A month ago, I had a nail in the front passenger side tire of my Cadillac SUV. Called the shop around 6:45PM. The guy told me "If you get here before closing I'll take care of it." I was there at 6:55PM since I was not far from the shop. Pulled in, the mechanics took care of it within 15 min. Repair was fast and professionally done. Was Treated with respect as a customer. No issues with the tire after the repair within a month. Will be back in case of tire repair and/or replacing my tires with new ones as they sell too. Overall great job guys.

I got a tear on my right tire. Worried that nobody would be opened because it was already 5pm. Latino tires helped me out; answered my call right away. They had a used tire for my Mercedes Benz which was great because I wasn't carrying enough money for a brand new tire. Tony answered my questions and gave me a reasonable price for a used tire! He was nice and to the point. Luca started working on my tire right away and was on it the moment I got there. Thanks guys! Came to get some tires for my car as my old tires had nearly no tread and lease return was coming up. Owner is a super friendly guy, employees are also very friendly and welcoming. I actually never leave reviews but felt so welcome and taken care of here that I had to leave a review. I called over the phone to get a quote. I was told $40 for each used tire so I drove over. There, I was told $40 was the price for low thread used tires. I said I wasn't told anything like that over the phone and that I drove 15 minutes to get there so they gave me a "discount" for $50 used tires lowered to $45. Not the biggest deal. Until one of the tires they installed almost killed me on freeway. It had bubbled up and caused my car to swerve almost uncontrollably on high freeway speed. And this happened only 3 weeks after they installed it. I won't ever go here again, and you should be aware. read more

I don't recommend this place!!!! I bought 2 tires yesterday and the guy told me to come back if there was any problem, a few hours after I left one of the tires was deflated. When I came back for them to inspect it they said that it had a nail stuck and that it was my fault and they were not going to replace it, they also charged me for patching it after I was told it was going to be free if there was any problem! I really felt the guy was a schemer...definitely not coming back!! read more

STAYYYY AWAY MIKE sold me 1 torn tire and 3 cracked tires and tried to tell me it was a mild crack!!! i had to come back an hour later because one already completely popped then said he couldn't do a refund or give me my old tires back because they threw it away... I proceeded to ask if I could at get least be refunded for just one tire, I'd even bring him the tires back to do whatever. He began to get aggressive and rude save ur money and headaches. dont do it.... He's not a good person! read more

In the past I've gone to different places to get tires but I keep coming back to Latino tires because every time I talk to Mike he always seems to have the tire I need. When comparing prices to other places they have great prices but more importantly their service is really what stood out. UPDATE: I will never return to this shop. We bought tires from them. 2 weeks later I went to get an oil change somewhere else and the first thing they said was that my tires were looking very dangerous and some of the wire was showing and that I should get them changed immediately. 1 month later the tire completely ripped. DO NOT trust these guys. They aggressively push for you to give them a 5 star review right then and there (before the service) for a little discount. Not worth it. read more

There's no wonder this place has a plethora of good reviews, they offer you a discount on services in exchange for a good review. Then They do shoddy work and rip you off. when you go back to get a refund they demand you remove or change your bad review to a good one!!! So shady do not ever use this business they are not honest and will try to take advantage of you ESPECIALLY if you are a single female. This place needs to go out of business for the scams they do on tires. read more

Upon research, these budget tires average in cost of 356$ for all 4 tires. That is approximately 84% more than its actual value! If it wasn't for time constraints and emergent resolution I would've gone somewhere else. I just wish they were more reasonable with cost and not take advantage of emergent needs. I attached the exact model of the tires for your reference. I understand business needed to make money, if they charged me 400-500$ I'd probably be okay with it. But this isn't cool. There's other reasonably priced tires around the area, unfortunately they were about to close at the time I needed it done.

Mike and the guys at Latino Tires have saved my A$$ twice now in that last four months!! Last night I hit a pothole and it completely blew my right front Pirelli tire... I didn't see the pothole cuz it had water in it, but it was a BIG one! Luckily I'd purchased run-flat tires from Latino Tires. I called to make sure it was ok to drive on it, I was about 6 miles from the shop. but they were closing in 5 minutes. Mike being the solid dude he is, said to drive it in and they would take care of me. First off, rarely does a business care enough about their customers to stay open (especially on a SATURDAY night!!) and second Mike was right, the run-flat got me there no problem, even tho it looked like it took a shotgun blast!! AWESOME tires!! Mike had my car ready to hit the road again in about 20-25 minutes... and he gave me a GREAT deal... where most tire places would've gouged you cuz ur screwed! This is my third time overall dealing with Latino Tires, last two being "emergency" type situations and they've been nothing but kind, fair and efficient. I will not go anywhere else but Latino Tires, you will NOT beat their prices or level of customer service. Thanks again Mike, it's much appreciated! I have a 1979 4x4 truck that I am in the process of rebuilding and needed some used tires to drive from shop to shop. Not wanting to invest in new wheels and tires I have been shopping around for about 9 weeks looking for decent used 14.5x36x16.5 all terrain tires. I found these guys on the internet and gave them a call on a late Friday evening. Much to my surprise they had a set of 4. Mike asked me to on out to take a look. So I made the trip from Ventura county on Saturday. The guys are friendly and energetic. They have a big selection with hard to find sizes. I highly recommend these guys.The tires were in decent shape and he gave me a small guarantee. I bought 4 but was only able to have one mounted. Mike assured me that I could bring back the other 3 wheels at a later time to have them mounted. I will be taking him up on his offer. Thanks Mike! read more

