Nobody does Peruvian chicken like the people of Peru and this place did not disappoint. It was grilled and seasoned to perfection and extremely moist. Since, I originally had a desire for soup, I ordered the Parihuela, which was filled with calamari, shrimp, fish, mussels, onions, peppers and potatoes (or may yucca). It also included a side of rice, which would have gone great mixed with the soup. Move over gumbo! Amazing was the best word to describe this dish. My soup craving was completely satisfied. I even had enough to take home for leftovers. I have finally found a Peruvian restaurant I can go to for a delicious meal.
