I've been to this place twice. So far, my experience is great. Technicians are consistent. Chairs are so comfortable I fall asleep during the procedure. And the entire place is new and clean. I took a break from lashes which my friend had been applying for me for 1 year due to an allergy to the glue I had developed and Im back in the lash game thanks to lash touch! Their sensitive glue is great and it hold 3-4 weeks and my allergy is all gone! I've had many technicians at the 46th street location and love them all! I can't say enough except you definitely get you what pay for. About the facility: The facility is clean and sterile. Everyone gets their own individual room that come with a very comfortable bed. The process can be long but don't worry, you will be taking a nap for most of the time. The technicians: The front desk and the lash technicians are very knowledgeable. They will help you decide what length, style and material will work best for you. They are also good about telling you about the health or your natural lashes which to me is huge as damaging my natural lashes is my biggest fear. I also like their honesty in telling me the duration of time I should go for my refills. At first i went within two and a half weeks and my technician told me it was not necessary, I could go every month which is now what I do. She could have easily told me every two weeks and had me spend more money but she didn't. Thank you. The application: as I mentioned before, the application can feel long but that's only because they are very detailed oriented. My lashes come out looking so natural and the best part is that they stay on for a month. I know people that can't make it past two weeks without NEEDING a refill. Again, you get what you pay for. Bonus: they have a great request customer program in place. You get 30% off for every three visits. I definitely found a gem and would and have recommended this place to others. This is hands down my favorite lash place in the city. The space is beautiful, modern and super clean, and each session takes place in an individual room which makes for a relaxing experience. John is my favorite technician, he always does an amazing job and my lashes last for what feels like forever.
