Hi Lee, I hope…read moreyou're well. I'm writing to address a situation that has become extremely frustrating. I've attached photos showing the liner your company, Wilson Pools, installed--as you can see, it's coming out in multiple locations throughout the pool. We hired your company over 7 months ago to resolve our pool's leak issues. First, your team said the problem was with the pump. After three separate visits, your company failed to fix it, and we had to hire another company to handle what your team could not. Then, based on your one test, we were told the issue was a leak in the liner. We trusted your professional recommendation and paid for a new liner. Yet after installation, the pool still leaks--if not worse than before. Only then did your company decide it could be "something else." I've asked repeatedly--why weren't all necessary tests done from the start? I've asked you, Allen, and Diego, and received no response. My wife requested documentation of all tests done on our pool, and was told that you "don't share internal documents"--which is completely unacceptable. Instead, she was told to contact Latham about warranty coverage, but our records show the liner installed was from Loop-Loc. This is exactly why you're unwilling to provide documentation--because you have no proof of what's actually been done. I am giving you 30 days to make this right--repair the issues, provide the documentation, and resolve the mess created by your company. As I told you before, if I have to get a lawyer involved, I will. Please don't mistake this for an idle threat. I expect a prompt response. Zac Miller

If giving zero stars were an option, I'd do it. We used Wilson for a new pool liner in spring 2023…read more I wish so badly that I'd looked into this company before choosing them, because all the 1-star reviews they've amassed are spot on. The liner was ordered first week of April 2023, then installed in June. Once the pool was refilled and the jets turned back on, the entire thing immediately bubbled up. The culprit? They'd failed to account for one of the jets when they ordered the liner...and then installed it over the jet. So as soon as water shot through that covered jet, it filled the entire liner. Instead of fully taking out the liner and making sure everything was fixed properly, they simply drained the pool again and cut a hole for the jet, but it was still never quite right. The seams are all off, and there are spots where the liner isn't taut to the pool wall. I was told this would all resolve itself once things settled, but then in September 2023, after a heavy rain, the liner puffed up again because water had gotten inside yet again, thanks to their awful installation. Fast forward to this summer 2024. There have still been wrinkles and problem spots in the liner that have not ever resolved, and then I started noticing that the pool was losing water more quickly than usual as well. We reached out to Wilson to have them come out and look at it, because we suspected the issue was yet again because of their installation mistakes. The owner, Lee, has refused to do anything about it, says it's not his problem and that this is "not a priority" to him. He has been rude and dismissive and completely unprofessional. Doesn't call when he says he will, and has never sent out techs when he's said he will. We eventually had another pool company come out to take a look and do leak detection since Wilson refused, and they determined that the cause of the leak is the wrinkles left at the main drain from Wilson's installation. Lee is not only refusing to correct their mistake, but won't even come look at it. RUN, do not walk, away from this company - unless you enjoy flushing money down a faulty pool drain.

The…read morebiggest and most important question was "Who could we trust to take on such a large and expensive project?" We had never had a pool installed, and we had heard horror stories from neighbors and friends of their personal pool installation experiences, some of which were still partially completed after 3 years. After interviewing a couple of companies, narrowing down the selection, and then speaking with their past clients, we decided to move forward with Creative PoolScape. From the day that we signed the contract to just under two months later, our dream of a tropical oasis in our backyard was complete. You read that correctly - it took seven weeks for them to complete our pool!! Talk about record time. We even encountered a week or two of endless rain and they still were able to move quickly and meet their estimated timeline. The communication and support we received from each person on the team was EXCELLENT! Chris Horton, the owner, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He took our vision and created 3D renderings, bringing the project to life. The Project Manager, Steven Ginn, was our daily go-to contact. He answered our endless list of questions with thorough explanations and created clear timelines regarding next steps. His communication was top notch - days, evenings, and even weekends. He was ALWAYS available to assist. When the project was nearly completed, we had the unfortunate luck of a monsoon- type storm that resulted in a muddy, cloudy pool. Steven and team raced to action as soon as we notified them, as they didn't want the new pool to suffer any damage. They resolved the issue very quickly and took measures to ensure that it wouldn't happen again. They reacted as if it was their pool being muddied, not just "some customer." The rush to action racing across town to help, standing in the pouring rain to resolve the issue, and following up daily demonstrated their professionalism, commitment to our well being, and true ownership of the entire project. 10 out of 10 services, definitely recommend! No need to look any further.

Chris Horton and the Creative PoolScape team took on the job of completing my project. They haven't completed my job yet, but they are doing an amazing job so far. They are extremely responsive and have been working non stop. Chris has been understanding of our situation and has given us the best deal possible. I'll update you when the pool is finished. So far I'm very happy.

In December I asked them to schedule the install a salt water system...I didn't get other estimates bc I trusted Lusk and their service department. Strangely, it took me about 3 weeks to finalize a date (after I signed a contract) because Miranda, who handles this, never returned emails or voice messages, was available to take a call, or was in the office when I stopped by. I finally insisted on speaking with someone else, and scheduled the conversion for my pool opening date, which they recommended. Had it been another company I would have bailed based on lack of responsiveness. I called on the scheduled date to get an arrival window and was told the salt water was happening the next week, another communication issue. Bc the water level in my pool was low, they couldn't fully open pool that day but said they would do it when they converted the pool in one week. The next week, I called about 9:30am on the day of the conversion to inquire about arrival window and was told they weren't working that day due to potential rain...just another communication issue. I had to wait til they heard from Miranda for a reschedule date but requested they at least finish the opening quickly. One day later I was called and told they may be able to install salt generator at the end of the week, but I would need to give them a 50% deposit. I was extremely puzzled, especially considering I reached out many times, by email and phone, in December asking if there was anything they needed from me beyond the signed contract. I told them to forget the saltwater, just finish the opening (which I was charged for the first day, before it was completed). They did come out two days later to open and did a very subpar job. They never vacuumed the debris from my pool, just skimmed and swept it to the deep end. I spent about three days backwashing constantly bc of the debris. Had to run my pool bot about 4 times a day, emptying the basket after 30 minutes bc it was filled with debris...couldn't even climb the walls bc it was so full. After a little research I discovered Miranda is the new co-owner of Lusk, along with her husband. Maybe it's just taking them a minute to figure out how to run a business, and I do hope they figure it out bc this business used to be a gem. Until that happens, beware.
