About five weeks after my first treatment (I had signed up for a total of 8) on my legs, I suddenly felt a lot of irritation and itching. When I went for my second session I shared with the nurse my concerns and she told me to keep my skin moisturized and not to scratch the affected areas as it may cause scars. After the second day of my second session, the irritation and itching got worse and I could not handle this. I reached out to the representative that had originally helped me sign up for the treatments and she helped me talk to the nurses available. I went in twice to have the nurses see what was going on and I was told that this was common and that proper after care and moisturizing should help. I have religiously followed all the precare and postcare as I was really excited to be hair free and was really hoping this was going to work out for me. I also made sure I did not scratch even though I had sleepless nights since I was too scared to get any scars. Unfortunately even with all of the precautions I took, the irritation caused a lot of redness and after the redness subsided it left my legs full of scars (dark brown ones) which I did not have prior to the treatments. It's been almost three months now and the scars are still there and I still get the irritation once in a while. Upon trying to cancel my deal since I am too scared to go though this torture again and cause anymore irritation to my skin, another representative from Laser Away said that I could not just pay for the discounted session and will need to pay for the full sessions as that is all Laser Away can do for me. I have read the consent multiple times and it does not say anything about this and I pointed that out to the representative, and she has stopped responding to me since. The representatives do not seem to understand what I am going through and want me to pay for something that I should not. I do not recommend Laser Away from my personal experience and I hope no one has to go through what I did as it has not been fun. read more

I was absolutely amazed at the professionalism & excellent experience I received from Ashley Evans at Laser Away in Roseville. I live on Kaua'i where we don't have Laser Away. I Learned more about my skin & the products & services in 10 minutes than I have in my 39 years in the film industry where makeup & skin care are so very necessary since HD cameras came into the world. We're planning a trip to California in June & are excited to not only have me but my husband get Botox & some crucially needed skin rejuvenation. My husband is a big wave surfer who didn't wear sunscreen & was a north shore lifeguard who also went through a windshield scarring his face when he was a teenager. Ashley was able to answer all my questions as to his and my needs making me realize it is never too late to fix damage he endures in the Hawaiian sun. We wish you'd open a LaserAway on Kauai so we can get regular & preventative care. Honolulu is not always easy to get to these days. Now, in our 50s, we're noticing the change of our skin & we're excited to order skin products from her & visit this year. Just had my clear and brilliant facial at this location and once again completely blown away by the incredible customer service I received and impeccable bedside manner. Mariel is my go to girl for scheduling and has been with me since my very first service. She was very helpful in explaining what services would best meet my needs. Kris and Ashley welcomed me and were both excited for my appointment. They were great in preparing me for what the treatment would be like and made sure I was comfortable. Caitlin did my treatment and we had a great time, laughing and conversing which made it easy to get through the service since it does sting a little and can be spicy in some areas. The results are immediate and I can't wait to share pictures when it's all healed. Every time I come to LaserAway I feel celebrated and like the people who work here are happy to be there and happy to have me a customer. I went into Laser Away with a lot of hesitation because it was my first time receiving any cosmetic services. Amari was very helpful in addressing all of my questions and concerns. Not only was she helpful and professional but she made me feel confident and comfortable with going forward in my decision. My Injector was Joanna (Joni) and I felt the same warm welcoming and comfort as before. After explaining the results that I wanted to achieve, she explained the process and reassured me that we can start small and work our way up to the desired results. It was a painless process and as Joanna predicted, I returned in two weeks to receive more. Joanna did an excellent job in my pursuit of a natural look, took the time to explain what to expect, and has excellent technique. the most fabulous place with the most amazing staff. every person who works here is so polite, kind, professional and just enjoyable to speak too. You are always greeted with a warm welcome and smile. It never feels "salesman" to me more of just letting you know, if you want to know, and full transparency. The place is CLEAN CLEAN always feels like they just remodeled and opened after all this time. The nurses are amazing, quick, attentive and also super friendly. I love coming here besides to get laser but to feel overly welcomed and it's quite refreshing to catch up on the day to days. I recommend laser away especially in Roseville for all your needs. I lived in Elk grove for the past couple of years and drove to Roseville for all my treatments. The ladies here always are happy to see me, they know my name, and they always make me feel like part of the family here. Every procedure I've done here has been life changing; I can't choose my favorite. Laser hair removal has to be the best though. the Results are unbelievable!! Omg!! I never write reviews but this is a must. The laseraway in Roseville is literally so cute inside and the treatments/ people are even better!! The manager Taylor is a doll and she somehow gets me to try every new treatment but I am not complaining lol because they are all worth it. All the nurses are super sweet, and also receptive to my needs. They always make sure to check in as you go along with your procedure(s), if I say I need something they're always more than happy to provide or slow down on a given treatment. They also generously provide quality sunscreen + ointment after each visit too. And if I have any questions about skin care or after treatment, they're super knowledgeable-- even on unrelated skincare products we chat about. Definitely would recommended!! read more

Went for my second laser hair removal treatment and it was fabulous! Joni was very personable and made me feel completely at ease, something that can be hard to do when you are wearing a small wrap around towel in a freezing cold room. She even gave me another towel to wear around my shoulders so I wouldn't be so cold. She was very thorough in her work. We chatted and before I knew it, the hour long treatment was done. Easy peasy.
