The location is super convenient in Times Square, directly across from the subway station, which makes appointments easy to fit into a busy day. They also offer other services like lash lifts and tints (which I haven't personally tried yet), but I've seen the results on other customers and they look great. Lash Touch has a great team. I've had lash extensions before but none quite like this. They have so many different options as to the style and personalized a style just for me. The process was smooth but not at all rushed. I explained that I was going for more of a dramatic look and the lash artist examined both my lashes and my eye shape carefully. Even though I personally leaned towards the Cat shape, she recommended that the Glamour shape would suit my eye shape better. Whereas other salons would just apply the longest lengths to create the "dramatic" look, she ultimately helped me decide that using lengths 10, 11, and 12 in the C curl would achieve the look that I was going for. They made me feel so comfortable when they put a really soft blanket over me while I took a nap throughout the entire process. I'm really picky and honestly was a little worried, but I couldn't be happier with the results. read more

My roommate and I came in for lash extensions last Sunday. The salon and the technicians are really nice, but it took 2 hours and I've already lost at least 10 lashes from each eye. After 1 week. Unfortunately, they charge you if you want to get them fixed within 7 days, which is ridiculous considering the poor application is the reason they are falling off. And I can see the glue on a few of them. My roommate is having the same issue. I've had extensions before from another salon and they lasted almost a month with very few falling off. If I'm going to spend over $100 on a service like this, I expect a better job to be done. Will not be spending my money here again. read more

First, let me start by saying they're very big on tipping, and reminding you to tip with the envelopes nothing % for your service. Once you get passed that then you're good. I started at the 43rd street location and switch here when they were renovating. Very clean and modern place. Water bar with a makeup vanity to remove your makeup, and clean your lashes. I've seen John numerous times, and he's been really great. Highly recommend him. There customer service is good. I had a few messed up lashes after I left from one location, called same day and they gave me an appointment the next day to fix the lashes without charge. Perfect lashes no matter what. read more

This place is a hidden gem in New York City. I can't believe what a difference these lashes make! My eyes look so much bigger and the lashes are so full. On their website, they advertise lash extensions, but there's a section called "Master Lash Artists" where they highlight three technicians, stating you have to pay extra to book them. When it comes to beauty services like lash extensions, I prioritize quality above all else. It's concerning that you have to pay more for supposedly superior service, especially since this is a new policy. To me, paying extra to get a top-rated master technician doesn't make sense, especially when there are technicians who work there but aren't considered masters, yet the prices on the website don't change. You pay the same amount for each type of lash extensions you get, regardless of whether it's a master or another technician. I decided that I wanted to book with Christine, who was listed as the top option with the highest additional fee. However, when I called Christine's studio, I discovered she only does eyebrows, not lashes. This inconsistency between the website and reality is off-putting. I'm hesitant to try another lash technician because a friend had a terrible experience with someone outside of our usual technician. The glue got into her eye, the lashes looked bad, and some even fell off. It was a mess, but we continued with our regular technician until she left. Now that our regular technician left and this updated policy, I just feel that it's time to part ways with Christine Lash Studio. If you're willing to take a risk, they often have Groupon deals you can use, but for me, lash extensions are too expensive to gamble with. The way they promote certain technicians as "master" and exclude others gives me the impression that they might not be as skilled as advertised. It's disappointing because they could be good technicians, but I'm not willing to risk my lashes to find out. UPDATE: The owner and I communicated via text messages. AND I am so glad I found it online, as it's only a three minutes walk for me! The ladies were great, and quick! All was done in less than 90 minutes. I had Alice do my lashes then and again today. The reason I waited to post was I wanted to make sure that they not only looked great, but lasted. And did they! I got the lashes done before I left for two weeks in Mexico, and honestly, only a few came out during the second week. Today I returned for my three week fill in, and done in less than 60 minutes and they look amazing! Thank you GPLUS. Highly recommend. First time customer special makes it even better and most affordable!
