Suddenly there is a "service charge" imposed that is NOWHERE stated on the website. If you want your money stolen, by all means use them but if you want an honest company who stands behind their ability to fix appliances and actually fix the appliance, they ARE NOT the company you want to do business with!

They are legit and honest guys and they are also careful in diagnosing the problem, only reason I did not hire them ultimately was lower cost with a different company.
