A deal was make for Dryer Vent cleanout for $100 on the next trip which would be part of the warranty, which was fine, it needed to be done anyways. The parts were ordered and it was prolly my fault they did not get back here for a couple of weeks, but I am also sure home warranty (AHS) was not in a hurry to spend money. So the second appointment was made and kept- but this is where the two stars begins, while the second guy was nice and such, he did not seem to understand that one can not just jam a tool in thinking everything comes a part the same way. I told him the other tech had to remove the door to get the front open, but he just kept trying to pry on it. He would eventually follow my suggestion saying he never seen one like that before. After he got it open, I left him to do some other work. I did not stick around to see how the repair went. I asked him about the Dryer Vent Cleanout which the other tech and I had worked out. His response was he did not have a vacuum with him. I was kinda bummed, because, I ended up hiring another company which overcharged me for the vent. My dryer on one side you can clearly feel where he jammed his screw driver in trying to pry something in which would not budge. I feel the second tech was not up to par. However, I would hire the Company again only if they sent out the first Tech again.

The quote came back at $3,250, even though the two water heaters cost about $681 each at Home Depot. Charging over $1,700 for installation in an easy-access garage is outrageous. Within 10 minutes, I canceled and asked for my $500 deposit back. They kept my money, never showed up, and did no work. Would not recommend. Be careful before doing business with them.

Chase and his asst. spent almost 2 1/2 hours trouble shooting a brand new washer/dryer unit that I had two other repair people out to service. (neither company was successful). Our neighbors, who has he same appliances, recommended FixNow, since she had used them before. They promptly sent out a technician. He called 15 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was coming. He was polite and kind. He assessed the problem and gave a diagnosis with in 15 minutes. He told me I had to defrost the freezer and he would be back tomorrow to fix the broken part. The next day they called and confirmed the price before he showed up. He was quick, efficient and clean. Nothing to bad, but definitely noticeable considering the model prides itself on the low noise. At any rate the repair guy got here and my wife let him in to take a look at things (I was working). He determined he didn't have the part and would return or call to schedule his return. He didn't return nor did he call back for a few days. When he called back I scheduled him to come out. (Going to fast track this to the point). He came out and my wife let him in. (My wife tells me this is what happens). He changed the part out, it was no longer making the previous noise it is now making a new louder noise. My wife said she inquired about this, she said the guy told her to just call back and make a new claim. He leaves... WHAT! NOOOOO! It is completely unacceptable to be called out to fix 1 thing and he leaves us with a new problem. Terrible customer service. This is not what we bargain for. You should Proceed with caution. It is is ridiculous for a company or employees to operate in this fashion. Not sure if management knows of this but it is clear to me that the company's expectations are not of excellence, customer satisfaction and quality service.
