Loved my first experience here, the environment was super clean and private. The place is on the 4th floor of the building. The entrance is easy to miss, and you have to ring a bell to be let in. But there is an elevator and stairs to go up. Since it was my first time, I got the natural 10mm and went with the J curl. It ended up looking really natural. The lash technician was super helpful and the environment was very calming. There was nice music playing and I even fell asleep when my lashes were getting applied! Very hassle-free for many things. Also, they only accept tips in cash! However the Yelp deal for the lash serum is only for Monday-Thursday. But I am looking forward to my touchups! read more

This was the first time I've tried eyelash extensions and someone recommended lash touch, and I'm super pleased with the results. I asked for "natural but noticeable" lashes and went with the full set in 9-11 mm lengths. My lash tech was super patient. Took about an hour and a half. Price seemed fair. I've had my lashes for just over 4 weeks and I still have 15-20 on each eye. I've included a picture of before, the day after, one week after (with heavy make up) and 4 weeks after (with leftover make up from the night before haha). This place is extremely clean and comfortable. I also loved the modern minimalist decor. Each person has their own entire glass room rather than a divider like in most places. I appreciate that level of consideration for privacy. There was a bit of a language barrier because the technician didn't speak English too well so she couldn't really offer advise on what would work for my eye shape however, I've gotten my lashes done several times in the past so I already had a good understanding of what would look the best on me. They do have a very detailed chart and diagrams that should help. What I like is that she actually followed my instruction. I wanted lashes that looked wispy and long but not too unnatural and exaggerated which is a hard balance to try and strike. A lot of places default to the 'cat eye' look and that's not what everyone wants nor is it what's flattering for every eye. I've been to places where I made it really clear that that's not how I want to look and yet that's how the lashes are applied anyway which is really frustrating. Another thing that was really happy about is how long the lashes lasted. Three weeks minimum which isn't bad at all. I definitely still had some 4 weeks later. I think the most important rule to follow is to not wet them for the first 24 hours. I know that's challenging but I used flat round cotton pads to wash my face instead of splashing water. All in all, it's pricey but you get what you pay for. I've done my lashes with a bunch of cheaper places with 'special deals' and they've all fallen right off within a week which is literally a waste of money. I would rather pay a little more and know that I'm actually going to get what I paid for and be satisfied. read more

I've been doing Eye Lash Extensions for a couple of years now. Normally, I'd find a spot on Group On or similar but I honestly grew tired of them using cheap mink alternatives or even cheap glue. My lashes would never last over two weeks, they would itch. If I sneezed a lash would fall out..wth.. In desperate need of a new eye lash spot, I did some research on Yelp. I found a few locations close to my job and finally narrowed it down to Lash Touch, which offers new Clients 30% off the first visit. I arrived to the studio and was greeted, filled out paperwork, then headed into the room with my lash technician. Wow! The room had a luxurious feel, the ambiance alone had me sold. The chair was extremely comfortable; I actually was able to nap during my lunch break. The tech was so gentle. I honestly did not feel her placing the lashes on. That's how tender she was. I am not used to being in a separate room from previous eyelash locations where you are placed in a large room with everyone. I loved the whole privacy aspect. My lashes took about 1.5 hours since I opted for the Double Touch (130 per eye). Also, they have long lashes that go up to 17mm. From my past experiences, most spots go up to only 15mm. I am currently on week two and lashes still look amazing and full, I haven't seen any lashes fall out yet. They are still fresh and I am amazed! I only feel like their glue also is on point compared to others. I will definitely be back, it is a bit pricey, but honestly I feel it is worth the extra cash.
