Everything was super organized, the event coordinators were great on communication and it was so nice getting to meet all the other talented small business owners! The venue has free parking across the street and the bathrooms inside the building are very clean. Actually, the entire venue is very clean! It's very cute and very clean, and doesn't seem like a thrift shop at all. The young woman working there was friendly and helpful. I saw lots of little things I wanted to buy, like the tiniest Labubu I've ever seen, but didn't end up purchasing anything. Most of the clothes and accessories for females seemed targeted toward young people, but I'm glad I stopped in and checked out all of their cute loot. Be sure to bring change for the metered parking or plan to use your credit card.

She bought a flowered skirt that looked like 1968, but new. The sales girls were super friendly and encouraging, and there were plenty of unusual things for me to look at while she shopped. I learned about Smiskis figures, for instance. They have a bunch for trading only, and they also sell several other collectible figures. Not my thing, but interesting. I've been eyeing collections on PopMart's website ever since I was targeted by one of their ads on…read moresocial. I've never been to a store location -- I actually did not even know they existed until I saw this at the mall and I knew I wanted to stop by. It was really packed the day I was there, but it did not stop me from entering and shopping. I ended up finding the collection I knew about and had asked the employee after waiting in the long line to checkout, if they had sold the complete set -- which they did have in the back. It was exactly what I was looking for and was so happy that they had it. There are a lot of other fun collections on display where you can get single blind boxes -- I did get a few others and am excited to see what's inside. Some of these are gifts! I do not typically buy a lot of these types of things, but I would imagine they are priced fairly for the market value. I want to collect all of the Nyota Series and the Snoopy & Woodstock BFFs. It was slightly difficult to shop with it being so crowded, but I knew what I was looking for. The time will pass quickly while in line and I found out there is point program where you earn points per purchase which can be used towards member things. Luckily, I was able to set one up for the purchase I had made that day at the counter.

WHAT I ORDERED: My box came with 4 cupcakes and 2 cookies: 2 of the "Churro o O it's Magic" cupcakes -- this cupcake was my favorite and OUT OF THIS WORLD! The cinnamon sugar cupcake was hearty and soft, the frosting was buttery perfection and the freshly fried heart-shaped churro on top brought a nice, crunchy texture to each bite. 2 of the "Duvalín" cupcakes -- Goodness gracious. This cupcake was full of fresh, bright flavors perfect for a warm summer day. The strawberry had a refreshing, real fruit flavor and paired perfectly with the hazlenut. 2 of the Puerquito Pan Dulces cookies -- the perfect mexican cookie. Admittedly, I didn't grow up on mexican cookies... as a child I never thought they were sweet enough (SUCH A KID), but as an adult... PERFECT! They were soft, had a mild (and scrumptious) flavor of cinnamon and molasses, and had a perfect level of sweetness. Unfortunately I had no coffee prepared and ATE THEM ALL before I had a chance to make any but they would have paired with it PERFECTLY. Can't wait to order another box in the future.
