I needed to wait, and to then have to wait even longer as the previous appointment ran late. Not a great system. read more

I got juvederm on December of 2017 at this location and it was the biggest mistake i have ever made, i have gotten fillers before at a different location where i usually go and have always gotten excellent results but due to the fact that that my favorite injector was not available i decided to try a different place. the nurse at this location left my lips un even and lumpy. This can be normal when getting fillers for one to two weeks, but it has been almost two months and it is still lumpy and uneven. I have had the best experience at Laseraway in Dublin. I have been going to their Dublin location for 5 months now and could not be happier with my results. Services: Laser Hair Removal: Armpits, Brazilian, Face, Neck, Full Legs Skin Type: I was nervous about getting laser since I have darker skin. I have been told that if you have darker skin, laser hair removal isn't a great option (usually doesn't work as well), but I have seen impressive results and I am only a couple sessions in! Might be TMI, but my armpits use to be darker than the rest of my skin, but the darkness is completely gone now. I don't shave the rest of my body for about 2 weeks now. Appointment: My appointments are longer just because I have so many areas to cover. The process itself isn't painful at all. I used to wax which I hated because I am a baby when it comes to waxing my Brazilian. Now, for the most part, all I feel is cold air blowing. Occasionally I feel little zaps, but it just feels like a rubber band being snapped on my skin. Customer Service: The customer service at this location is amazing! Sophia who work at the front is such a joy. She always makes sure my questions are answered and that my appointments are all booked in advanced, so I don't have to wait months between my sessions (which I know can be a problem at other locations). Maddy (Registered Nurse), is by far my favorite Nurse. She always takes her time and makes sure no areas are missed. She is very detailed in explaining the process and addresses any concerns I might have about my session. Also, she is just super easy to talk to and the sweetest person ever. I came here for laser hair removal and I definitely expected a lot more than what I had got. I had done the Groupon for 8 sessions for $90 (I think) My first appointment was a consultation and in my opinion was a waste of time and gas. I come from the East Bay so going to Dublin for a 10 minute conversation that could have done either via the phone or FaceTime really annoyed me. Finally I was able to schedule my first appointment for the actual laser, which was month from my the consultation. Even more so annoyed. When it came down to the actual laser, I was expecting the most painful thing I was ever going to encounter in my life....I didn't feel anything! The lady who had done my procedure was super helpful and nice and comforting. For the area that I had done, took less than 10 mins. which is so crazy to me! The most uncomfortable part is the air blowing while the laser is being done but if that is the worst part, I'll take it. It's been 2 months since my procedure and I have not seen any additional hair growth so I am extremely happy with the results!! I would suggest moving forward, fix your process when on-boarding new patients and don't waste either of our times to come and talk in person for a few minutes. read more

I was really looking forward to receiving services from this location and company but to my disappointment I had a bad reaction to my treatment and no longer wanted to receive further services. I called in and reported my reaction and asked for a dispute since I will no longer be coming here. I spoke with Kylie and emailed her multiple times to direct me to someone else in charge who can further assist me with my complaints. She kept telling me that there was nobody else but her who was in charge and that they will give me a credit for other services instead of disputing my loan. I was only interested in laser and nothing else so in that case no other services were necessary. I find LaserAway very unprofessional, discriminating and rude there was nothing resolved in this matter. I am stuck paying a loan which is unfair. They take the loan money and your stuck paying it back. So basically they just got free money because I'm not using no services. I have been dealing with this matter since August and still haven't received nothing back no apology, credit, or a full refund on my loan. You would think they would take skin reaction matters more serious and be willing to help you. I expected so much better! I've got laser treatment prior at a different location outside of laser away and never had any issues. I will also be filing a complaint with BBB as well as taking further action! read more

Just had an appointment for Clear + Brilliant at the Dublin location with Mary as my nurse, and she was absolutely fantastic. Very thorough in asking me what my treatment goals were and then tailoring her approach to fit them, knowledgable enough to answer all my questions. I feel like I'm going to have amazing skin with her taking care of me! Also shout out to the front desk staff, who are always super friendly and helpful. The treatment itself wasn't at all difficult to tolerate, even once the numbing cream started to wear off a little. I would say it's on par with laser hair removal. I am currently about an hour out from my treatment and my face looks and feels like I've got a pretty intense sunburn - I definitely would recommend scheduling this one so you can take the rest of the day off, if you can. read more

I've been very insecure about my facial hair but was also not 100 confident that laser hair removal would help me especially after I had one treatment done by another company. After realizing I had nothing to lose, I bought a Group-on for six small area treatments and I'm truly happy that I did. I just finished my last treatment and I couldn't be happier about the results. After my forth treatment the hair was obsolete and I use to have very coarse facial hair via my chin. While it was a bit painful, it was worth every penny and pain lol. Because all I want from a place that I spend a lot of money in to treat me well so I had low expectation. Anyway I don't know why people said what they said. The staff were great and treated me well. They listened to what I had to say, they made their suggestions and greeted me and said goodbye too. So I did have a great experience in the Dublin location. I still have to see results of laser hair removal first before I actually rate that. but even the nurse who worked on me was a blast and I was sad to learn that she might not be the one who does my treatment next time.
