Excellent service and well worth the trip. The owner was delightful, humble and so knowledgeable. The place itself is clean and gorgeous inside. I had previously gotten a lash lift at a different place for my first time and wasn't happy. Lash vibe fixed my lashes and my eyebrows--it was incredible. I accidentally found this place when I went to grocery shopping at KP international market. Immediately I went on Yelp to check and realized this place is grand opening. Why not ? I went in to get new clients treatment facial. The results was amazing. I felt my face is glowing right after the facial. Jessie did my facial, and that girl is fabulous. Very good costumer service. She would tell you all the right steps how to clean and apply serum and moisturizer which I didn't know correctly before. Then the lashes of the owner Vivian caught me eyes. I wanted to have a set that I never wear lashes before. She will explain very clear how the shape will fit certain eye shape . I had it done for my vacation. It came out amazingly. I made an appt that same morning for the afternoon for a lash lift. Let me start off by saying I am not a professional but I do my own lash lift all the time but this time I needed it done asap and I didn't have time to do it myself. I came in, filled out papers, felt relaxed and comfortable. After everything was done, my lashes were pointing straight not even lifted. I addressed this with the tech and she said I can fix it but it wont be today. I said okay, I walked to the front as she called someone and they must have told her fix it right now. She told me she would fix it right then and there so I agreed. After we were done the 2nd time there wasn't much difference as my lashes were still pointing straight. She said she couldn't do a different lash lift pad because the way my eyes were shaped. I told her that I do my own lashes all the time and we looked through all the pads and I showed her which one I use and immediately she shook her head no and kept saying she can't. I kept saying I do it all the time but she kept saying she can't. But she can't what?? I'm baffled at this point. I finally said okay, I grabbed my belongings and walk to the front door, paid my bill even though I didn't want to and left. I will not ever be back, I was so disappointed at how it turned out and how she "couldn't" fix my lashes even after doing it the second time. read more

I have been wanting to get my lashes done but was hesitant on getting extensions. I was walking in to get my lashes lifted. When I spoken with Vivian she explained the difference and I would be better off on getting the extension. I'm so glad I did, they look amazing. I got the classic look, baby steps. Lash Vibe is somewhat new, opening at the end of summer 2022. Everything is cute, comfortable, and clean however, the lash service I received was sub par. I was greeted by who I believe to be the owner Vi, she told me I should do lash extensions instead of a lift and tint but I wanted a low maintenance natural look. I went to the table with the person who was doing my lashes (I forgot her name) and got ready for the service. During the procedure everything went fine, the perm chemicals smelled a bit but that's to be expected. Once done I looked at my lashes and loved the tint but didn't look closely at the perm, I was just excited. I paid $90 and left a $20 tip but when I got home and looked more closely my lashes were frazzled. There wasn't a smooth curl or lift to the lashes, particularly from the middle to the insides of my eyes. Instead they looked shorter than if I have used an eyelash curler and were pointed in all different directions. I googled it and it is likely they were over processed or the lash pad was the wrong size. Sadly, I did not get the desired lift and I'm nervous to go back to get it fixed. read more

My 14-year-old granddaughter and I went to Lash Vibe today to get facials. Professional and knowledgeable, excellent customer service, and wonderful overall experience. I will recommend to all my family and friends. The ambience is calming with sounds of water and music. Each area can be sectioned off for privacy so you cannot see anyone if you don't want to. My granddaughter received the acne facial from Vivian. My granddaughter has hard bumps on her chin and Vivian took well over an hour to extract the hard buildup of "yucky stuff" that gets trapped in the skin and is even worse than a black head. They're very hard to deal with. Vivian did an amazing job. As part of the acne facial, my granddaughter received a relaxing head and face massage, and time under the LED light. I am 57 years old and have spent most of my life in the sun with little to no sunscreen and the sun damage is terrible. Jessie gave me the Nano Mineral Treatment and it was beyond wonderful. This is my first facial ever. It felt so great to have my head and face massaged with nice smelling creams and masks. The steaming to open the pores felt great and I received an exfoliating procedure, a dermal treatment to help with the loss of elasticity, and time under the LED light (all part of the Nano Mineral Treatment facial). Each step Jessie explained the next treatment I was going to receive and how it would help my skin. I could not believe the results. I never expected to see a result on my first visit but I absolutely did. My skin was brighter, felt smoother, and looked plumper. We already made our next appointments!
