Amazing pop up shop! I've been here twice and she's exceeded my expectations both times. I first found out about the cafe through social media and went to one of the collabs with 313 Wellness at the Hayes Mansion just so that I could try the matcha! I love that she uses Nami Matcha because it's one of my favorite matcha brands. I personally use it at home but this cafe takes matcha combinations to the next level and is unmatched to any formal cafe. I was lucky to try the Sticky Dates matcha, Lychee Berry matcha (the best matcha experience I've ever had) and then the Mango Cloud matcha. Her cream top alone deserves a 10/10 rating by itself. There was a pop up event at Rocksalt, so i decided to treat myself to a latte after my workout class. They had a good variety of options to choose from between espresso, lattes and Matcha lattes. I've been a loyal customer of Last Chapter Cafe since the very beginning, and out of all the matcha spots I've tried in the area, they are by farrrrr my favorite. The quality, consistency, and care they put into everything truly sets them apart. My absolute favorite drinks are the banana matcha and the cookie butter latte. The banana matcha does not have that artificial banana flavor that so many other cafes use, which I really appreciate. The matcha ratios are always spot on, never grainy and never watered down. The sweetness level is always perfect for my taste. You can really tell how intentional they are with every drink they create. They are always coming out with new seasonal drinks, which makes it so fun to keep coming back and trying something new. It never gets repetitive, and you can genuinely see the thought, creativity, and effort that goes into curating their menu. I've been a huge fan of this popup for a while. In fact, this is honestly the only popup I've been returning to. I love all of the drinks I've ordered so far and this popup has one of the most diverse menus I've ever seen. I've tried the Banana Matcha, Double Strawberry Matcha, French Toast Matcha, Raspberry Cheesecake Matcha, and many more. All of them were thankfully not too sweet and the extra flavors don't overwhelm the matcha itself. The owner is super sweet and has been nothing but honest and down-to-earth. I have no complaints. we picked up an order last week! we ordered 1 strawberry crumble matcha and 1 banana pudding latte, both are sooo delicious! only con ATM is the online ordering system, carts are timed and overall, you have limited time to purchase! deadline date and time are above menu on the website, usually showing when you have less than 24 hrs to order, and sometimes you only have until 4-5 PM to place your order ahead.