As a young woman, I worry that auto shops will try to take advantage of me and overcharge me, assuming that I don't know anything about cars. Truth is, I am pretty clueless about cars. Anyway, I went over a pot hole and damaged my tire and my rim. Initially, I went to a tire shop in Culver City and the worker was going to charge me $65 for a used tire and $100 to fix my rim AND it wouldn't be ready for another two days. I decided against it and looked for a tire shop in the Valley since it's closer to home. My dad recommended this place, so I stopped by. I was out of there within 15 minutes! I got a used tire for $40 and they fixed my rim free of charge! Amazing service! I recommend this place for any of your tire needs, and will be coming back myself if I ever need any of their services. read more

Great & fast customer service. I called minutes before they closed and was relieved to know they were still opened and willing to wait for me. I had a flat tire and a spare which was just as worse. I arrived at the shop and was greeted by Mike, real professional guy and knowledgeable about the tires and cars. He gave me a great deal for two used tires, which i was in dire need of. I am honestly glad I found these guys on yelp, and I will definitely be coming back here for all my future tire needs. I was in & out in less than 20 mins! No joke, I've shopped around at different tire spots in the van nuys, but this one by far was the best one hands down. read more

I will only go here for tires from now on!!! Mo is amazing, he is one of those guys who truly cares about his customers. I called dozens of places looking for somewhere to get me tires same day and nowhere could or would get them. I had severe banding showing on my front tires and was pretty sure they wouldn't last much longer. I showed up at Latino Tires at 4pm, completely expecting to be turned away, and Mo wouldn't let me leave and came through with amazing tires for me. Full set of 195 45 15s, and I couldn't be happier with the tires. Hey Mo, I'm sorry for the lag in posting about you. I'll buy you another order of enchiladas to repay you. read more

Honestly after coming to Latino Tires I would not go anywhere else. The prices for their used tires are amazing. Not only are the prices cheapest around, but they are brand name good quality tires. Mike the owner is a honest and caring person. What he quoted me over the phone was exactly what he gave me in person. No bait and switching. They changed 2 of my tires in 20 min which is very quick. His workers are super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend whoever needs good used tires for an affordable price to go to Latino Tires. read more

I cannot express how please I am with this place, our tire pop yesterday in the afternoon which was Sunday and I called the shop and the guy was very helpful, he even called back to make sure I was coming, when I arrived he was already leaving, thank god we caught him still in the parking lot, he asked what we needed and once we said we were running on a spare he right away parked his car and took care of my brother's van. Very helpful, nice and polite. I will definitely come back and recommend him to others. read more

Run away from this place. Even if you have to push your car all the way to Sepulveda to go to the next tire shop or anywhere else in the state. Make sure you don't go to this place. Unless you want to get ripped off or yelled at or robbed The place running by some drunk whack job. Service was horrible. Quality was terrible and the value did not exist. I don't wanna tell you I hate this place cause it's a bad word to use but you can replace it with anything else. Don't use them. read more

I have A Bmw and 2 weeks Ago i wanted to return the car unfortunately dealer ship told me your tire didnt pass and i have to change my tire asap I called this place and they gave me appointment ( the guy who helped me his name is Mike ) The place is so friendly and they gave me a wonderful price for used tires and the tire was in good condition and run flat! I went to a lot of tire shops But this one gave me good price for 2 tires I have a truck and my size is 26 inches after 1 week i found this place and i got my tire they balance my tire and they are so friendly and so quick the important part is the price is so cool low price but good quality I should say the guy was there mike he showed me tires and i choosed them thank you Mike for Your service Definitely come back and suggest this place to friends read more

These guys are the best of the best. I'm a pretty careless driver, go threw tires like I'm doing it on purpose. And no matter what time of day and no matter who's there they always, ALWAYS hook it up. Moe is my go to man tho. Always takes the time to see how my day is going and always makes sure to get me the deal I'm looking for. Will be a return customer for as long as this business is here! Mo is the man! Had a random tire blow, and the guys here helped me out a bunch! Rapid service and really good deals. It was right around the corner from my house, but I will keep coming back. They went above and beyond trying to help me find some extra parts that my car was missing and that doesn't normally happen with regular dealers. They even made me a new part right then and there. If you want friendly service in Van Nuys, no better place. read more

I never would of thought I can like a tire shop as much as this one. This guys are great in communicating with the client and the deals are literally amazing DEALS. Never doubt this guys and there facts. Instead of taking money from the cliebts , they give them what the clients want with facts and prove! I got a flat tire and I went to this place after work in a huge hurry because it was a few minutes until they closed. I went in and ( I think his name was) Darien was super nice and changed my tire. He was great and made sure that I had a good quality tire before he put it on my car. I would go back to this place in a heart beat. They really have a great staff. Thank you guys! read more

I had a bad flat that had to be replaced so I came in. Once I got here it turned out I had another tire with a nail in it! Luckily the guy working pointed it out. I ended up buying two used tires. Both in great condition. The service was fast, prices were great, and clearly very attentive people running the place. I'll definitely be back with future needs! read more

Latino Tires have an extensive selection of tires. It was a Sunday and raining. I called and spoke with Mike who was quite pleasant. I arrived at the shop and Mike was even more courteous in person. He knew what he was talking about and had me in and out in about 10 minutes. Their prices are unbeatable. Would definitely recommend and will return. read more

Went to BMW a couple of days ago and they made me wait 1 hour just to see if they could have time to change my over priced run flat tire. I decided to leave and come here instead recommended by a friend, i was in and out in 20 minutes, had the exact tire needed for my leased car and for a 5th or the price that BMW gave. This place is amazing. They were very helpful, worked with me in the pricing and even won me over by beating and online prices for the tires. I got 4 tires from them.
